My husband and I stayed on two separate occasions. Both times were fantastic. Staff was super helpful and kind in every situation they could be. The lights were a little funny to work with. The first visit was on a high floor, amazing view and natural light. The second visit we stayed on the pool level, and while the natural light left much to desired, the room itself was far better designed. The lighting in the bathroom was amazing, every selfie was perfect 👌, speaking of bathroom, this room had a bidet option!

Service was great. Rooms were ok. Stayed at the Conrad in a 2 room suite. The lights are controlled by buttons on the wall, it was hit or miss if they worked. Several light bulbs burned out. This made the room very dark. We did have a coffee machine but only 2 pods were in the room. Easy walk to Wynn encore and the sphere. The food was definitely lacking. Some of the restaurants did not have a liquor license. The pools were nice, but if you don't want to pay for a chair or cabana seats are limited. Some the pools were only available to those who paid for a chair. The general public areas at the pools were ok, but nothing special. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. I stayed here because I'm a Hilton member. I doubt I would stay again. I've stayed at the Wynn and Bellagio, bothered were definitely a lot nicer.

Stayed here to a recent trip to Vegas - the room was spacious, extremely clean, and the hotel itself smelled wonderful. It is located conveniently off the strip, has attached shops and plenty of restaurants nearby. The casino isn’t too busy to be overstimulating. The hotel is respectfully quiet. There are plenty of poolside chairs and pools to choose from. The provided toiletry brands are great, and the staff/concierge are friendly and professional. Would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel, but very disappointed about the pool situation The Conrad at Resorts World is a beautiful new five-star hotel in a great location. Easy access to the Convention Centre — either a short walk or via the Vegas Loop under the hotel, which works really well. Our suite is spacious with great Strip views and luxurious finishes. However, the mini-bar prices are ridiculous (US$15 for a small Evian) and only tiny bottles of water are free. The biggest letdown was the pool. Out of all the pools at Resorts World, only one small pool — mostly shaded and tucked next to the bar — was open. Staff said it’s “low season,” yet the city is busy for the big automotive convention. We were told we could pay US$100 for a cabana to use another small pool, which was hardly any better. It’s unacceptable that they close all the main pools without mentioning it at booking. Limited seating, pre-packaged food at the pool bar, and staff standing around just stopping people from using other areas — really poor form. Lovely hotel otherwise, but this felt like false advertising and not what you’d expect from a five-star stay.

My husband and I are not your typical guests. We're extremely poor and traveled a long way (for us) and choose a l hotel we normally wouldn't even consider because ut was our anniversary. My husband had heart surgery in May and we really didn't know if we'd make it to our anniversary. We used priceline and got an amazing deal, we thought. We were told no resort fees, no parking fees, which is true, unless you use a third party like priceline. Had we been NV residents, we would have received free parking ($84 for 4 days). Had we booked through The Conrad, we wouldn't have been charged $250 extra dollars walking through the door for resort fees. We asked to speak with a manager and the man helping us flat out said no. He stated that the manager would tell us exactly the same thing he had just told us and it's their policy not to make exceptions. You can check, Our last name is Pest and we had reservations at the Alle 66 in November 9th, our check in date (our anniversary) and had to cancel them because of the unexpected fees. We parked across the road at Circus Circus everyday and walked back to our car/room everyday. What was supposed to be a magical trip turned out to be a very painful experience, both metaphorically and literally. Yes, priceline was deceitful in their advertising for your hotel but you could have fixed it and choose not to help us. This shouldn't have happened. We didn't get any use of our "amenities" we couldn't check in with our phones or use keyless entry because we have the newest most expensive SAMSUNG....not Apple
