The rooms are nice however the fridge is very small. Our leftovers couldn’t fit in it. No coffee maker in the room. Advertised free parking but there is a $21/day fee and the garage is actually closer to the Hilton. The location was perfect & right across from the convention center. Couldn’t visit the 66 floor lounge bc it was reserved for a special event. Food was very expensive. I will stay at a different hotel when I visit Vegas in the future. My overall stay at the Conrad was 4 star.

Second time I’ve stayed here, and I cannot understand the negative reviews. The rooms (both standard and suites), are beautiful, pristine and they feature a small fridge for your own stuff which is a rarity in Vegas. The fitness center is absolutely amazing, and the staff was quite friendly. Can’t wait to stay here again!

I’ve stayed at the Conrad four times and overall I really like the property, as it has a great atmosphere, nice rooms, best fitness center at a hotel I’ve seen, and solid restaurants. But there’s one thing I haven’t seen many people mention, and it needs to be said: the mattresses here are shockingly unsupportive. Every stay so far, I’ve sat on the bed and immediately sunk deep into it. They use a Serta Perfect Sleeper model, made specifically for the property, that seems to be customized with cheaper foam and a low coil count. It feels like it breaks down quickly, almost like you’re lying in a hammock instead of on a mattress. After 180+ hotel nights this year across different brands and price ranges, this is unfortunately the worst quality mattress I’ve encountered. Even more budget Hilton brands like Hampton Inn, Doubletree and Homewood all have much better support and mattress quality. The staff has always been helpful and swapped mattresses, with newer stock when available, which I appreciate, but on my most recent stay, in a suite no less, they didn’t have a better one to replace it with. I ended up checking out because I knew I wouldn’t sleep, and I really didn’t want to sleep on the floor of course. I was informed by the manager that Conrad, Hilton, and Crockfords in Resorts World all use this same mattress, so keep that in mind when booking. If you need proper support to sleep comfortably, I’d think twice until they upgrade to higher-quality beds. It’s a beautiful property, but it just deserves a mattress to match. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to stay here again unless the mattresses are upgraded, as I can’t rely on having a supportive bed during my stay.

I had very high expectations for Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World, but unfortunately this stay was a major disappointment. The service was consistently poor from start to finish. Several staff members were rude and dismissive, which is unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a luxury brand. Any time we needed assistance, it felt like an inconvenience rather than a basic part of hospitality. Room service was another issue. We had to call multiple times just to get basic items restocked, something that should never require repeated follow-ups at this level of hotel. Requests were either delayed or overlooked entirely. To make matters worse, unexpected extra charges appeared on my bill at checkout, which I then had to take time to dispute. That alone left a bad final impression and made the entire experience feel sloppy and untrustworthy. Overall, this stay fell far short of Conrad standards. Between the rude service, lack of attention to detail, and billing issues, it felt more frustrating than relaxing. I truly expected much better and would think twice before staying here again or recommending it to others.

We made this reservation a months in advance for a special vacation after one year, traveling with our two 2-year-old kids. When we arrived at the hotel around 3:30 PM, we were told that our reservation had been canceled — without any prior notice. The manager Yari told us they were fully sold out so cancelled our reservation. That is completely unacceptable. This was a long weekend, and at that time of day it was almost impossible to find another nearby hotel. We were left stranded with a young child and no support. The manager showed no empathy, no apology, and no effort to help us find a solution. This is not how customers should be treated. Our long-planned weekend was ruined. I would not even give this hotel one star — I would give it minus stars if I could. Please make sure to reconfirm your reservation before arriving, because apparently reservations here mean nothing. Totally disappointed.
