Absolutely the most comfortable hotel in Vegas. It’s busy and plenty to do without feeling overwhelming or overstimulating. The suites in Crockfords West are beautiful. The room service breakfast is spectacular.

Fabulous place to stay while in Vegas! Beautiful rooms and amazing staff. Our house keeper was amazing and so were Tony, Mathew, Jerry and the wonderful lady who helped us while we waited for our transport. Even the check in was superb, sorry forgot the name. In all one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Crocfords. The view of the strip from the bedroom was mesmerizing to say the least. The property has many pools, we really enjoyed the one with the infinity pool. Rooms were very clean and spacious, and it really felt like a luxury room very nicely designed with high end materials. There are great food options too, we enjoyed the place for 2 days without needing to leave the place.

Stayed at Crockfords at Resorts World for an event off property. Transportation was provided. Chris the Manager of transportation was rude and put multiple people we didn't know into one vehicle to go to the event when there were multiple other vehicles lined up outside of the Crockfords gates. Then when we got dropped off they had no idea where pick up would be. The manager seemed very unorganized and unprofessional to have this position. They need someone with more customer service skills that knows how to handle stressful situations and that is more organized to be able to run the show. He made us very uncomfortable putting multiple people into one vehicle. I'd never go there again for an event or to stay.

Amazing birthday stay!! Kurtis went above and beyond and made our stay so perfect with complimentary upgrade. Room was so beautiful and super clean!! However, the lady who worked on 06/18 night was not helpful at all. I had a charge from one of the restaurants where i didn't even order anything and just wanted to ask what kind of charge that and felt like I'm bothering her with my questions and when she said that it was for tequila bar i told her that i don't even drink. She looked like she didn't care. So, i stopped at the desk next morning while the checking out to figure out and lady at checkout was super nice and she went to check with a manager, and it was refunded at the same time.
