It’s a Hilton. Don’t expect a luxurious experience. The food options were great and casino is bright and clean. They boast that Crockfords is an exclusive experience but half of the Crockfords rooms are in a separate area that you have to cross through the other side of the hotel to access. This explains why the gorgeous lobby was empty. We made a last minute decision and came a day early, using our points here thinking that it might ruin our stay at the Wynn… yeah no. To top it off, we came back from dinner and spent an hour in the hallway waiting for maintenance to come change the battery in our door so that we could get in our room. The front desk attendant did stay with us for the entirety of that time but gave a us a parting “have a great evening” and nothing else. Many years ago, I used to teach a Hilton Honors class about how to change a bad experience into an exceptional response. I don’t think he’s ever attended that class. A simple gesture like a bottle of wine or some small accommodation would have saved the day. Instead, I just crossed Crockfords off my list. Tourism is down in Vegas and maybe you can easily blame politics or whatever, BUT MAYBE it’s the service that’s down making people not want to spend their money here.

Crockfords is a true luxury hotel — the rooms are fantastic, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Service throughout the property was excellent, and I really enjoyed the gym and pool, which were both first-rate. The only shortcoming was breakfast in the lobby: limited selection and the baked goods tasted more like something from a low-end supermarket than a 5-star property. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much higher quality and variety. Overall, a wonderful stay, but with a lot of room to improve on the breakfast experience.

The lobby alone is next-level — unlike anything I’ve ever seen (and I’ve stayed at quite a few 5-star hotels!). The service is flawless, the attention to detail is unreal, and the rooms… just wow. Every inch of this place screams sophistication and comfort. On a scale of 1 to 10, Crockfords easily gets a 10/10 from me. I absolutely love coming back here every single time — it’s pure Vegas luxury at its finest! 💎✨

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crockfords Las Vegas, and I can honestly say it exceeded expectations on every level. From the moment you walk in, you feel the difference in service and ambiance compared to a standard Las Vegas hotel. The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully laid out. The living area offered modern, comfortable seating with floor-to-ceiling windows that gave breathtaking views of the Strip and surrounding mountains. Every detail, from the curated artwork to the lighting, felt intentional and elevated. The bedroom was serene and luxurious, featuring a plush bed with crisp linens and another stunning window view that made waking up in the morning unforgettable. The bathrooms were a highlight with immaculate marble throughout, a deep soaking tub, dual vanities, and a rainfall shower with gold accents that brought a true spa-like experience right into the room. Even the walk-in closet area was impressive, with ample storage, a safe, and well-placed lighting. What truly stood out, beyond the décor and amenities, was the sense of calm and privacy. Crockfords feels like an oasis within Resorts World, quiet, elegant, and refined, yet steps away from world-class dining, entertainment, and gaming. For anyone seeking an upscale Las Vegas stay that blends luxury, comfort, and top-tier service, Crockfords is a perfect choice. I would not hesitate to return.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff at the front desk and concierge sevice as well as the housekeepers were wonderful! The room was average for the amount of money we paid for it. The refrigerator didnt work. The beds were awful really awful. We are going to have to see a chiropractor. I called the front desk after the first night to ask if all the rooms have the same beds. I was told they did. I find this hard to be because i dont see anybody staying at this hotel if they had the beds that we did. We got no sleep. In the casino its very hard to find a waitress to serve you a drink. You have to go and seek them out and even after giving them a good tip they never came back to see if we wanted another. Now to get to the Carver Steak House. What a nightmare. We were treated like we were beneath our waitress. This is a very expensive restaurant. There were only about four tables taken. They were falling all over the other people and ignoring us. We told the manage and he did apologize but being treated so disrespectfully ruined our $200 dinner. We expected better from the entire experience so it was very disappointing. We will not stay here again.
