Our stay at The Palace was nothing short of perfect. The rooms are elegant, spacious and beautifully maintained, offering comfort with a refined Arabian touch. The service across the hotel was consistently excellent—personalized, attentive and genuinely warm. The location is outstanding, with lush gardens and direct beach access creating a peaceful retreat within vibrant Dubai. A true highlight of our experience was the Pool Bar Restaurant. The entire team there goes above and beyond every day. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with smiles and treated like family. The service is not only efficient but genuinely warm and tailored to each guest. They remembered our preferences, always checked in with kindness and created such a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. The food was consistently delicious—fresh, beautifully presented and perfect for a poolside setting. Whether it was a quick lunch or a leisurely afternoon bite, the team made every moment feel special. Dining here turned into a daily treat we genuinely looked forward to. We were invited by a friend to try a new restaurant, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The manager personally came by our table, which made us feel truly valued. The chef clearly gave it his all — the food was not just delicious, it was an experience in itself. Each dish had its own unique flavor, offering a different dimension of taste. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely visit again soon. We want to thank the manager Olga, Nihat and Abdul for making this evening an unforgettable memory. Compliments!!

We had an amazing stay at the One&Only Royal Mirage. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, especially with our baby. They upgraded us to a huge room that made things so much more comfortable, and everyone was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. The property itself is stunning — peaceful, super well-maintained, and feels like a true escape from the city. Service was top notch from start to finish. We felt really well taken care of and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a baby or just looking for a luxury experience that actually delivers.
