I visited the Palazzo Las Vegas for my birthday 2025 and can I say that I was not disappointed!!! I can definitely appreciate excellent customer service which we received from we exited our taxi and was greeted by the bellman. The Concierge, Joseph…was professional, friendly and accommodating!! His service had set the tone and bar for this experience!! The security at the entrance of the guest elevators was a plus as comfort is important! The Canyon Spa is beautiful, serene space… my Massage Therapist, Rhyan.. has therapeutic hands. I was so relaxed following my massage on the morning of my birthday that I just wanted to relax for the remainder of the day!!!! Fitted with many stores and restaurants that if you desired, there was no need to go out. Conveniently located on the strip! My Sphere room gave me a great view everyday!!! A beautiful luxury!!!!! I will be back!!!

The suites are exceptionally spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a true sense of relaxation despite being in the heart of Las Vegas. The layout is functional and upscale, with comfortable bedding and well-appointed bathrooms that reflect attention to detail. Service throughout the resort is professional and efficient. Staff members are courteous, knowledgeable, and consistently helpful, whether at check-in, housekeeping, or guest services. The experience feels organized and seamless, even during busy periods. The pool area is well maintained and relaxing, offering a more upscale and less crowded atmosphere. Guests also benefit from easy access to the full range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options shared with The Venetian, making the overall experience both convenient and premium. Overall, The Palazzo delivers a polished, luxury resort experience with excellent accommodations and service. I would highly recommend staying here and would gladly return.

The Palazzo is an amazing hotel. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the views were incredible. Being able to see the Sphere and the mountains made the stay even better. Housekeeping was consistent and on point. We always had fresh, clean towels and the room was well taken care of throughout the stay. The staff across the hotel was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and exactly what you’d expect from a top-tier Vegas hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo and would absolutely return. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, which made check-in a smooth and pleasant experience. The location was incredibly convenient. We were in town for the Backstreet Boys concert at the Sphere, and everything we needed was just a short walk away, including great shopping and excellent dining options. One feature I especially appreciated was the remote checkout. It made departure effortless and stress-free, which was the perfect way to end a great stay. Overall, the Palazzo offered comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

This was our second trip to Vegas. The first time we stayed at the Venetian July 11th and saw the Back Street Boys opening night. It was a bit overwhelming. This second time around we stayed at the Palazzo instead and a couple observations. Much quieter and relaxed on that side. More adults less children. Rooms were clean and quiet inside. Slept like babies. Shower pressure was a bit low but overall well appointed and great view. The Palazzo Casino was much mellower and Bar Luca is a fun cross section to people watch. We were there over new years was some very gorgeous people. It’s just easy and everything is so accessible. Restaurants were on point as always. We got married at Planet 13, what a blast and saw the Back Street Boys New Years show. We had a blast. My number one ☝🏼 observation is how amazing the staff is. They are so friendly and easy to chat with. My wife and I really enjoyed the warmth and inactions we had with them. A hotel is absolutely nothing without an expert staff that knows how to connect with the visitors. From the housekeeping, security, janitorial staff, servers and show runners. The highest of Compliments to them. When we come back to stay there again, they will be why. 🙏🏼
