Absolutely Disgusted - Sewage on My Belongings and No Resolution Upon checking in, my husband used the shower, only to find it clogged, flooding the bathroom. We called the front desk, and maintenance arrived. The worker did his job, told us "all done," and left. When we re-entered the bathroom, we were horrified. The maintenance worker had apparently rinsed his tools in the sink, splashing sewage water all over the counter and, worst of all, directly into my open makeup bag (shown in the picture). The contents were contaminated. It was unsanitary, disrespectful, and utterly disgusting. I complained immediately. The front desk agent, while apologetic, oddly defended the worker by saying he was "from a different department." She offered to waive the resort fee and upgrade our room, stating it was the best she could do. While the upgraded room was nice, it doesn't replace expensive, personal items ruined by sewage. How could anyone think it's acceptable to rinse tools in a guest's sink next to their belongings? I was willing to leave it at that, assuming the staff had done their best. However, after checkout, I discovered you charged my card $90 for the very resort fees and late checkout that were promised as complimentary. I never received an email receipt as claimed. My multiple calls to resolve this have gone completely unanswered. So, to summarize: · Sewage-splashed personal property with no real resolution. · A broken financial promise, resulting in unauthorized charges. · Zero accountability or follow-up when trying to resolve it. This is unacceptable. The incident itself was a gross failure in staff training and respect for guest property. The billing issue and lack of communication afterward show a complete breakdown in customer care. I am beyond disappointed and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The lobby staff is painfully slow, unhelpful, and frankly rude. From the moment we arrived, there was zero effort to make us feel welcome. No assistance, no empathy, no hospitality — everything was done with bad attitude and zero customer service skills. They charge for early check-in, yet nearby luxury hotels like Bellagio do not — and still manage to treat guests with far more respect. For a hotel of this reputation and price point, this is unacceptable. It’s the Christmas holiday season, yet there is absolutely no holiday spirit, warmth, or professionalism from the staff. The hotel feels completely overrated based on this experience alone. Customer service starts at the lobby. If the first interaction is this bad, it already ruins the stay — and I haven’t even seen the room yet. Based solely on the way we were treated, this property earns 1 star. Management seriously needs to retrain or replace front-desk staff. With this level of service, I will never choose to stay here again.

Caesars Palace is in a great location right in the center of the Strip, making it easy to get anywhere in Vegas. The casino is nice, lively, and has that classic Vegas energy. It’s definitely one of the nicer Caesars hotels the property is huge, well kept, and feels upscale without being over the top. There’s always something going on, whether it’s dining, shopping, or nightlife. And definitely get a Caesars Rewards card before you start gambling the perks, comps, and deals really do add up. A classic Vegas hotel with a prime location and a great overall experience.

I had a great time at Caesars Palace celebrating my birthday. The person who checked me in was super friendly and was able to switch me to a newer tower once they heard I was celebrating. I ended up in the Augustus Tower, which was perfect. There was a note from engineering in the room that said the water has to reach the sensor for the jets to work in the hot tub. I guess the guest before me didn’t realize that—but the jets worked fine for me both nights. After walking all over Vegas, it felt great to soak and relax. I also appreciated how conveniently located the tower was. Once I checked in, I didn’t have to walk far—Augustus is right in front, so getting to the taxi pickup area was quick and easy. The parking garage is a bit of a walk, but that’s expected at a resort this size. I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool, but I did go to Deseo Sundays with Yo Yolie DJing, and it was a great time. Perfect way to top off the weekend. All in all, great experience. Might be back next year.

I stay in Vegas multiple times a year, always at Caesar's properties. I'm usually just looking for the best deal, so I rarely end up at Caesar's Palace - I'll typically stay at Horseshoe, Harrah's, or Planet Hollywood. Caesar's Palace really is the nicest of all their properties. The largest, most comfortable rooms, most oppulently appointed. Good water pressure, comfortable bed with cozy bedding. I honestly don't think I had a single complaint about the lodging, other than an occasional clunking in the bathroom sink which kept me awake the first night - I left the faucet on a slight stream the second and third nights which solved the problem. The gym - while being annoyingly far from the Colosseum tower - is really well-appointed. The pool is super nice. It all comes down to price for me. Horseshoe, Harrah's and Planet Hollywood are all good enough, but if I can get a good deal on Caesar's Palace for not much more money, I much prefer it and will stay here.
