Our recent stay at Crockfords Las Vegas was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and ensured every detail of my husband’s birthday celebration was special. The suite was stunning — elegant, immaculate, and perfectly prepared with thoughtful touches that made the occasion feel extra memorable. The attention to detail and level of service exceeded all expectations. Every interaction with the team, from the concierge to housekeeping, was warm, professional, and personalized. We appreciated how the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and make the celebration unforgettable. The ambiance of Crockfords truly reflects luxury and sophistication, yet with a sense of intimacy and care that sets it apart from any other property in Las Vegas. Thank you to the entire Crockfords team for making my husband’s birthday celebration so extraordinary. We can’t wait to return — this experience will be remembered for a lifetime!

It’s a Hilton. Don’t expect a luxurious experience. The food options were great and casino is bright and clean. They boast that Crockfords is an exclusive experience but half of the Crockfords rooms are in a separate area that you have to cross through the other side of the hotel to access. This explains why the gorgeous lobby was empty. We made a last minute decision and came a day early, using our points here thinking that it might ruin our stay at the Wynn… yeah no. To top it off, we came back from dinner and spent an hour in the hallway waiting for maintenance to come change the battery in our door so that we could get in our room. The front desk attendant did stay with us for the entirety of that time but gave a us a parting “have a great evening” and nothing else. Many years ago, I used to teach a Hilton Honors class about how to change a bad experience into an exceptional response. I don’t think he’s ever attended that class. A simple gesture like a bottle of wine or some small accommodation would have saved the day. Instead, I just crossed Crockfords off my list. Tourism is down in Vegas and maybe you can easily blame politics or whatever, BUT MAYBE it’s the service that’s down making people not want to spend their money here.

We had an awesome stay at Crockfords! The service was absolutely top-notch. Nothing lacking. Casino, great restaurants, cigar lounge, all super. I was even able to recover items I accidentally left in the room after checkout. We strongly recommend Crockfords and Resorts World!!

Crockfords is a true luxury hotel — the rooms are fantastic, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Service throughout the property was excellent, and I really enjoyed the gym and pool, which were both first-rate. The only shortcoming was breakfast in the lobby: limited selection and the baked goods tasted more like something from a low-end supermarket than a 5-star property. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much higher quality and variety. Overall, a wonderful stay, but with a lot of room to improve on the breakfast experience.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff at the front desk and concierge sevice as well as the housekeepers were wonderful! The room was average for the amount of money we paid for it. The refrigerator didnt work. The beds were awful really awful. We are going to have to see a chiropractor. I called the front desk after the first night to ask if all the rooms have the same beds. I was told they did. I find this hard to be because i dont see anybody staying at this hotel if they had the beds that we did. We got no sleep. In the casino its very hard to find a waitress to serve you a drink. You have to go and seek them out and even after giving them a good tip they never came back to see if we wanted another. Now to get to the Carver Steak House. What a nightmare. We were treated like we were beneath our waitress. This is a very expensive restaurant. There were only about four tables taken. They were falling all over the other people and ignoring us. We told the manage and he did apologize but being treated so disrespectfully ruined our $200 dinner. We expected better from the entire experience so it was very disappointing. We will not stay here again.
