This is fab classic hotel. Don't look booking ratings! Just give a try. Look at this photo taken from our room! You will absolutely love it, if you like movie Grand Budapest :). And yes, their breakfast is best of the best we ever try ( and we visit more than 80 countries for now) 10 stars!

I am thoroughly impressed with all aspects of the hotel. Douglas on reception is fantastic and a credit to the company. He has made our experience memorable. Also I must mention the housekeeping services are fantastic in particular Mr Tahir Ali who always has a smile on his face and extremely helpful. My kids love the service and I will definitely be coming back. The staff are well trained and always available to help

It’s one of the worst hotels I have stayed in , it’s very old , rooms are old , elevators are old , towels are over used, AC is noisy , toilet colors is off this is how old it’s, no charger beside the bed , room control system is not working properly , hygiene of the room is very low. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Staff is not helpful I had an issue with my reservation it took them two days to solve it , i asked for late check out and they refused after paying 200$ a night Not recommended

I had a fantastic experience at Al Dana restaurant for their dinner buffet. The variety and quality of food offered were exceptional, and the ambiance was delightful. The staff was attentive and friendly especially Mr “Aadil” making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Al Dana restaurant for anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying dining experience.

Having a great stay here at downtown. Loving the place and vibes. The hotel is cozy and comfortable. The service is outstanding as well. The man at our service Mr Rashid is doing great job, he takes care of everything for us. Really appreciate his efforts, Whole staff is welcoming and helping at every point.
