Had an amazing stay at the Palazzo- first time staying there and everything was wonderful & went so smoothly! Every single staff member- from the concierge, to housekeeping, to the prestige club wait and bar staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. Truly a luxury experience and while it was pricey, it felt worth it. Would definitely stay there again!

Stayed here for the backstreet boys concert. Great location. Awesome rooms. Sphere view is an upgrade that costs more money. If you have the money do the prestige upgrade for a continental breakfast and happy hour every day. Its definitely worth it. The backstreet boys terminal is here with photo ops and merchandise. Go early as lines are long. Also go to black tap for their crazy milkshakes!

I arrived.for the February 11 Backstreet Boys concert at the sphere as a vip. I arrived to the Palazzo and was greeted by Dwayne at the front desk. He was so kind and enthusiastic for me because of the concert. He recommended a few restaurants for me to try out like Wakuda and it was the most amazing sushi I have ever had. Dwayne also wanted me to have a nice view and was able to get me one! It was quite the experience to stay at that hotel but for Dwayne to personalize it for me meant everything! And for that, I will never forget this trip! And always stay at the Palazzo when I come to LV.

The Palazzo is an amazing hotel. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the views were incredible. Being able to see the Sphere and the mountains made the stay even better. Housekeeping was consistent and on point. We always had fresh, clean towels and the room was well taken care of throughout the stay. The staff across the hotel was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and exactly what you’d expect from a top-tier Vegas hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo and would absolutely return. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, which made check-in a smooth and pleasant experience. The location was incredibly convenient. We were in town for the Backstreet Boys concert at the Sphere, and everything we needed was just a short walk away, including great shopping and excellent dining options. One feature I especially appreciated was the remote checkout. It made departure effortless and stress-free, which was the perfect way to end a great stay. Overall, the Palazzo offered comfort, convenience, and excellent service.
