Just returned home from my 2 night stay at Conrad. This was my first time staying there and must I start off by saying that this facility was absolutely amazing. Customer service was very welcoming and I was greeted with a smile and positive attitudes. Checking in was smooth and fast. The food is really good. I spent my birthday here, had an amazing experience and it was the best. Housekeeping was on point and I plan to return back in a few months. Did I mention that the room was beautiful along with an amazing view!!!

Overall, we had a great experience at Conrad. The hotel and room were both clean and comfortable. Our view of the strip was awesome and the rate was affordable. It was extremely stylish and housekeeping attended every day. The staff were very nice with every interaction. My only issue is that I was charged for moving one of the mini bar items. It was returned after it was picked up for less than 10 seconds, and was unopened, but we were still charged $50 for it. Would've been a 5-star review otherwise.

This was the worst customer service I have ever received at a Conrad let alone a Hilton. Service at the Hampton Inn is far better than this hotel. We tipped the valet to then put all of our luggage into our taxi and have them watch us do it. Check-in was less than inviting and confusing. I would only stay here again because it was cheap for a great room. If you are wanting a less than average customer service experience with a nice room then I would stay here.

Honestly would never stay here again - The hotel is nice and brand new. No complaints there, the issues we had was with staff. We wanted to get water and charge it to our room from the convenience store down stairs. It was an issue finding my name because it wasn’t the primary name on the account. The women was very stuck up and rude about it. Second time we didn’t even bother getting it charged because of the hassle. The woman again was rude and maybe because we were dressed casually asked to see an id to verify the payment (we only bought two waters) . But didn’t for the person who had just paid. (We also stayed at Planet Hollywood and they didn’t even ask us to see our Id’s) Third time was the worst, the women checking us out was eating a candy bar, WHILE checking us out. To proceed to ask for my id because we wanted to charge the room. To then LICK her fingers to then take my id. She did not find my name, so we proceeded to tell her forget it and we’d just pay. For her not somehow not understand that and keep saying that she couldn’t charge the room. After three times of explaining it to her that we would just pay she finally understood. To then ask again for an id to verify the card. I would have loved to ask for a manager on the spot but we had plans and were already running late. I later stopped by the front desk to complain. Honestly did not get much help. To then ask for a manager and then be told that they did not manage them. We got our valet for one night complementary and the one charge of the convenience store of $20. Total $60…. This is an extremely expensive hotel, how this is okay I do not understand. We paid an expensive price for a luxury hotel. The price does not reflect the service.

We had a nice spacious room. There was plenty of furniture for our suitcases and clothing. There was a table and set of chairs for relaxing if you didn't want to sit on your bed. There is also good lighting. The bathroom was also spacious with a large shower with a rain shower head. The counters were wide and great for all my bathroom things. We asked for extra pillows and it took over 24 hours to have those delivered. We had to call twice. The housekeeping could be improved as we were not provided clean glasses from one day to the next. Our sheet were not changed and there was a dirty glass at our bank of elevators that sat there for 2 days straight without being cleaned or picked up. The location was good and it was close enough to other casinos and dining choices. Overall, I would stay again. The housekeeping could be improved.
