My refrigerator did not work when I arrived. I did not know it didn’t work until the next day, after I refrigerated my perishable food. I had to throw away my food since the refrigerator wasn’t even cold despite being on. The hotel reacted quick to replacing it though.
I asked for some room amenities. The staff didn’t not bring one of them and brought a wrong item (another mattress). Not sure how the confusion happened.
The pool was nice. I like that there are multiple pools.
The hotel overcharge so I am glad I checked my receipts prior to leaving the area. They were able to resolve it, but nonetheless pay attention to your bill.
Overall, the stay is not worth the cost to me.

I stayed here for the second time and it was another good experience. We picked this hotel to see Carrie Underwood, otherwise I would have preferred being in the middle of the strip. The hotel is nice, very clean, rooms were spacious and we enjoyed a complimentary upgrade to a city view. The casino was great, the few meals we ate there were good and the Resort World Theater was a fantastic venue.

What I liked about the Conrad was the very clean room with its beautiful view, for which we paid extra, but it was worth it. The service, however, was very poor. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and interestingly, this is the only hotel where they don’t even provide water in the rooms, and we had to purchase water and tea! I believe this lowers the hotel’s standard. When a guest is paying so much to stay here, at least basic services should be provided.
Another point is the resort, which was very nice and interesting, but there was an additional charge for it.
Overall, I only liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the room with the view of the Strip. But if I travel to Las Vegas again, I won’t choose this hotel.

The only good things about this hotel tell was the two front Desk Agents Angel and Trevor and the rooms were nice. Housekeeping was good as well there were no direct interaction with them but they did service our room everyday. Other than that the front desk was not helpful or kind. Majority of their restaurant were closed permanently, they had few that were open that closed super early. Our keys kept deactivating; we had so many keys it started to get annoying to have to go back to the front desk to get new keys. We could not get to our family rooms due to the elevator not allowing it; which was a big inconvenience due to the fact we were travel with a decent size party. If we had known that we couldn’t get to other floors we would have asked for rooms on the same floor. But front desk didn’t tell use that when we checked in; you think they would seeing we had a multi room reservation. It felt like the hotel had the Hilton name but not run by Hilton standards. Probably won’t stay here again. Also if you’re a gold or a diamond your food and beverage credit only work at a sports bar that doesn’t have many options for food. Also their pools close at 6pm which seems really early for a resort on the Vegas Strip.

Stayed there before Christmas last year and I was overcharged for multiple transactions. I used express checkout and didn’t get a chance to look at my folio until it’s shown on app weeks later.
For example, I received a massage and purchased one facial mask at the Spa. I was billed twice for the facial mask ($55+11). To dispute the charge, I called the hotel about two weeks after receiving the bill. Nothing was done afterwards.
I then opened a dispute with American Express, highlighted all disputes in question. The hotel blatantly altered the bill and rejected the dispute.
Honestly? I pulled the bill again from Hilton Honors app and it was itemized as original, differently from how Conrad lied and altered the bill.
Just how could I use two facial masks for one massage?!
I stayed over 30 hotels internationally since then and Conrad Las Vegas is no doubt the worst.
