Overall, we had a really good stay at The Palazzo and would definitely consider coming back. The self-parking entrance was easy to find, which made arrival simple, but the garage itself was a little confusing to navigate at first. The row markings and signs were there, but they did not feel especially intuitive on a first visit, and some of the parking-space indicator lights were not accurate because certain spaces were blocked off. The exit signage could also be clearer. Check-in, though, was excellent. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and very informative, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgraded room and a Sphere view for our anniversary. Security throughout the property also stood out in a good way, with controlled elevator access and a visible but seamless security presence that made the hotel feel very secure. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well laid out, with the split-level suite design that Palazzo is known for. The shower water pressure was excellent, and one thing the hotel did especially well was elevator traffic, since we never had to deal with the long waits that are so common at larger resorts. The main reason this is a 4-star review instead of 5 is that there were a few housekeeping details that were overlooked, including an old vape under the TV console and some hair caught in the carpet, which was a little off-putting. We also had a small issue at checkout with a dining credit not appearing on the bill yet, but the front desk was able to resolve it. Overall, the service, security, room size, and overall experience were strong, and despite a few operational misses, it was still a very enjoyable stay.

Our experience at The Palazzo has been nothing short of exceptional, which is why we confidently rate it a 10. My husband and I first stayed here for our honeymoon in June 2023, and from that very first visit, we were beyond impressed. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the atmosphere feels luxurious yet welcoming, and the level of service is truly unmatched. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond, creating an experience that felt special and memorable at every turn. The dining options are phenomenal—Wakuda, Hong Kong Café, Estiatorio Milos, and Grand Lux Café were all incredible. Each meal exceeded our expectations. The gondola ride was another highlight—such a unique and beautiful experience that we’ll always remember. And the rooms… simply the most beautiful and luxurious we’ve ever stayed in, especially compared to other hotels on the Strip. We continue to return to The Palazzo because it holds such a special place in our hearts, from our honeymoon to now celebrating my husband’s birthday. It has truly set the standard for us—so much so that other hotels don’t compare. If you’re looking for luxury, exceptional service, and unforgettable experiences, The Palazzo is the place to stay. We recommend it to everyone.

Every stay at The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort feels like a luxury experience done right. The property is beautiful, the suites are spacious and elegant, and the level of service consistently exceeds expectations. What truly makes the experience exceptional, though, is the staff. My casino host, Isabella Du, always goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of and that I feel genuinely valued as a guest. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and ability to create a seamless VIP experience are a huge reason I continue coming back. From the atmosphere to the hospitality, The Palazzo continues to set the standard for luxury in Las Vegas. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an elevated experience on the Strip. ✨🎰

We had a great experience staying at The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days exploring Las Vegas. One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It’s right in the middle of the Strip action, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment nearby. It’s also within walking distance from inside the Palazzo to the Sphere, which was very convenient. The only downside, especially for guests who enjoy tanning by the pool, is that during the morning the sun is blocked from most of the pool area, leaving a lot of it covered in shade. Aside from that, everything else made for a really enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel in the middle of the strip. Selection of dinning options and shopping was awesome. Room was nice and conveniently located on the strip. Resort fees when you don't use any of the facilities is outrageous. Las Vegas is going to price themselves out. We paid quite a bit for the rooms. We could have stayed in Paris or London with a much higher level of experience. Vegas should be about the gambling and shopping helping to cover the room. Instead of being a value, Venetian now charges you for parking, resort fees and endless amount charges. It is something you do once maybe, but probably will never stay on the strip again. The cost definitely doesn't warrant the experience. I had fun playing the tables and dropped some money but just was not impressed with the rooms.
