We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and bright, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing right away. We were also given a high-floor room with a beautiful view, and it really made our stay extra special. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. I also enjoyed spending time in the hot tub, which was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day. I did book a spa treatment during our stay, but it was just okay and didn’t quite stand out compared to other hotel spas I’ve tried. That said, everything else about the stay was very pleasant. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Amanda at the restaurant gave us excellent service for breakfast two days in a row. Check in was very easy and accommodating with our specific request. Much better service than Aria. Housekeeping greets with friendly smiles when you walk by. My key didn’t work at the elevator and a kind older gentleman staff member was willing to walk me over to the desk to get it fixed instead of just sending me there. This is our second time staying here and the best so far. I really like that you can just walk over to Bellagio, Cosmo and Aria with bridges. Super convenient.

Rooms are decent. The maintenance and cleaning haven’t kept this hotel in great shape. The sewer smell in the rooms was strong. I’ve stayed twice there, but after this time I don’t think I’ll be staying there again. The staff were nice. Starbucks was great to have in there. It was great to be connected to the Bellagio and Cosmo. I love its non-smoking throughout.

This review is based on my arrival and check in experience. I had booked a studio room with 2 queens for 4 people who in advance. Upon arrival I was notified that there were no rooms with 2 queens available. Instead we were given a (larger) room with one king bed, a pullout couch we had to mage ourselves and a roll up bed had to be brought in as well. The room has a very strong chemical smell and it definitely is falsely advertised as a 4.4/5 star resort. The flooring and tub in the bath are scuffed. See pictures. Staff at check in were pleasant and attempted to be accommodating and understanding but I was repeatedly told it was an unfortunate situation. All that could be done was sleep in this available room this evening and the morning staff would help address this unfortunate situation. I still don't understand how the room is booked wasn't available. Not at all as advertised. Stay away.

We've stayed at this hotel twice. The location is great, we felt safe, and the staff is friendly. The rooms are starting to show some age, but they're still nice especially for the price. I didn't give 5 stars due to last time finding some crumbs on the floor in the room. The hotel did address. I wish I could give 4.5 stars
