Very welcoming arrival. Very busy in Reception but we didn't have to wait long. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. When we had to go to our room we got lost, but the lovely housekeepers helped us. All amenities were provided. Beach was amazing with clean waters, weather very hot. Special thanks to Georgia and Artemis from Guest Relation team for the lovely feedback and assistance. We would recommend definitely for family holidays.

I had a confortable and positive experience with my family, restaurant and food was good with a big choice, Artemis support us during check and for the full stay.
Room was big but my Door has a problem at Locker and was not opening correctly sometimes, in bathroom water from shower was going out.
For the rest was fantastic

I really like the location. Food is perfect also they now label vegetarian food so it's super easy to find the food which is suitable for you. There is very kind and very helpful lady called Artemis from Guest Relations she helped me a lot and gave me good advices she is also good in history and gave me tips what to see in area She also gave me advices on travel, where to get stuff and so on. I recommend this hotel for beach, food, people and vibe.

Just back from Labranda sandy beach on Saturday, few days break away with my husband. Rooms a bit dated but cleaners kept them spotless everyday. Food was good. Italian and Greek restaurants were so good. All staff were so lovely and helpful especially the guy on pool bar. Entertainment was great. We enjoyed it so much that we are going back next Tuesday and bringing our 2 children with us. We also had a lovely massage in the spa and staff there were lovely too. We can't wait to go back 😊

The location - beach - pools and restaurants were amazing! No complaints.
Some of the staff we're very miserable (bar staff) entertainment was poor but fair play there was only like 5 in the team! They tried hard.
Food was really good - coffee and deserts perfect.
Not everything is all inclusive - which was a let down.. had to pay for water bottles.
And had to pay for drinks after 12.. which ove never experienced.
You get charged for 5 star tax but it's 3* max
We had a great time though - as it's what you make of it. X
