Had an amazing time and experience at this hotel. I am a person who asked a lot of questions and Aria was very patient with me. She was able to guide me throughout my stay. The hotel is huge and a lot of activities on site. The rooms are very clean, have huge beds, and nice views. The restrooms come with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The gym was pretty decent size also, got a good workout in. Will definitely be staying again on next trip.

Beautiful hotel, but: 1. no guest services: you can get a robot on the phone only, which hangs up on you frequently. no person will answer the phone. 2. no room service: you can call GrubHub. 3. nowhere to sit down in entire complex unless you are paying for something. Literally no seating anywhere. 4. Coffee in the morning? starbucks for $10 a cup. Everything is double or triple normal costs. 5. Taxi service from the hotel. you'll see a service fee added after you pay your tip. 6. Ate dinner at the hotel and they added 20% for a party of five. that's fine, but server put a big circle around the line for tip and expected more. 7. Don't touch any of the snacks or drinks in your room. If you lift to look at it for more than 30 seconds you will be charged for it. We had 4 items, including a bottle of Patron added to our bill for items we didn't use. Make sure to check your bill BEFORE you leave, or you will be given an 800 number to try to sort it out afterwards. Good luck with that. 8. lovely pool access for your $55 daily resort fee, but you can't get shade from the sun anywhere unless you pay extra for a seat with a shade umbrella. Also it opens at 9am with a hoard of people waiting at the doors each day to get in before the 'free' seats fill up. Basically you'll feel as though they have carefully thought of every possible angle to extract money from you. I felt that in previous trips to Vegas it didn't used to be that way, but I guess with this $4B facility they have had to change up their game. It's a hard pass for us next time around.

This hotel and casino was AMAZING without breaking your bank. The rooms were so comfortable and stunning! The bathroom was beautiful with a very spacious walk in shower. The front desk agent even gave my a strip view for my birthday. Everything was just incredible! One of the bars in the hotel was very delicious! The bartenders were incredibly kind. Overall, amazing experience

I’m giving location a 3 bc it’s at the very end of the strip so it depends what your Vegas goal is. I would say great for families, excellent for the convention center. It was easy to walk in from the strip which is not always the case. It was clean and smelled nice. Had my kids been with me, I felt like it would have been easy to get around without having to walk them through a smoke filled tight-aisled casino. The pool was expansive, beautiful, calm and clean; bars and food were readily available and connected to the hotel restaurants so you could get almost anything delivered. It did close at 4 which was a bummer. The rooms were very clean, newly renovated, and with excellent views. The service was kind, and responsive.

Front Desk experience was ok after finally getting someone to greet us in the Gold Line. We stayed at this property 2 times in the last two weeks. Booking two separate rooms each time. The showerheads were broken in both rooms I stayed in. I noticed a hair tie holding the shower head up the first time so, when I stayed in a completely separate room and had a broken shower head that would not stay up I ended up using my hair tie to use to do the same thing. Fix your showerheads!!!! The baseboards looked like thaey hadn't been cleaned since opening weekend. Seriously, what I joke. It's crazy to see a hotel room feel like it's 10+ years old when it's 4. We've stayed multiple times previously and booked your two bedroom suite for Thanksgivings along with rooms for all our family members. I will not be taking them back to broken showerheads and dirty rooms. You need to get a handle on upkeep! I will happily stay back at our regular spots Palazzo, The Wynn and Bellagio. There is no Room Service. The Gym is better but I'd rather have a working showerhead.
