The Palazzo is absolutely a 10/10! Our room was spacious, spotless, and pure luxury—easily one of the nicest in Vegas. The pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, while the casino was lively, clean, and full of energy. Everywhere we went, the hotel sparkled with cleanliness and attention to detail. What really made our stay outstanding was the staff—they were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had in Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

One of the best stays of my life. The hotel is stunning, with a wide choice of restaurants, coffee shops, and luxury boutiques. There are plenty of swimming pools for the guests. The casino is really nice, with some complimentary drinks served while playing. The room was huge, and the bathroom amenities, along with the pillows, bed—everything was just wow. We will definitely come back again!

My favorite thing about The Palazzo is the way it anticipates guests’ needs. The rooms are not only spacious and beautifully decorated, but also thoughtfully equipped with everything you might want during your stay (especially if you’re a woman). From makeup tables with mirrors, sewing kits, and cozy bathrobes, to one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, every detail makes you feel cared for. Staying here is an experience in itself. The hotel feels like a small city—you can explore countless stores, restaurants, and of course, the casino, without ever stepping outside. I truly adore this place. The hospitality is top-notch, impressive given the sheer volume of guests they welcome daily. Everything is spotless, perfectly maintained, and designed to make you feel at ease.

I booked this hotel specifically because of the luxurious oversized tubs. Check-in was a breeze, S/O to Destiny. I felt well taken care of here. The room and living room were so spacious. I really could've just stayed in my room all day. The bed and pillows were to my liking. It didn't take me long to fall asleep at all. Loved security regulating entry to the elevators up to the rooms. The pools were plentiful, and the service was great. S/O to Marissa. Everything is overpriced when it comes to luxury, though. A $14 snickers bar is insanity. Don't touch the minibar 😂. The Palazzo will still be my choice hotel for any future stays I have in Vegas.

I had a last-minute issue with my room situation, and he went above and beyond to help resolve it quickly and smoothly. He was professional, understanding, and truly did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable. His commitment to excellent customer service made a real difference in my experience, and I genuinely appreciate his help. He did a fantastic job and absolutely deserves to be recognized for it.
