I am particularly impressed by the service, warmth and courtesy of the staff. I had Mr Khaled who attended to all my queries and made sure that I was well settled with my family. The check in and check out time is amazing! Thanks a lot for this. The first impression was very good. Well behaved, well spoken and above all very respectful and courteous. Mr Deepak (housekeeping) caught my attention with his genuine attitude and readiness to help. He kept my room clean and very very helpful. Very sweet spoken and very efficient in his work. I am so happy to have chosen this hotel, it is very clean and well maintained and above all the staff around are just very kind and helpful. I spent a marvelous time here. You people deserve a 5+ star rating. However, as a side note, please consider varying the breakfast buffet option…I ate almost the same thing for the past 4 days 😏 Putting this apart, the hotel is amazing ❤️

This hotel is a very amazing place. Philip and Aye are very kind and respectful members of staff. The food is very good and everything is perfect. I definitely recommend this place:) Everything is amazing and wonderful , and very awesome. From my room, it has a very wonderful view of the outside. This hotel is definitely a 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐ ⭐️ ⭐ I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL A LOT!! They also surprised me today for my birthday and they made me a cake. They’re very lovely 🥰

Date 13/12 - 20/12/2025 Room No - 1020 We had truly an wonderful experience at the hotel. The location is excellent. It's very close (2-3 mins walkable distance) from metro station and just int front of Museum of Future. It's convenient for getting around the city. Yash island bus has stop just infront of the hotel. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff more than made up for it. Everyone was kind, attentive, and willing to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was really good. There were variety of options available specially for Indian. Special thank you to the housekeeper (not remembered his name) who took care of my room everyday. I would strongly recommend to stay here. Thank you.

I am currently at Millenium Plaza Downtown restaurant and I am truly enjoying the experience. The staff here is wonderful – very polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The environment is clean, modern, and very comfortable for relaxing and enjoying the food. A special thank you goes to our waiter Filip, who has been by our side the whole time — attentive, fast, and extremely polite. His service made our experience even better.
