Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The hospitality and warmth of the staff truly enhanced our experience. All team members were very helpful and supportive. A special shout-out to Mr. Rahmuttulah and Jenish from the Concierge department for assisting us with luggage safekeeping after check-out. The reception staff member who checked us in and the housekeeping staff were also excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bed was exactly what you need after a long, tiring day. The room size was good, and the location is very convenient—right opposite the Museum of the Future and just a 5-minute walk to Emirates Towers Metro Station. Taxis are easily available, and there are plenty of dining options in and around the hotel. I would highly recommend Millennium Plaza Downtown for anyone staying in Dubai.

had a wonderful stay at millennium Plaza downtown. The room cleaning is well maintained, comfortable. and perfectly located. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff everyone was extremely courteous, helpful, and very accommodating. A special mention to Pramila for her pleasing personality and outstanding service. She was warm, professional, Her helpful attitude truly reflects the high standards of millennium hospitality. Overall, a great stay with excellent service.would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

The hotel’s location is definitely one of its biggest highlights—situated right in front of the Museum of the Future, it’s hard to beat. Housekeeping was efficient and professional throughout our stay. A special mention to Shumail, who ensured the room was perfectly maintained every single day. A couple of areas where there’s room for improvement: the breakfast area tends to feel quite cramped during peak hours due to the volume of guests, and the check-in process could be more streamlined, as it took nearly an hour for us to receive our rooms. Overall, it was a good experience and a comfortable stay.

Its truly worth the 5 ⭐️ Highly Recommended 👍🏻 I did many staycations here in Dubai but i would say that this is my number 1. The place is near the metro, clean and beautiful that you can relax immediately. The holiday decorations are fantastic and well loved by families, especially the kids. Also the pool area has an uninterrupted view of the museum, the food is really good and the room service is really fast. It’s very secured as well and they are easy to be contacted. They have reception for different tour within Dubai like the desert safari experience so it’s easy to arrange pick up and drop off. What i admire the most are the staff which are truly amazing and kind. I would like to thank Sir Sajid and Ms. Sujita who genuinely help us on our late check in and did their best to accommodate us with one of the most comfortable and beautiful room with the view of Museum of the Future. My retired professor who’s on visit and unwell, feel better and enjoy the place. Appreciate your help Sir Simon for showing us the room and bringing our things. Thank you Sir Kasun for helping us on our check out and Sir Kritan for securing my camera that was left on the room. Overall, it’s an excellent place to relax, have fun and enjoy your stay in Dubai. We will be back soon with my friends. Happy holiday to everyone 🫶

We stayed at Millennium Plaza Downtown and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The service was outstanding and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was especially great, and the breakfast team truly made our holiday unique and memorable.
