I'd probably give this a 4.5 if that was an option but as the staff were so good I've rounded up. The rooms are very modern, a good size and well equipped. I wouldn't call them luxury but they're comfortable and have useful things like a fridge for leftovers and a smart TV to connect to your phone. The staff in my experience were superb with the exception of one surly woman in Buns and Suns who ignored my request to eat my food in. In particular the chap who checked me in was great, I'd just arrived in Vegas and he made me feel very welcome. The location is very far north of the strip, I'm quite happy walking a bit to get somewhere and as a first timer here doing so was a good experience for me, others may feel differently. I loved that the casino floor has water dispensers to fill your bottle up with cold filtered water. The poker room is very good, probably the most comfortable chairs I played in during my time in Vegas and the staff there were all great. I probably slightly preferred playing in the Venetian but it was close. The tournaments are a good format too, not a hyper-turbo bingo set up. Everywhere I ate on site was great, loads of options at Resorts World. If the price were right I'd gladly stay here or at any of the Resorts World properties next time I am in Vegas. Finally the gym was the best equipped hotel gym I've seen.

This is a very nice hotel for a reasonable price. We went to Awana Spa which is a MUST if you like to spa! Also, The Peppermill is right across the street. The reason the service is low is because we could not get connected to the streaming service. We don't gamble and came for rest and the spa. No coffee but their is coffee places as soon as you get off the elevator towards the casino. This place has three Hilton hotels. The regular Hilton, Conrad Hilton, and Crockfords (upscale). They all have their own lobbies and area. I was impressed and prefer this hotel to any other I've been too.

I’ve stayed at the Conrad four times and overall I really like the property, as it has a great atmosphere, nice rooms, best fitness center at a hotel I’ve seen, and solid restaurants. But there’s one thing I haven’t seen many people mention, and it needs to be said: the mattresses here are shockingly unsupportive. Every stay so far, I’ve sat on the bed and immediately sunk deep into it. They use a Serta Perfect Sleeper model, made specifically for the property, that seems to be customized with cheaper foam and a low coil count. It feels like it breaks down quickly, almost like you’re lying in a hammock instead of on a mattress. After 180+ hotel nights this year across different brands and price ranges, this is unfortunately the worst quality mattress I’ve encountered. Even more budget Hilton brands like Hampton Inn, Doubletree and Homewood all have much better support and mattress quality. The staff has always been helpful and swapped mattresses, with newer stock when available, which I appreciate, but on my most recent stay, in a suite no less, they didn’t have a better one to replace it with. I ended up checking out because I knew I wouldn’t sleep, and I really didn’t want to sleep on the floor of course. I was informed by the manager that Conrad, Hilton, and Crockfords in Resorts World all use this same mattress, so keep that in mind when booking. If you need proper support to sleep comfortably, I’d think twice until they upgrade to higher-quality beds. It’s a beautiful property, but it just deserves a mattress to match. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to stay here again unless the mattresses are upgraded, as I can’t rely on having a supportive bed during my stay.

Extremely disappointing service – unacceptable for a four-star hotel Our New Year’s Eve stay at the Conrad in Las Vegas was completely ruined due to extremely poor service and broken promises. We booked a New Year’s Eve dinner menu with the explicit promise that this would include access to the rooftop bar afterward. On the morning of December 31st, we confirmed this twice with the concierge, and both times we were clearly told that rooftop access was included with the dinner. However, after finishing the dinner in the evening, we were suddenly informed that the rooftop bar was fully booked and inaccessible. The restaurant staff sent us back to the hotel concierge, who then referred us elsewhere. No one took responsibility. We requested to speak with the hotel manager. Unfortunately, the manager we spoke to was arrogant, dismissive, and unwilling to accept any responsibility. Instead of offering a solution or even showing understanding, she blamed others and made it clear she would not help us. Even the concierge staff admitted that this situation should have been resolved by hotel management, yet despite repeated requests, the manager refused to assist us in any way. As a result, our New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas was completely ruined. Being misled multiple times and then abandoned by hotel management on such an important night is absolutely unacceptable for a four-star hotel, that let us alone. To be fair: the room itself was very well equipped, and the resort amenities are excellent. However, when service fails this badly—especially on New Year’s Eve—none of that matters. Because of this experience, I can only give one star. This hotel completely failed us when it mattered most.

My husband and I stayed on two separate occasions. Both times were fantastic. Staff was super helpful and kind in every situation they could be. The lights were a little funny to work with. The first visit was on a high floor, amazing view and natural light. The second visit we stayed on the pool level, and while the natural light left much to desired, the room itself was far better designed. The lighting in the bathroom was amazing, every selfie was perfect 👌, speaking of bathroom, this room had a bidet option!
