I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and hospitality my family and I received during our recent stay at your hotel. We had booked two rooms, each with an extra bed for our children, well in advance. Upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional AED 600 for rooms with a view of the Museum of the Future. While this was not mentioned earlier, we agreed without any hesitation, expecting a seamless and pleasant stay. Unfortunately, what followed was extremely disappointing: 1. No Extra Beds Provided Initially: Despite the clear booking request and payment, extra beds were not placed in either room. When we brought this to your staff’s attention, they initially refused to acknowledge the issue. Only after persistent follow-up and argument was the matter addressed and the beds provided. 2. Inadequate Towels and Linen: For two rooms, we were provided with only three towels. Once again, we had to repeatedly ask and argue to get the required number of towels for all guests. 3. Kitchenette Supplies Severely Lacking: Though the rooms were advertised with kitchenettes, we were given only two plates and two cups for both rooms combined. When we requested more basic utensils and cutlery, we were told outright that unless we ordered food from the hotel, no additional items would be provided. This policy is unreasonable and unacceptable for guests staying in rooms with kitchenettes. This experience was far below the standard one would expect from a reputed hotel brand like Millennium. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and inadequate facilities made our stay unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant. I urge the management to look into this matter seriously. A hotel is not just about location; the service, attitude of staff, and comfort of guests matter greatly. Sadly, these aspects were clearly lacking during our stay. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and leads to improvements in your services for the benefit of future guests

Good stay at this 5-star hotel. The facilities were spotless and the service lived up to expectations. The pool was great, and the staff taking care of it were really friendly and cool. A big thank you to Lasathan, who cleaned my room: he was extremely professional and did an outstanding job. On top of that, he was very friendly, welcoming, and always smiling.

I stayed in July last year for three days with my father and the experience was truly memorable—largely thanks to one of the staff members, NAY SWANG, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Throughout our stay, he was always available, offering assistance with everything like local recommendations etc. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality and care he showed. It wasn’t just about doing a job—it felt like NAY SWANG genuinely wanted us to have a great time. Whether it was making sure we had everything we needed in our room, offering tips for exploring the city, or simply checking in to see if everything was going well, he truly elevated our experience.

After an all night flight I was looking forward to a shower and change of clothes, only to be told we'd have to wait 3hrs for our room to be ready. It was 30 degs so couldn't sit round the pool to wait. Eventually got our room which was very clean and spacious. Great view front the pool of the Museum opp. Food very Arabic which was lovely, breakfast was plentiful. Hotel very friendly and helpful. Italian restaurant was very good.. Serves alcohol. Near to all attractions but will say don't get a hotel taxi, get a dubai one. Far cheaper than hotel ones. Supermarkets near, so is Maccies, Costa and Bk. Pool area safe and clean,fresh towels everyday. Would recommend and stay here again.
