We stayed at this hotel as a family of 6, and our experience was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable, room service is excellent, the beach is well maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The food was also very good, with a wide variety to choose from every day. But what made our stay truly exceptional was the incredible hospitality of Alexandra Bezhani, the Guest Services Manager. She went above and beyond for us throughout our time there. She was always available to answer our questions, assist with bookings and activities in Corfu, and ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. She practically became our personal manager, even staying in touch with us 24/7 and helping us during her days off. Her dedication, warmth, and professionalism made a huge difference, and we are very grateful for everything she did. Overall, this was an amazing experience and we would gladly return. The hotel is great, but it’s the people like Alexandra who make it truly special. Highly recommend!

I visited this stunning hotel and had an unforgettable experience. The beach and the gardens surrounding it were absolutely breathtaking. We stayed in one of the bungalows, which was hands down one of the best accommodations I’ve ever experienced. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the incredible hotel staff, everyone was genuinely friendly and kind. Brilliant experience thanks to the hospitality team and very helpful and polite staff - they are definitely the soul of Grecotel. Best views and hands down the best beach in Corfu. Carefully curated cuisines and plenty of activities to keep all age groups engaged. Really well planned meals and activities. A lot of attention to detail. A super dining experience at the Danilia Village. Not to be missed if you’re planning to come here. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, the staff are all friendly and always happy to help. I would like to mention a special thank you and recommendation to visit the Greek restaurant and Asian. Vilasis is such a lovely and very professional manager of the beach restaurant for lunches and the Asian, he really stood out from all the staff. Andreas was the manager at the upstairs restaurant and was also very nice. The Greek restaurant was amazing, and with such nice hosts it makes the experience memorable. The ladies at the omelette stand at breakfast are very nice and very quick and friendly. You must try the crepes and ice cream. Hats off to both the chefs a young man and the lady it was very hot, very busy, however, they gave quick service with a smile. Ovi is the animation chief supervisor, he is very friendly and will happily offer to provide entertainment during the day. He offered to play volleyball and badminton and basketball, oh the list is long so anyone reading please just ask Ovi. You can take a free boat trip to the sister hotels. Also a visit to Corfu town is a must, one of the most beautiful unspoilt towns I have seen. You get dropped and picked up by the hotel shuttle for 10 euros.

Everything was good for us. Beach was good under the trees. Staff were very friendly. Alexandra in reception was very helpful. We would also like to thank Konstantine at the beach bar for the delicious cocktails she made. Another point is The hotel was a perfect hotel for families with children. It was good for us in terms of peace of mind. If you are looking for action and entertainment, it may be a bit boring because it is generally a better hotel for families with children and the elderly. As a result, we were very pleased with everything and we recommend it.
