The staff were amazing and helped make the trip so special especially the bar staff at Athena who helped me surprise my dad who came out with my Mum and cousin for his Birthday. He had no idea I was going to be there and they helped film and capture the moment and were very friendly and helpful! Loved the rooms and the pools and in a great location.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Experience from Start to Finish I'm currently staying at the Conrad Las Vegas, and unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had — especially disappointing coming from a brand like Conrad. We’re traveling with our baby (less than 6 months old), and from the moment we arrived, things have gone downhill. Check-in was incredibly slow, even as a Hilton Honors member. We waited nearly an hour in the lobby — which has only 4 or 5 seats — with our infant, and not once were we offered any sort of accommodation or upgrade. I eventually had to go back and ask again just to be assigned a room. When we finally got it, it was on the 6th floor, with no view and not what I would expect when booking a luxury property. Later, when I went to the infinity pool by myself, I was asked to show ID — something that made no sense to me at all. It felt unnecessary and out of place, especially for a hotel guest. Then, when we tried to bring baby food to the pool area for our infant, we were told it wasn’t allowed. It's hard to believe a hotel of this caliber would be so inflexible and lacking in basic family-friendly policies. The overall attitude has felt cold and unaccommodating. The staff seem more focused on enforcing rigid rules than actually providing hospitality. I still have one night left and honestly, I’m just hoping to get through it without more issues. This will definitely be my last stay at this property. I expected so much more from the Conrad brand, and this experience has made me seriously question staying at any of their locations in the future.

As a Diamond member, I was upgraded to a suite at Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World, and it made my stay feel truly special. The suite was spacious, modern, and well designed, with plenty of room to relax. The view from the room was beautiful, especially at night when the city lit up. The hotel itself is stylish and vibrant, with a good mix of dining and entertainment options right on property, so you don’t always need to leave to enjoy yourself. The pool area was also impressive, offering both relaxation and energy depending on the time of day. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, the combination of a generous suite upgrade, a beautiful room with amazing views, and excellent service made this a memorable stay. Conrad Las Vegas strikes a nice balance between luxury and fun, and I would definitely return on my next trip to Vegas.

CLEAN rooms, Beds super. We got a upgrade to a nice room on 63th floor. Great view. Hotel in less crowded area but easy to get everywhere. Inside restaurant near Casino not very friendly people like the Hotel. Coffee machine and so on was available in room. ( But do not forget hey make a BIG reservation on your card comparing to other Hotels )

Edit: Adjusting my review to 1-star after evil double-charge tactics for digital check in. I paid through booking.com for my room using my company card well before I checked into the hotel. Upon the day of my arrival, I received a notification that I could check in early using digital check in. I did so, and entered my personal credit card for any incidentals. I had no purchases and nothing charged to my room, so I expected a $0 charge. However when I received home, I saw my personal credit card had not only been charged a $600 charge (which was refunded due to no incidentals (standard behavior)), but also that I received a $1200 room charge on my personal card. After checking, I saw that the $1200 charge was charged to BOTH my company card through Booking.com, AND my personal card. Upon calling the hotel, the woman on the phone said she deals with this multiple times a day. Apparently the digital check in system doesn't talk to the room reservation system which doesn't talk to the 3rd party booking system, and most of her job is spent reversing those charges. I asked what had happened if I hadn't noticed and hadn't called, and she said that hopefully accounting would flag it. HOPEFULLY?????? You have a system that charges people TWICE and you want me to HOPE that someone at YOUR company will catch it and refund my money??? That's CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR.
