had a great experience staying at Hilton at Resorts World. The service stood out right away—every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming, which made me feel both comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The hotel layout is well thought out, and the cleanliness across the entire property was excellent. That said, there were a few minor issues that kept this from being a five-star experience. The air conditioning unit in the room made a strange sighing sound every time it turned on, which was a bit distracting, especially at night. The blinking green light on the fire alarm also stayed on through the night, which made it harder to get truly restful sleep. Additionally, I was surprised that the pool closed at 8pm—it would’ve been nice to enjoy it later in the evening. And the elevator system could use clearer signage; it wasn’t immediately obvious which elevators serviced which floors, which caused some confusion. Overall, though, I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel feels modern, clean, and secure, and I’d absolutely consider returning. A few small adjustments would make this an easy five stars.

I recently spent two nights at the Hilton at Resorts World Las Vegas, and overall had a positive experience. My room was on the 50th floor with a beautiful view of the Strip. The space was spotless, quiet, and comfortably located close to the elevators. I also want to highlight the warm, helpful front desk staff—once I was able to speak with them, they were a genuine bright spot in my stay. That said, the check-in process was painfully slow. As someone who works in customer quality, it was disappointing to have such a painfully slow experience to get checked in. The long line and wait time made for a frustrating start. Additionally, parking logistics were a challenge. If you self-park, prepare for a long walk to the front desk—not ideal if you’re carrying luggage. Valet is available, but with resort fees, parking fees, and valet fees, the costs add up very quickly. I also stayed at the Venetian on this trip, which wasn’t perfect either, but their check-in was noticeably quicker. In short, beautiful rooms, excellent staff, but operational and logistical issues keep this from being a top-tier resort experience. With some improvements to check-in efficiency and guest logistics, this could easily be a 4 or 5-star property.

If I ever go back to Vegas I would not hesitate to stay here again! The rooms were beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The shower and bathroom were plenty big. It was in a great location as you could walk to other casinos easily. The infinity pool was nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyway. Great bang for your buck!

I expected a better experience. The reception first impression was great. Our room was decent, yet the shower drain kept getting clogged, the bathroom door was uncomfortably positioned, and I don't feel there is real service here. I have stayed at other locations on the strip before and felt it left a lot to desire. The hotel and establishment is modern looking and has a lot of potential, but left a lot on the table. Not sure if we would be back.

Got in at 1:20 AM. There were 5 people in front of us in line. Reached the front desk 40 minutes later at 2AM. They had 2 people working and a manager doing whatever she was doing. It took them 16 minutes per person to get checked in. No apology from the lady at the desk. Then she tells me they’re out of king rooms. I said but I reserved a king room. She said we don’t have any, it’s 2AM and we only hold a room not the exact room you book. She started to get an attitude with me and get nasty. I told her I had the right to be upset and she got even more rude with her tone and choice of words. She then asks if I would like for her to look for a long room. I said you just told me you have no king rooms. She said I know but do you want me to look. Now as a logical person I’m highly confused here. So I told her why would you look if there are none. She was rude again and I requested a manager. She said I’ll get you in touch with her she’s over there in a way that showed she could care less. She asked again if I wanted her to look and I said go ahead. She typed for 2 minutes and goes ok I found you a king room here it is, you’re all set. I just stared at her and then I said I’m not all set though, i still need to speak with a manager. She said she’s gone now, but I’ll call her for you. I waited 15 minutes and the manager never came. Not sure if she never called her (likely) or if the manager just ignored me. Nothing was done, no contact, no apology. Absolutely disgraceful for a business this large. Circus Circus is across the street, but the actual circus is inside the Hilton. They do not staff enough people at the reception, especially considering they are rude and incompetent. Take my advice and stay somewhere closer and better with kinder and more attentive staff.
