for those planning to stay, take extra precaution. Their so called smoking sensor goes on even without a person in the room smoking. After a fun filled backstreet boys night, I woke up to a text from concierge that my room was charged with a smoking violation. I called customer service, after being placed on hold I was asked to go to front office. At the front office, I was again told to wait as they “investigate”, they showed me the sensor result and I told them no one is even in the room - I had to show my bsb ticket the previous night as evidence. No apologies, no acknowledgement that their sensor is faulty and should not be relied on fully. After going back to my room, they kept bothering me as they cannot charge the violation to my card (I locked my card), I said the matter is still disputed and why do they keep charging me, they mentioned I need to dispute the matter with my card as front desk cannot do anything about it. they dont seem to communicate as the other front desk staff told me they are escalating to their director or whatever, again no apologied provided. They finally called around 11 am or so to say it was settled, but that messed up my whole day and I had 3 days left at the Palazzo (no apologies no compensation for the remaining days for the anxiety they have provided). i had to set up a camera everytime I leave the room to have evidence. so if you want a stressful stay, by all means stay at Venetian/Palazzo. If not for the convenience to the sphere I wouldnt have stayed in this scam of a hotel.

I recently stayed at The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort, and the experience was impressive—especially considering how affordable it is compared to many other five‑star properties in Las Vegas. The location is outstanding, right in the center of the Strip, making it easy to walk to major attractions, shows, and nearby resorts. One of the biggest highlights is that The Palazzo is directly connected to The Venetian, which adds a ton of convenience and entertainment value. The combined complex is massive and incredibly fun to explore, offering everything from high‑end shopping to themed walkways that make the property feel like a destination in itself. With so many shops and restaurants available, you could easily spend hours wandering without ever stepping outside. There are a couple of downsides worth noting. While the dining options are plentiful, many of the restaurants are on the pricey side, even compared to typical Vegas standards. Additionally, because the resort is extremely popular and centrally located, it can feel a bit too crowded at peak times, especially on weekends or during major events. Overall, The Palazzo delivers excellent value for a luxury‑style stay. The spacious rooms, prime location, and seamless access to The Venetian make it a great choice—just be prepared for some crowds and higher restaurant bills.

If you like loud crowded expensive chaotic hotels here you go. I got lost every time I left the room. The staff didn’t even know where places were. Too far from the other hotels & shows & the action of the strip. You have to Uber most places. There is no refrigerator microwave not even a coffee maker available. The towels were the size of hand towels, they were scratchy & thin. A room for four provided 2 robes that were as bad as the towels. It was beyond expensive, I have been to Vegas I know everything is expensive this place took it to a new level. The shopping places had high pressure sales staff, think used car dealer. The restaurants were just okay not worth the outrageous price tags. Yes it was newer & huge & lots of restaurants & shopping, but casino was small compared to other hotels. It wasn’t decorated beautifully for Christmas, like you’d think they could do. I needed a place to vacation from my vacation. I stayed a few days in another hotel to escape chaos, to a clean room & nice towels & bath. There is a Walgreens across the driveway which was convenient. Other being huge I don’t know what it offers. There is nothing that stands out, like the beauty of the Bellagio, nor the amazing decor of Atlantis & Caesars. Very disappointing for the price, I thought it should offer “something” that would be rememberable. Yes it was near the Sphere, kinda. I got the same view at other hotels. I will never stay here again.

Totally Scam‼️Be careful On September 30, I received a two-night complimentary room offer from The Venetian with offer code CM54DZ. On October 6, I used the offer link to book a two-night stay from November 21–23 to attend the F1 race. I entered my credit card information (even for a complimentary room they require a card for security deposit). At the time of booking, no charges were made and there was no indication that room rates would apply. However, when I checked out on November 23, I was unexpectedly charged $1,150.30 for the room. I went to the front desk and asked why, since my two nights were supposed to be complimentary from the casino. The front desk staff were very rude and told me that because demand was high during that period, the complimentary offer did not apply and I had to pay for the room. This is unreasonable because I had booked the stay almost two months before the race using the complimentary offer, and I am certain that at the time of booking there were no additional room charges shown. In fact, I even had a separate four-night complimentary offer from Fontainebleau for the same period, but I chose to stay at The Venetian for two free nights instead. The front desk told me to contact casino marketing. The casino staff then implied that because I did not gamble enough during my stay, they could not remove the room charges. This condition is not written anywhere in the complimentary room terms. I feel this is very fraudulent — they use the “free room” to lure you in, and then charge you over a thousand dollars for the room when you check out.

The Palazzo is an amazing hotel. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the views were incredible. Being able to see the Sphere and the mountains made the stay even better. Housekeeping was consistent and on point. We always had fresh, clean towels and the room was well taken care of throughout the stay. The staff across the hotel was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and exactly what you’d expect from a top-tier Vegas hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
