This hotel was visually amazing and the service and room exceeded our expectations. We came for my wife's birthday and the high quality of the hotel made our stay feel extra special. I loved the location on the strip and how it felt a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the other hotels and casinos. Resorts World, as a whole, had everything you would need as a Las Vegas visitor, minus some of the famous Vegas shows. There was a wide variety of food options, from street foods to high end steak house; everything we tried was great. I would 100% stay here again for the high quality and exclusive feel of the rooms. If you are looking to splurge a little, I highly recommend the hotel.

Disclaimer: I am not satisfied as they rated themselves as “highest tier” hotel and the high price. I would def give it higher rating if it’s a 4 star hotel. Though the beautiful lobby, high ceiling room, free valet parking, dedicated entrance from Conrad to make other people feel bad. It’s not worth the price to stay.. The massage gun does not work, no desk to work, unpredictable shower temperature, loose shower handle. A shower cap waited for 40 mins we decided to pick up at the front lobby. Pool seems ok but I don’t get a chance to use it during 9-5pm. And there’s no bathtub in the room.. I would rather like a lower ceiling in the room and make that area to have a desk and a bathtub. People are nice and trying to help. Room view is great. But I think this hotel needing some more thought about its “highest tier” position. It’s not just about looking good, free valet and a fashion massage gun.

Luxury & Exceptional Service! Our stay at Crockfords Las Vegas was outstanding. From check-in to departure, and daily touches in the room, the service was impeccable, with staff ensuring every detail was perfect. The rooms were luxurious, offering comfort and elegance. The location within Resorts World is ideal, providing easy access to entertainment and dining. However, adding food service within the hotel would be a great improvement for convenience. We also faced an issue with the daily credit due to miscommunication, so clearer guidelines would be helpful. Despite this, Crockfords is by far the best Hilton property we’ve experienced, offering a refined and exclusive stay. We can’t wait to return!

First stay at Crockfords and I was absolutely blown away. The service and staff was elite. From the dealers at the tables, to the servers at Juniors and other restaurants around the property, to the front desk employees, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! Resorts world as a property is fantastic. I loved the low key vibe that the resort offered being away from the main strip area. Some may not like being so far away from all the action, but if you want a great room, resort, and fantastic service, you can't go wrong at Crockfords.

The Crockfords Las Vegas is one of the most expensive hotels on the Strip, and it simply did not deliver! Check-in was very efficient and friendly, and I was pleased that my suite was ready by 12 PM. My suite was extremely clean (big compliments to housekeeping), of a pleasant size, and equipped with an ultra-comfortable bed as well as a very high-quality, chic marble bathroom with golden fixtures, a large bathtub, and a fantastic rain shower. The living room was somewhat odd—on one side, it was nicely furnished and decorated, but on the other side of the wall, it was completely empty and barren. It looked like they forgot to properly furnish the room. Unfortunately, there was no wet bar and far too little storage space overall. One major annoyance: There are no ice machines on the floors at Crockfords, and you have to order ice via room service. On the first day, the ice arrived within 15 minutes; on the second day, it took 1.5 hours; and on the third day, it took over three hours. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful for a hotel of this caliber. For over $500 per night, I expect the perfect service that this hotel promises. Despite multiple complaints—both over the phone and at check-out—no one seemed to care. It appears that such issues are considered normal here. I will never stay at this hotel again and will instead choose the Wynn or Encore, which, by the way, would have been significantly cheaper. I am deeply disappointed that this hotel handles criticism so poorly and does not compensate guests for such inconveniences. All they care about is taking your money—disgusting!
