I’ve stayed at Hilton Resorts World Las Vegas multiple times, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I booked my stay through Booking.com and had a confirmed reservation. When I arrived, the front desk staff was completely unprofessional and couldn’t locate my booking—even after I showed them my confirmation number. Eventually, they "found" it, but then asked for my card for a security deposit. Without my consent, they created a new reservation under my name and charged me again, despite me already having a confirmed booking. They never provided any explanation, bill, or receipt for this extra charge. To make things worse, they also charged me a resort fee, even though it was supposed to be waived due to a promotion. I only found this out after contacting Hilton customer service, who had to escalate the issue and connect me with the front desk after two days of trying. As if that wasn’t enough, I had to change rooms because the first one had a dirty bathroom and a strong sewer smell. This whole experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After being a loyal guest for years, this stay has completely changed my opinion. Never again.

Modern clean environment. I arrived around 4pm , there were 5-6 staff at front door helping with luggage and open door for you with friendly welcome greeting and smile. there has 8-9 front desk staff assisting you check in , wait time is less than 10 minutes. Elevator is fast almost no wait time and usually empty . I stayed at a regular 2 beds room , room was clean with good view to the strip area. Cons: No microwave No coffee maker Very tiny fridge No electric kettle Not walking distance to the main strip area (about 20 minutes walk) Basically you have to go down looking for everything and pay everything .

Pros: The resort is very new and located toward the end of the Strip, offering stunning views both day and night. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and even a small shopping mall with a variety of stores. The casino is spacious with many gaming options, and drink service was consistently quick and accessible. Elevators were fast and readily available, and housekeeping provided excellent service with daily clean rooms and fresh towels. The property also offers a 24-hour convenience store, though prices are quite high (for example, two waters and two muffins totaled $36). Guest rooms feature a fully stocked snack bar and mini-fridge (available for an additional fee), along with a safe and clothing iron. The resort also includes a spa and massage services, with treatments starting at $300+ per person. Cons: Check-in was a major drawback. At 11:30 PM, only two employees were working the front desk, and long lines made the process frustrating. Unfortunately, this seemed to be the case at all hours, including at 9:00 AM during checkout. Parking is inconvenient, located a distance from the main elevators, which makes transporting luggage more difficult. The in-room fridge is smaller than standard hotel fridges, and there was no coffee maker, microwave, or hair dryer provided. The pool area was consistently overcrowded with little to no seating available. Additionally, be cautious about incidental holds. For our four-night stay, the resort charged $600 upfront as a hold, but I received multiple daily banking notifications of additional holds totaling nearly $1,000 on top of the $900 cost of the stay. Although the front desk explained these were only pending holds and not actual charges, it was excessive and unnecessary—especially since we paid out of pocket for all on-site purchases and charged nothing to the room.

This was a great hotel located slightly further down the Strip. Being fairly new, it’s in excellent condition compared to some of the older resorts. The rooms are very clean and cosy, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom that made the stay feel special. On the downside, the constant air conditioning wasn’t great for the skin, and the smoking in the casino felt a bit outdated, especially from a European perspective. I also found there weren’t many healthy or clean food options available, which was a little disappointing. Overall, though, I really enjoyed my stay. The positives far outweighed the negatives, and this would definitely be my first choice when visiting Las Vegas again.

Important to know: understaffed front desk, be prepared for long waits in every capacity. No actual room service - they outsource to a food delivery app. Rooms modern but unequipped, no microwave and they won't offer to heat your food up for you, you can't even get a hot water kettle. When you call the front desk you're greeted by an AI robot who tries very hard not to put you through to someone who actually works here. On my last visit I woke up covered in bed bugs - when I told the staff, they weren't even sorry or apologetic and kind of implied I was lying. The eventually sent security who then asked to see the bites, I happily showed my body was covered in them. They had me fill out an incident report and I was expecting some kind of compensation or even apology - nothing. Shower and water pressure weak. Their digital check in they offer is buggy and never works. It's clear this place is all looks and no performance. They prioritize profit margins over actual guest experience. There are far better hotels with the same price point on the strip and I encourage you to look at those. Location is also not ideal as it is quite far north of the real action.
