On the surface, this Hilton at Resorts World has all the important vacation amenities: fancy spa, sprawling gym, large outdoor pool area, massive and affordable food court full of diverse international cuisines, a high-end steakhouse, numerous name-brand shops, and a rooftop bar with a panoramic view of the Las Vegas strip. However, the room was extremely underwhelming, as the carpet area around the closet was damp, and the room had a strong and strange odor to it. Shower door got stuck due to the worn plastic strips, and the door lock battery expired during my stay, leading to three different visits to the front desk and finally a security guard “fixed” the issue. The annoying room issues would have been magnified if I had spent more time in the room, but alas this was in Vegas so Hilton still gets an average rating.

On the Strip but not like a room factory! Feels like a hotel.. ​My stay at the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World was a solid experience that balanced some minor hiccups with fantastic service and world-class amenities. ​The Room & Cleanliness ​The room size is average for a Strip hotel—functional and modern, though not overly spacious. While the bed linens were fresh, the housekeeping needs more attention to detail. Upon checking in during a busy rush, I found a pair of dirty socks under the vanity. However, outside of that specific oversight, the rest of the property is impressively well-maintained. ​Exceptional Public Spaces & Pool ​One of the biggest selling points for this hotel is the environment. Unlike many older properties on the Strip, the casino and public areas are very less smoky, making it much more comfortable to walk around. The pool area is also a major highlight—spacious, clean, and a great place to spend the day. Overall, the public amenities are top-tier. ​World-Class Dining ​The highlight of the stay was The District. If you love Asian cuisine, this is a 10/10 destination. They have a massive food hall with 10–12 different outlets serving everything from Chinese and Japanese to various other Asian specialties. The variety and quality are easily some of the best you'll find in Vegas. ​Service Recovery ​What really saved the experience was the staff. At checkout, we were met by the duty manager, Cassandra. She was incredibly nice and polite, taking the time to truly listen to and understand the issues we encountered. Her professional handling of our concerns made a huge difference. ​Final Verdict ​Despite the initial cleanliness issue in the room, the service from management and the quality of the amenities have won me over. Between the smoke-free atmosphere, the pool, and the incredible food, I am definitely going to try this property again very soon. ​Rating: 4 / 5 Stars

We stayed here 4 nights and had a overall great experience. The rooms are very nice. We had a city view that we enjoyed. Check in and check out was very slow. During check out, one of their associates was approaching people in line and asking for our room numbers to check us out and we would receive an email confirmation. I hadn't received an email after 4hours and luckily came back since our flight was later and asked for a receipt. Turns out, there was a discrepancy on my receipt having me pay more than it actually should have been by $60. Thanks to the gentleman for making the adjustments but this is an absolute dishonesty in billing slapping additional fees on the bill. With the way the resort fees are already making you pay $220, wasn't this enough for you to overcharge clients without even having coffee or anything in the room for your customers, just way too much greed. Sadly I had to change the rating now from 5 stars because of this discrepancy.

My husband was a 7 medal 4 bronze star disabled veteran. We were married 53 years. Sadly he passed away. My sons decided that I needed a family vacation. They knew that their Dad and I had loved Vegas. So, they surprised me with this wonderful family trip to Vegas. The Hilton resort was wonderful. The front desk manager Paul was fantastic. Rooms were great! The matress and pillows were so great that I wish I could have purchased them to take home! I couldn’t have afforded this trip without my wonderful family. They wanted me to have a great time and I did! Thanks Resort World Hilton for a beautiful comfy fun stay!

I stayed at Resorts World Las Vegas this week and unfortunately the experience fell far below expectations. I arrived on a Tuesday at 2pm, and despite the hotel being quiet — no major events, nothing hectic — I ended up waiting two full hours just to check into my room. For a property of this scale, it was surprising and honestly disappointing. I never felt taken care of or prioritized. I had issues setting up the TV. I called guest services at 10:40pm, was bounced to GetStreaming for troubleshooting, and then sent right back to guest services… who then had me wait 45 minutes for a tech to never arrive. The explanation was that there was a “shift change.” I get that people don’t want to overlap tasks at the end of a shift, but it really felt like a basic logistical miss for a hotel that claims to offer quality care. Any decent hotel would’ve handled this without making the guest feel like the inconvenience was theirs to absorb. The hotel itself is new and visually appealing, which is a plus, but even that was overshadowed by small details that signal a lack of care — like the stains on my curtains. It doesn’t match the level of hospitality and attention to detail they advertise. Overall, I’d rate the service at a 2 out of 5. There’s potential here, but the basics — timely check-in, responsive support, and attention to room quality — just weren’t there.
