Great hotel excellent service and location. The rooms are spacious and are mini suites with a living area kitchen and dinning table. Plus two televisions. Remember to bring your own coffee pods as the ones in the room are super expensive. We had a fountain view suite the views were spectacular 👌

I mean everything at the Vdara Hotel Spa was smooth from beginning to end. I really like how security is present and they make sure you scan your key card before getting on the elevators and once you get on the elevators, you scan card and push the number floor you’re going to. This lets me know how secure it is. I enjoyed the room service. They exceeded our expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was able to have a beautiful view while swimming. It was overall a wonderful experience and I look forward to going back. I highly recommend this place if you’re vacationing in Vegas.

On 9/7/2025, I checked in at Vdara Hotel around 7:30pm and was assisted by Celeste. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the experience. I usually travel alone on business trips and stay at Marriott Bonvoy hotels, but this time I was traveling with my wife and 6-year-old daughter. Since it was close to dinner time and my daughter was thirsty—it was her first visit to Las Vegas and she was still adjusting to the weather—I requested an extra bottle of water after Celeste handed me two small bottles. She refused, stating there was a limit of two bottles per check-in. However, I noticed another guest had received four bottles from a different front desk agent, which left me feeling frustrated. After checking into our room, I noticed the in-room tablet wasn’t working and the ice machine room door was locked. I had to call the front desk twice within 10 minutes to report these issues. Ultimately, I went back downstairs to request a room change. At that point, Ramon assisted me. He resolved the situation quickly and efficiently, and within a minute he had arranged a new room for us. He also offered me a bottle of water, which may seem small, but his sincerity and willingness to help made a significant difference. Thanks to Ramon’s professionalism, our family trip immediately felt much more supported and enjoyable. I wanted to share this experience so that Celeste and other front desk team members can learn from Ramon’s excellent example of customer service. His actions demonstrated the kind of care and attentiveness that truly elevates a guest’s stay.

Really nothing great about it. They traded in a real concierge for a virtual one that is worthless. It seems like cost cutting was done almost every place imaginable and service and customer experience are not on the priority list. The elevators are slow and do not all seem to be working. The air condition in the bedroom of the suite was inadequate and never made the room comfortable. I asked for a late checkout and was granted one until noon and told to call back the day of checkout for a later checkout. When I called back on the day of checkout, the lady was rude, told me they were completely full on Monday (which was an obvious lie) and then said I could not have even the noon checkout I was given the previous day because no one had written it down. I stopped staying at MGM properties many years ago and now I remember why. They do not care about customer care or experience, have no concept of what customer service is, and treat all guests as if they are a number and an ATM machine. They also want to charge by the day for parking. It is a fraud if Vdara claims to be a 5 star hotel. It might be 2.4 at best. The maid service was the lone saving grace. They were on top of it everyday.

When I come to Vegas I stay at the Vdara. I’ve stayed here twice now (having been at 3 other hotels) and it’s quickly becoming my go-to. It’s quite. There’s no casino floor on the property 👍🏾. There’s no smoking 🚭 on the premises👍🏾👍🏾. And the entrance doesn’t face the strip 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. Clean rooms, excellent staff, love the spa (though it’s pricey), nice pool area, and it’s quiet 🤫 You don’t see too many kids running around which I love. I just love the vibe of this place. It’s not too pretentious with a solid reputation. If you haven’t stayed here ever, give it a shot on your next trip. You want be disappointed 💖💖💖
