Important to know: understaffed front desk, be prepared for long waits in every capacity. No actual room service - they outsource to a food delivery app. Rooms modern but unequipped, no microwave and they won't offer to heat your food up for you, you can't even get a hot water kettle. When you call the front desk you're greeted by an AI robot who tries very hard not to put you through to someone who actually works here. On my last visit I woke up covered in bed bugs - when I told the staff, they weren't even sorry or apologetic and kind of implied I was lying. The eventually sent security who then asked to see the bites, I happily showed my body was covered in them. They had me fill out an incident report and I was expecting some kind of compensation or even apology - nothing. Shower and water pressure weak. Their digital check in they offer is buggy and never works. It's clear this place is all looks and no performance. They prioritize profit margins over actual guest experience. There are far better hotels with the same price point on the strip and I encourage you to look at those. Location is also not ideal as it is quite far north of the real action.

The rooms are nice and the housekeeping is great. However, if you're planning on saving some money by having anything refrigerated in your room, FORGET IT!! The fully stocked fridge is a decent size and actually keeps things cold. Right next to it is an empty fridge you can use. It's tiny, and it doesn't keep anything cold, barely cool, especially if you put more than 3 things in it. If you use their side, that actually works, they'll charge you a $25 restocking fee!! For the price of the room, you'd think they could accommodate their customers' needs with a decent fridge! I'll find another place next time, where I can at least have a cold drink in my room.

Amazing stay with my family here. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. Great location on the Strip with a huge pool area, lots of dining options, and friendly staff. Room was very comfortable and tech-friendly. Loved the vibe—definitely coming back!

had a great experience staying at Hilton at Resorts World. The service stood out right away—every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming, which made me feel both comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The hotel layout is well thought out, and the cleanliness across the entire property was excellent. That said, there were a few minor issues that kept this from being a five-star experience. The air conditioning unit in the room made a strange sighing sound every time it turned on, which was a bit distracting, especially at night. The blinking green light on the fire alarm also stayed on through the night, which made it harder to get truly restful sleep. Additionally, I was surprised that the pool closed at 8pm—it would’ve been nice to enjoy it later in the evening. And the elevator system could use clearer signage; it wasn’t immediately obvious which elevators serviced which floors, which caused some confusion. Overall, though, I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel feels modern, clean, and secure, and I’d absolutely consider returning. A few small adjustments would make this an easy five stars.

I recently spent two nights at the Hilton at Resorts World Las Vegas, and overall had a positive experience. My room was on the 50th floor with a beautiful view of the Strip. The space was spotless, quiet, and comfortably located close to the elevators. I also want to highlight the warm, helpful front desk staff—once I was able to speak with them, they were a genuine bright spot in my stay. That said, the check-in process was painfully slow. As someone who works in customer quality, it was disappointing to have such a painfully slow experience to get checked in. The long line and wait time made for a frustrating start. Additionally, parking logistics were a challenge. If you self-park, prepare for a long walk to the front desk—not ideal if you’re carrying luggage. Valet is available, but with resort fees, parking fees, and valet fees, the costs add up very quickly. I also stayed at the Venetian on this trip, which wasn’t perfect either, but their check-in was noticeably quicker. In short, beautiful rooms, excellent staff, but operational and logistical issues keep this from being a top-tier resort experience. With some improvements to check-in efficiency and guest logistics, this could easily be a 4 or 5-star property.
