The hotel's location was perfect, and the view was amazing. The staff were friendly, and the food was excellent. However, the room had a strong odor, similar to old clothes, which was unpleasant. Another issue was the elevator, which was always busy. Since my room was on the 13th floor, it sometimes took up to 20 minutes to get to my room. In addition, the escalator leading to the second floor was not working. I would also like to make a suggestion regarding the swimming pool. We stayed with our family, including my nephew ho love to swimm, and the pool opens at 9:00 AM and closes at 6:00 PM. During these hours, especially in the summer, it is extremely hot and not very comfortable for swimming. It would be better if the pool opened earlier, around 6:00 AM, or stayed open until 8:00 PM so guests could enjoy it during the cooler parts of the day.

I want to give a very special thanks to the chef Mr. Sushil. He is like a magician with food. I have never had such tasty food ever in my life . We were always looking forward to the breakfast and the dinner . He catered to our son's allergic needs . The room was amazing. We had a view of the museum of the future. What really surprised me was the service. Chef Susheel made us bespoke dishes as we were Indian, vegetarian and had a nut allergy. I really want to applaud the fried okra/ladies fingers. It was crunchy and delicious. Overall an amazing hotel.

The hotel stay was good overall. The staff were very helpful, respectful, and cooperative. The breakfast was good and had many different choices, including Arabic, Indian, and Filipino food. When we arrived, there was no hot water in the suite, but we reported the problem and they fixed it after a few hours. The bed was a small queen size. It can fit two people, but it was not very comfortable for two. The location was very good because the hotel is near the metro, and this helped us a lot. The view was amazing, especially from the Captain’s Suite and the pool area. The pool was not the best. The water did not look very clear, and it was too crowded with kids and families. The pool is small, so it was hard to swim or find a place to sit. But this was a little understandable because we stayed during Eid Al Adha, when hotels are usually very busy. The hotel also looks a little old, especially the furniture and interior. It needs some updates. I think the hotel is better for families than couples. The service was very good, but the hotel itself is not very modern or quiet.

Due to flights disruption Emirates put me in Millennium Plaza from 28-Feb to 7th March 2026. I enjoyed living here during this troubled time. Millenium Plaza is a wonderful place for a family stay. Safe and secure. Reception wondeful. Check in swift and staff ready to help. Al-Dana dining restaurant was very nice serving international cuisine. I normally had three meals daily. I would specially like to appreciate the services provided by Sarah and Loise in the restaurant. They were very courteseous and always willing to extend their support with lively smiles. Thanks Sarah and Loise. I will come back again with my family. Thanks Millenium Plaza!
