This resort is on the north of the island with a very clean beach, where you can see the scenic views of the mountain. It caters very well to families. Great amenities, friendly staff and other guests seem to be friendly too. My one criticism is that the food could have been better. The food was pretty average and options for non-pork eaters was very limited. The children's play centre called Wonderland was really good. The pools are very sizeable and our room had a private pool attached. Getting a beach towel required a deposit of €20 each, which I thought was unnecessary but best take your own. The town centre is only 10 minutes walk along the beach which was great and full of restaurants and bars, you can also reach there with a 10 minutes taxi driver but I'll recommend the walk along the beach to be honest. Overall a great place except for the food. I do accept as a non-pork eater this was quite unique to me but I've been to other places where we've been catered for much better.

Yin and Yang place. Most staff did the minimum that they could get away with while others seemed to enjoy their job and were helpful and attentive. For example, the staff on the main bar (one in particular) was friendly, welcoming, and always busy (mostly worked on his own), but when time permitted, he went to the tables and asked if he could get more drinks and cleared tables etc. The pool bar always had 2 staff who were never busy and made you feel like you are an inconvenience and were interrupting their conversation. Although they had practically nothing to do, they never left the bar to ask anyone if they wanted drinks, or remove empties. The main restaurant had the same mix of helpful and unhelpful staff. It was buffet style with a reasonably mix of food, not the best quality, but then again we didn't pay a lot to stay there all-inclusive, so they did the best that they could on a budget. Two downsides were there was no food when we arrived for late check-in (snacks for late arrival was part of the deal), and you just couldn't get anything to eat after 9.30pm. You have the option to book a table at the beach restaurant. Don't bother with the Chinese restaurant, the food was either not available, and what was available was horrible, and the server was very abrupt and not the least bit attentive. i.e never even asked about drinks. The hotel and grounds were well kept but the rooms could do with a little work. A kettle with tea and coffee but nowhere to plug it in, to turn the lights on, we had to move the bed because the switch was behind the bedpost, etc. Not really anywhere to go out and about, but we didn't intend going out on this holiday and there was entertainment in the evening.

A very large resort on the beach so location is great with a few places to visit within walking distance or a short taxi ride (around €6, depending where your going).walking along the beach is the quickest way to walk. Shared pool Room was lovely & clean. Only downside to the sharing pool was other quests used it as well that weren’t linked to the pool so half the holiday we couldn’t get sun loungers by our pool. Food - standard all inclusive. Ok if you like spaghetti bolognaise & pork. Not all staff were friendly but the ones that were really went out their way, tipping goes a long way. No matter how many of you in a room you only get one key, there was 3 of us so became a bit of a pain when someone wanted to go back to room. Main pool area was great, pool staff always checking pool chemicals were correct. Toilets no matter where you were, bar - pool etc weren’t close but were kept clean. I believe the hotel is rated 5* but I’m afraid I wouldn’t rate it that, the most I would rate is 4*

Lovely hotel, but paper cups, not enough glasses even indoors where they are allowed. There was a bug going round, wi fi very sketchy, staff were mostly lovely, but some were army trained? Overall we had a great time except for what I mentioned above.

Thank you to all the team. Staff are friendly and work very hard. We enjoyed a lovely week here. I would return and recommend the hotel. The beach is very safe for young children as it has a gradual slope to the sea. Also the beach has a nice breeze. It was easier to find a sun bed on the beach than the pool. If you snooze you lose, so be up early! There is lovely shade in the garden near the beach if you cannot find a parasol. We were unlucky with the weather but enjoyed 2 perfect hot days. The gardens are beautiful. A lovely relaxing trip.
