Just returned home from my 2 night stay at Conrad. This was my first time staying there and must I start off by saying that this facility was absolutely amazing. Customer service was very welcoming and I was greeted with a smile and positive attitudes. Checking in was smooth and fast. The food is really good. I spent my birthday here, had an amazing experience and it was the best. Housekeeping was on point and I plan to return back in a few months. Did I mention that the room was beautiful along with an amazing view!!!

Overall, we had a great experience at Conrad. The hotel and room were both clean and comfortable. Our view of the strip was awesome and the rate was affordable. It was extremely stylish and housekeeping attended every day. The staff were very nice with every interaction. My only issue is that I was charged for moving one of the mini bar items. It was returned after it was picked up for less than 10 seconds, and was unopened, but we were still charged $50 for it. Would've been a 5-star review otherwise.

Unexpected Upgrade, Exceptional Service…Conrad Delivers Review: I don’t usually write hotel reviews, but the team at the Conrad at Resorts World made it impossible not to. I checked in after a long day of travel, and the front desk associate, Nathan, was genuinely one of the most personable and professional staff members I’ve encountered at any hotel, anywhere. Not only was he kind and patient (even when I fumbled my PIN more than once), but he surprised me with an upgrade to a King Suite. I wasn’t expecting it, and it absolutely blew me away. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and honestly the nicest I’ve ever stayed in, including luxury properties in London. Every detail, from the hospitality to the cleanliness to the overall experience, was flawless. Nathan, thank you again. You turned an ordinary business trip into something memorable. I’ll absolutely be returning, and recommending the Conrad to anyone headed to Vegas.

We had a nice spacious room. There was plenty of furniture for our suitcases and clothing. There was a table and set of chairs for relaxing if you didn't want to sit on your bed. There is also good lighting. The bathroom was also spacious with a large shower with a rain shower head. The counters were wide and great for all my bathroom things. We asked for extra pillows and it took over 24 hours to have those delivered. We had to call twice. The housekeeping could be improved as we were not provided clean glasses from one day to the next. Our sheet were not changed and there was a dirty glass at our bank of elevators that sat there for 2 days straight without being cleaned or picked up. The location was good and it was close enough to other casinos and dining choices. Overall, I would stay again. The housekeeping could be improved.

Wow! What an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. From the warm greetings the moment I walked into the hotel to the valet hosts who were beyond helpful, every detail was just perfect. The front desk team was so kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Javon—he went above and beyond to help me track down the exact mattress because I loved it so much! Truly top-tier service all around. 10/10 experience!
