We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful holiday we had at your hotel. It was an absolutely fantastic time.
We were particularly impressed by the caring and attentive staff. Every employee always took care of our well-being and made sure we felt completely comfortable. Whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or by the pool - we were greeted everywhere with a warm smile and excellent service.
The hotel itself is stunning. Not only is it beautifully designed, but it is also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. The various leisure activities also made our stay even more enjoyable.
We were also impressed by the selection and quality of the food. Every meal was a delight for the senses and pleased our palates.
We are truly grateful for the unforgettable days we spent at Mitsis Rinela. It was a perfect blend of relaxation, enjoyment, and activities. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.

We really enjoyed our holidays here. It was very calm and relaxing. Clean rooms and kind staff. We had a lot of fun participating in the activities that the fitness team offered. There was a various workout program and some more entertaining activities like aqua fitness or beach volley. Morning yoga classes with Eleni were also pretty good and motivating. Thank you Rinela!

We had a great stay at Mitsis Rinela with our 1-year-old daughter. We were very satisfied with the room, which, although it was a double superior, was very spacious, the cleanliness of the rooms and the services offered of the hotel and the availability of the staff. Being an All inclusive hotel, and our first experience of this kind, we were very satisfied with the services of the restaurants and bars and the diversity of the dishes. Regarding the drinks, we were pleasantly surprised to try various cocktails offered by the menu.
Our little girl was very pleased with the entertainment program offered by the hotel, especially the Mini Disco for children, every evening.
The beach has very fine sand and a smooth entrance to the sea.
Another mention for the hotel staff, who were very open and available to help us with various requests we had during our stay.
We will definitely come back!

My stay at Mitsis Rinela was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the incredibly helpful and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my vacation was perfect.
The rooms were immaculate, with attention to detail in both cleanliness and organization.
Dining at Mitsis Rinela was very nice, although I hope in time they expand the facilities to allow more guests at each meal. The variety of restaurants offered a diverse array of dishes.
The setting of Mitsis Rinela is simply breathtaking. The views were magnificent, particularly the sunrises and sunsets which provided a stunning backdrop for relaxation. The pools were pristine and inviting, perfect for a refreshing dip or lounging in the sun.
Overall, Mitsis Rinela provided a superb vacation experience that was worth every penny. The combination of luxurious accommodations, top-notch service, and beautiful surroundings made for an unforgettable holiday. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape and unwind in style.

The location of the resort is good, directly on the sandy beach, 5 minutes with car to aquarium and dino park, 15 minutes until airport and capital of the island, everything is very near.
Also in my opinion the value of standard room is worth of price. Here is 5 restaurants, 5 bar and separately is worth mentioning is Wine bar - highlight of my week, adults only and a good quality wines.
Cleaning of my room was immaculate.
Only one negative is view from my room to the village, cannot fault resort, some rooms has to look to the other side and also i saw some hills, its nice too!
