It was a good stay overall but our first impression wasn’t great at all. When we checked in and went to our room it was dull, toilet seat was broken and the room stunk. The wall had some sort of holes in it too.
We immediately went to reception to complain. This was at night time so we were already tired… The 2 people at reception didn’t seem to have any understanding of how to deal with customer complaints. 2 men they didn’t seem to be friendly whatsoever. Eventually they gave us a better room which had good lighting - we were satisfied with this.
The lunch & dinner was repetitive, not much variety ; spaghetti , fries , rice & chicken… could have changed up the food every once in a while? The desserts were okay. Drinks were also okay.
We loved the sports staff in particular Cam & Mark, they seemed very friendly and talkative.
The WiFi near the pool is a bit awful , the service is just not the greatest.
Ibo the man who works with sports staff seems very bossy towards the other staff from what we had seen.
The night events were entertaining though.

Very quiet location. Food was good . Drinks for all inclusive crap . But if you want to buy they a good. Staff very polite and friendly. Specially Lia in reception. Hug from us to her.
To town you have to buy tickets for both sides £16 by bus . Not so many activities around or at hotel. Evening entertainment very boring I would say.
Anyway if you going there enjoy !

The hotel is pleasant but needs a little renovation in places, especially the astro turf. The food is reasonable as well, but it can't quite match the variety of the larger all-inclusive hotels. The area is beautiful. A walk into the hills gives beautiful views over the North Strait of Corfu into the rugged landscape of Albania. There are also some nice little beaches with crystal clear water to enjoy.

Nice hotel and food which is clearly labelled. Beer not to my taste and basic cocktails are the norm for all inclusive. Wasn't told at reception that we'd have to carry suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. All in all a nice experience and hotel. You can't please all the people and I am really really fussy and am happy to award 4/5.

Beautiful location. Lovely saltwater pool, food was great, service was great . Family room was adequate, but on the small side for 4 of us, bathroom drain was not working very well and was quite smelly. Unfortunately the mosquitos made us retreat back to the room most evenings as i got bitten even through long clothing. Hotel could do more to stop people reserving sun beds very early then not using them all day...
