I am extremely disappointed and will never stay at Vdara again. I specifically chose this hotel for the kitchen amenities, but I received no benefit from them. I understand that kitchenware is available upon request, but it takes forever to reach someone over the room phone. I was on hold for at least 30 minutes just to make a request, and it took anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour to actually receive the service. Several outlets in the room did not work, and the buttons for the shades and blackout curtains were also nonfunctional. The table lamp wasn’t working either, and I had to request a repair three times as no one came for hours after each request. I also asked for four water bottles at the front desk and was told that only two bottles are allowed per person. When I explained that two people were staying, the staff member said both people had to be present in person to receive the bottles. That’s an incredibly ridiculous policy, especially for such a basic amenity. On top of that, the employee I interacted with was unfriendly and spoke in a dismissive tone, unlike the other staff members at the hotel. She should not be working at the front desk. Overall, the hotel offers very limited amenities and does not live up to five-star service standards. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Vdara Hotel & Spa is perfectly located, just a short walk from the Strip, making it very convenient for exploring all the major attractions of Las Vegas. We had a spacious room with a kitchenette, which was great for a more comfortable stay. One thing to note is that everything in the room, including water, snacks, and other items, is for purchase — nothing is complimentary, except for the four small bottles of water we received for free at check-in, which was a nice touch. Valet parking was $40 per 24 hours, which I thought was a bit pricey. I’m not sure how that compares to other hotels in the area, but it felt like an expensive add-on to the overall cost of the stay. That said, the hotel itself offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere, with a beautiful pool area, a spa, and great dining options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The views of the city skyline were amazing, especially at night. While the hotel is on the more expensive side, especially if you’re looking for something budget-friendly, the location, comfort, and overall quality of the stay make it worth considering. Overall, a great place for those looking for a quiet retreat near the action of the Strip.

Stayed at Vdara and overall had a great experience. The suites are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer a peaceful retreat from the chaos of the Strip. I loved the no-casino, smoke-free vibe — perfect for relaxing. That said, the rooms are starting to show their age. While still elegant, some furnishings and finishes feel a bit dated, and a renovation would really bring the property back to top form. Service was solid, location is fantastic, and it still feels like a hidden gem for those looking for comfort and calm in Vegas. With a refresh, it could easily be a five-star stay.

Excellent hotel close to the Strip. You can walk through Cosmopolitan to get here. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable. We had view on the Sphere and the Bellagio fountains. There is no casino in this hotel. Free luggage storage for early arrival and late departure. Recommended.

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located close to the strip with access to the Aria, but multiple issues occurred with service and amenities that ensure I’ll NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN: 1. NO WATER: they tell you at front that they’ll offer you free water bottles, and give you these tiny bottles to grab at any time. But when I go back to grab more later on the front desk staff was visibly annoyed having to grab me two tiny bottles and told me that’s all they can give me and rudely rolled their eyes at me asking, as if they didn’t offer it to every guest at the beginning of check-in. The second time I go they told me they didn’t have any water bottles left. Dying of thirst in the middle of the night, I ended up having to buy two waters at the convenience store for $22!!! I didn’t even want to try to figure out how much the room waters would cost me but I read they’re $20 each. I don’t understand why they don’t have a water dispense machine for free water. Absolutely unacceptable for a supposed luxury hotel. 2. Front desk staff was incredibly rude (as mentioned above) 3. Elevators: an elevator was out of service the entire weekend I was there and the rest of the elevators moved very slow, sometimes not coming at all. 4: Rooms not clean: the room appeared clean when we first walked in but there were little hairs in the sink, lipstick on the towels and little items left over from previous guests like a hair tie and change. Overall, terrible experience and not worth the price. I can forgive the elevators, but the rooms at hotel of this level should be clean, the guests should not be dying of thirst or be paying $11 a bottle for water, and most importantly: the staff should be courteous and nice.
