Cleaners were all very nice, tip them! Rooms were spacious but had cracker crumbs and some hair on the floors and toilet. The bed was clean. Nice pool, good location, bright areas. Parking lot is far away from hotel area though.

The Conrad Las Vegas is incredible! The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The food is excellent with plenty of dining options to choose from. Service is top-notch, and I have to give a special shout-out to Gaby Morales—she was so friendly, attentive, and made our stay feel extra special. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vegas!

My recent stay at the Conrad Las Vegas was, overall, a fantastic experience. The service was truly exceptional—every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The dining options were top-notch. From breakfast to dinner, the food was consistently delicious, clearly crafted with high-quality ingredients and culinary care. That said, be prepared for premium prices—both food and drinks are on the expensive side, even by Vegas standards. The pool area is a definite highlight. The setup is gorgeous and spacious, and the infinity pool in particular is a gem—a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the Vegas sun with a stunning view. As for the rooms, they are comfortable and modern, but they could use a few touches to truly match the upscale experience the rest of the hotel offers. It’s disappointing that there are no in-room coffee makers or laundry bags anymore, which you’d normally expect at a hotel of this level. All in all, the Conrad delivers an upscale, memorable Vegas experience with standout service, amazing pools, and great food. A few small upgrades to the in-room amenities would make it even better.

For a hotel of this age, it seems to be worn out and tired. The rooms were starting to show its age and it was not all that clean. We had an issue with one of the blankets. It was so dirty I felt like it was unsafe to even use. Tried to get a replacement but it never came. The room service was relatively easy to use. We loved that. The bathroom was bright and felt modern. However it was not up to the usual standards I am accustomed from Conrad. The elevator was down and getting down from the 58th floor was a 10 min wait. Then the valet had a long wait. They had a promotion for no resort fees but they still got us on other random fees like taxes and other random charges. I don't think I would come back.

I always thought Conrad hotels were a symbol of upscale experience with amazing service because that had been my previous experience at other Conrad’s such as Conrad Manila. But I am utterly disappointed with the Las Vegas Conrad, my wife worked extremely hard to produce this breast milk and unfortunately the fridge in the hotel died overnight (of course the fridge filled with expensive hotel drinks is fine). When I brought this up to the staff I was given the same crap response of “we can waive your resort fees” even after “going to the back” to consult higher management I assume. I advise against anyone who cares about being treated as a valued guest.
