The Palazzo is an amazing hotel. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the views were incredible. Being able to see the Sphere and the mountains made the stay even better. Housekeeping was consistent and on point. We always had fresh, clean towels and the room was well taken care of throughout the stay. The staff across the hotel was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and exactly what you’d expect from a top-tier Vegas hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were great. The service was mostly good except the one night we needed extra wash cloths and it took 4 calls and over an hour of waiting to get some. Another day, the pool was closed for a private event. Effectively, it was doullble booked and I lost. Had to go to the pool at the resort next door, which was about a 1/4 mile walk, in my bathing suit. Not great. Location is good, on the strip but near the north end. A location near the middle of the strip would be better. Beautiful hotel.

The room is great: real nice. Just realize the mini fridge is only for making money selling alcohol. There is absolutely not room is the mini fridge for personal items. I asked if they can remove the liquor for purchase to store food. I also need it for insulin, the first offered a fee of 150 to remove it, then they offered another fridge for 45.00. The room was lovely and a gratuity for a lot a playing we have done, so I won’t be a unappreciative jerk, just FYI, if you take any medication or need to keep some food fresh..,, bring your own.

Totally Scam‼️Be careful On September 30, I received a two-night complimentary room offer from The Venetian with offer code CM54DZ. On October 6, I used the offer link to book a two-night stay from November 21–23 to attend the F1 race. I entered my credit card information (even for a complimentary room they require a card for security deposit). At the time of booking, no charges were made and there was no indication that room rates would apply. However, when I checked out on November 23, I was unexpectedly charged $1,150.30 for the room. I went to the front desk and asked why, since my two nights were supposed to be complimentary from the casino. The front desk staff were very rude and told me that because demand was high during that period, the complimentary offer did not apply and I had to pay for the room. This is unreasonable because I had booked the stay almost two months before the race using the complimentary offer, and I am certain that at the time of booking there were no additional room charges shown. In fact, I even had a separate four-night complimentary offer from Fontainebleau for the same period, but I chose to stay at The Venetian for two free nights instead. The front desk told me to contact casino marketing. The casino staff then implied that because I did not gamble enough during my stay, they could not remove the room charges. This condition is not written anywhere in the complimentary room terms. I feel this is very fraudulent — they use the “free room” to lure you in, and then charge you over a thousand dollars for the room when you check out.

Our room was wonderful and super clean (Room 48911) and the check in agent (Anthony) was phenomenal and went above and beyond for us! This is easily the best in the strip. Wonderful dining options, an entire mall worth of shopping opportunities ranging from luxury to every day and just wonderful service through and through. Our room had one issue with 2 of 3 of the automatic blinds not working, but that didn't bother us. And house keeping did try to enter the room at about 9am on checkout day without knocking or announcing, almost causing an embarrassing moment. Will definitely come again.
