Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, making for a truly relaxing experience. And the views were simply amazing – I couldn't get enough of them! Didn’t want to leave, highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights in May 2025. It was a great experience. Pros are definitely the pool area, the rooms, and just overall cleanliness of the property. People tend to point to the location as a negative but we didn't find it prohibitive in any way and actually enjoyed that it was a bit quieter than the resorts mid-strip. We were still able to walk the strip with relative ease. An overall great property and would stay here again on any future trips to Las Vegas.

Had an amazing experience at Crockfords. I admit they are pricey, but the quality and service are spectacular. In particular, ran into a relatively small issue (not even something I was really going to complain much about) and an amazing luxury services team member named Veronica (I hope I got that right) helped and truly went above and beyond to give us a great experience. The overall RW complex is beautiful. As someone who isn’t a fan of cigarettes, the filtration system here is amazing, I barely notice smoke in the casinos. Crockfords rooms are immaculate, and very luxuriously appointed.

Oh lord… where do I even begin? I have never been treated so poorly in Vegas—and that’s saying something. I’m honestly shook. My husband and I extended our stay with a paid late checkout so we could enjoy one last run at the dice table. We ended up playing for over two hours—on the same table, with me rolling what had to be the hottest streak of my life. My husband stepped off and started playing using my chips, under my players card. And yes, the pit boss was fully aware. He sat in his chair the entire time watching the game. We weren’t hiding anything. After a 45-minute roll, I finally hit a 7 and we went to cash out—my chips, on my card. And that’s when the madness began. The cashier told us they couldn’t “verify the winnings” and refused to cash them out. We were detained at the cage for nearly 30 minutes—just long enough for our suite keycards to be disabled. Convenient. We walked back to the front desk expecting help or at least basic customer service… and were completely dismissed. No apology. No explanation. No accountability. Treated like we were a problem, not paying guests. Let me be clear: the amount we walked with was significant for us, but peanuts compared to what that hotel sees daily. The fact that we were winning seemed to change the entire energy. It’s wild how, when you’re losing, no one bats an eye—but the moment you’re up, suddenly there’s “an issue.” I’ve stayed at nearly every hotel in Vegas. I’m not a high roller, but I do have players cards at multiple casinos and I’ve never experienced this level of shady treatment and outright disrespect. This isn’t over. Not even close.

Phenomenal, luxurious, simply beautiful! Staff is friendly, lobby and rooms and beautifully decorated, and you feel away from the Vegas craziness. The beauty in the bathroom is what blown me away. Marble walls, chandelier dressing room, and a nail clipper - what hotel gives you a nail clipper?! Definitely wish this hotel had its own separate pool versus a shared pool with the resorts world. Other than that, it was a great experience staying here.
