The hotel definitely has the wow factor. The €70 tourist tax payment which i had to pay before I even checked in was a bit of a kick in the guts especially as it was a complete surprise and put abit of a dark cloud over my first impressions of the hotel. The food was top draw, every meal there was more than enough choice and it was all very tasty. Plus plenty of choice for our 5 year old. Which was nice. All of the staff we encountered were amazing, very helpful and cheerful. The room was plenty big enough for the 3 of us, including the beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Just a note the mosquito's in the evening are vicious. I would 100% stay here again.

The beautiful landscape cannot compensate for the many flaws we encountered : -rooms were actually smaller than what’s showed on the website, there was a little mold in the bathroom (and I understood that this was a general problem with all the rooms, given the climate). Also, the rooms are not upgraded to actual standards, they could use some renovation. -renovation is also needed at the main bar, the terrace looks a little outdated, same as the sun beds. -food quality was a hit or miss, there have been a few dishes that needed improvement : the fish was sometimes undercooked, the pork was too overcooked and dry, some vegetables were too raw (carrots) and sometimes even the fruit was bad (the pineapple was either too raw or too ripe). -all inclusive is not really all inclusive : some beverages, coffees and crepes (and I also think the pizza) were extra charged. -the mosquitoes were unbearable after 8-9PM. -noise problems : did the staff really have to cut the trees and grass at 10 AM in the morning? Near the RELAXING pool ? Also, at game and dance and karaoke nights the music was just too loud, I could barely hear or talk to my friends. -low quality of the alcohol, which was also diluted with water. On the plus side, the place is overall quiet, the views of the sea and the Albanian shore are gorgeous, there are two pools that you can switch between, you can also book boat cruises to various islands or rent a car to visit the rest of the island. The staff was very friendly and could always put a smile on your face. I have been to Greece many times over the past 10 years and I have to say that I had higher hopes from this year’s experience, I was little disappointed. I was expecting a little more Greek personality from the resort.

Fantastic all inclusive hotel with an unbelievable variety of tasty food. The staff are helpful and friendly. The entire hotel and its facilities are spotless! The entertainment is decent too. The car hire is reasonably priced and again the guy selling them is friendly and helpful. 100% recommend this hotel.

When we got here we saw that parking didn’t have enough space for all the quests which I think should be mentioned If hotel is guaranteeing parking space. Room is renovated but it appeared much smaller than on website. Room for three is basically just room for 2 with one bed added so not enough space at all. Also no privacy unless you don’t want to see the light of the day, cause when you open balcony door all guests passing by can see you. Food was great and it has many options for everyone. The staff is also very nice and helpful If you don’t take in the cleaners. When I opened the bed sheets I found hair and dirt under. There were already mosquitoes in bathroom when we got in and the shower water stank like sewage..? As for location it’s not awful but wouldn’t recommend spending your whole vacation here. it’s too far from main Corfu town and as someone who’s been there 3 times you would miss out a lot. The good thing is that you have beach close by. Be aware there are child programs (that are loud) and lots of little kids so If that annoys you definitely avoid.

Advantages: • Immaculately maintained gardens • Abundant vegetation throughout the resort • Breathtaking scenery • The hotel manager acknowledged the issue with the incorrect room and upgraded us to a superior one Disadvantages: • The hotel does not have a private beach • We were not given the room we had reserved — instead, we were placed in a 2-star quality room (not 4-star as advertised): extremely dirty, with a bathtub in the bathroom and outdated, worn-out furniture • Despite the hotel’s promise to provide daily bottled water and room slippers, this was never fulfilled • No housekeeping service was provided during our stay • The staff was generally unpleasant and unfriendly — at the main restaurant entrance, they would confront guests in a pushy and aggressive manner about where to sit • Housekeepers would barge into guest rooms at completely inappropriate times, including during afternoon rest hours, with little regard for privacy • The resort was infested with mosquitoes, and no pest control measures were in place. Windows lacked insect screens, and we had no choice but to purchase our own electric repellent device with tablets
