Marianna at reception is simply priceless treasure of this hotel. Friendly, always very helpful, positive and happy person. Thanks for helping me and looking after me throughout week in hotel. Hotel is in good location, few minutes from beautiful beach, restaurant and few shops. Apparently there is a bus going to Corfu town. Also 10 minute drive from Porto Timoni, 50 minut drive from Corfu town. Room was nice and clean, bed comfortable. Evening entertainment almost every day bringing you some nice vibe. Pool nice. Smell as some people described appeared sometimes but this can happen everywhere. I read people positive opinions about food but I can’t agree with it. I’m not picky person and few basic things are enough for me. However this time I felt hopeless every day about breakfast lunch nad dinner. However if some people were happy with food maybe it was me so you have to gamble yourself or eat outside. I didn’t notice any other issues but I spent majority of time away from hotel exploring Corfu. In overall hotel is nice staff friendly and helpful, location is good as well.

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful place. Everybody can find his own way to enjoy this place. You can find calm places or you can enjoy an evening music. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The food is not bad. One can always find something for his liking. It is not the greatest, but we enjoyed it. Thank you!

Staff was great, no doubts. Hotel is located close to the beach. Really nice swimming pools (3 of them). But ...the terrible smell for entire staying is unforgettable (no worries, you will get used to during first days though). Food is almost the same every single day, avarage quality.

This hotel is advertised as a four star and I don't think it warrants this. The bedding and curtains are old, dated and dowdy. The pillows were tiny and lumpy and you couldn't get any extras.The stench from the sewers is overwhelming especially away from the main building. The staff are efficient but mostly not joyous in their work, Joanne at reception was the exception to this. The WiFi was practically non existent. The food was very samey and lukewarm, the saving grace was that there were some good local bars. I would not go back to the hotel again

We stayed here a week ago for 6 nights and this was what I thought. - When we arrived, we were given a room on the top floor whilst the lift was broken. After being asked to move multiple times, the receptionists told us it would be fixed the next day and they said that for 4 days straight. It was only until our second to last day it was fixed. - Sometimes there was no signs for food on the buffet - The WiFi does not work well anywhere. The receptionist even told me it doesn’t work in any rooms. - There is a horrible sewage smell that can be smelled anywhere in the hotel. - The swimming pools are filthy. Even with goggles on you cannot see the bottom of the pool. - Food was extremely repetitive and bad. Something else to note is there isn’t much that is kid friendly for food. Also was a very small choice in food. - No water bottles are supplied to rooms even though you cannot get water from taps - Our room was not clean on arrival and was cleaned poorly throughout our stay. - Shower was very bad, either warm with terrible pressure or freezing with a lot of pressure. - Good location for the beach however not near much else, there isn’t much to do outside the hotel. - AC in the room is good - Drinks machine broke two nights in the hotel so only water or beer was on offer. A few things to think about… - It is ages from the airport, however this resulted in us getting a private transfer for free both ways (we booked with easyJet) - We seemed to be the only English people in the resort, this is not a complaint but some of the staff did not speak English well. - No English channels on the TV. All together was a good stay due to the fact we only spent 2 days in the hotel. Wouldn’t stay again and would not recommend.
