My recent stay at the Conrad Las Vegas was, overall, a fantastic experience. The service was truly exceptional—every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The dining options were top-notch. From breakfast to dinner, the food was consistently delicious, clearly crafted with high-quality ingredients and culinary care. That said, be prepared for premium prices—both food and drinks are on the expensive side, even by Vegas standards. The pool area is a definite highlight. The setup is gorgeous and spacious, and the infinity pool in particular is a gem—a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the Vegas sun with a stunning view. As for the rooms, they are comfortable and modern, but they could use a few touches to truly match the upscale experience the rest of the hotel offers. It’s disappointing that there are no in-room coffee makers or laundry bags anymore, which you’d normally expect at a hotel of this level. All in all, the Conrad delivers an upscale, memorable Vegas experience with standout service, amazing pools, and great food. A few small upgrades to the in-room amenities would make it even better.

Booked a king suite and was disappointed in the room, cleanliness and bed. I booked for my husband birthday and decided not to stay at our offered comp rooms we get at MGM properties because a friend is Hilton member and raved about this hotel and decided to do it. First time and last staying here. The room was dirty, still had debris on the carpet , toothpaste in sinks, curtains didn’t close all the way and clothing stickers stuck to the dressers. I like a clean room , I don’t care for decor but care that room is clean. The bed was so bad you can feel every spring. On top of everything , they like to charge your card additional every night on top of the $450 incidental hold. I had credit card but debit card users beware. This the first trip in 10 years going to Vegas that I wanted to go home the next day. The gentleman at the desk at checkout was nice and friendly.

I had a fantastic experience at the Conrad Hotel in Las Vegas. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with great views and luxury touches. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location within Resorts World is perfect, close to everything but still peaceful. Highly recommend for a stylish and comfortable Vegas stay!

Nice hotel, good rooms, great pool & a great array of restaurant choices. We have stayed here 4 times in the past 8 months & would recommend gambling at the center strip properties vs. Resorts World. We have never won anything & have never seen anyone else win. Their slots & other electronic machines are set very very tight.

Absolutely Unacceptable for a Supposed Luxury Hotel I arrived at the Conrad Hotel in Resorts World Las Vegas at 3am after a long, exhausting journey only to find that my room had not been cleaned at all. Dirty towels, unmade bed, trash still in the bins, not even toilet paper replaced, this is not a minor oversight; it’s a complete failure in basic hospitality. For a hotel that markets itself as upscale and part of the Hilton family, the level of neglect is shocking. I wasn’t asking for luxury just a clean, ready room. Instead, I got something that looked like it had just been vacated and left untouched. There was no sense of urgency from staff either; no apology, no solution offered beyond “we’ll send someone when we can.” Looking through other reviews now, I see I’m not alone. Poor housekeeping seems to be a pattern here, with other guests complaining of rooms not being serviced daily, basic amenities not restocked, and even stained sheets and dirty bathrooms being ignored. The Conrad brand should be embarrassed. At these prices, you expect better than motel-level service. If you’re looking for a clean, reliable place to stay in Vegas this isn’t it.
