Beautiful hotel and casino location. The premium king suite is beautiful, the living room area is spacious and the ceiling to floor windows are amazing. The bedroom is great but the real selling point is the closet with a get ready table and light. The bath was nice and the rain head shower. There was interesting marks on some of the furniture, I understand it’s a hotel but please consider having the furniture also steamed instead of just wiped. The casino was a decent size with multiple food options within the facility. Breakfast options available! The facility is on the strip but closer to the top of the strip. There is also couple bars available and a wine store. I enjoyed my stay the most because there wasn’t obnoxious, insanely intoxicated people walking around. Considering the price for on strip casinos I see this as very worth the price for the elegance. Only request- steam the furniture. Will be back.

I booked the Conrad thru a well known website for $317 out the door 2 nights king. $18 per day for parking free in and out. I noticed the reviews are mixed and people complain about many things. To me the experience was great. We checked in at Xmas night. The staff was very friendly and offered free upgrades to the higher floor. The room is very spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel is well maintained, and the room is clean. Yes, it's far away from many things, but it's a known fact before booking. Don't blame it on others because you didn't do homework.

The location is far from action on the strip. You have to walk quite a distance to get to any attractions. Non-stop partying that goes on in the rooms all night. Called security and nothing was done. They didn't even check. Party went on from 10pm until 6:30am. If you need rest, this isn't the hotel for you. There is a tray with snacks on the counter and a fridge that didn't work. Snacks and any drinks in the room have a timer on them and if you pick anything up for longer than 30 seconds there is a charge. They even have a sex kit on the counter. Not for family. It was a distaster. They want to portray as high class 5 star and this was one of the most low budget hotels I've ever stayed in. 100% do NOT recommend.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in this hotel! The casino floor was neat and did not smell like cigrattes at all like your usual go-to hotels. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel was the end of the strip but it's actually nice since it is less crowded. We had a lovely and comfortable stay here over Thanksgiving weekend.

As a Hilton Honors Reward member, I am appalled by my experience at Conrad Las Vegas. This hotel completely failed to meet the standards of respect and professionalism expected from a five-star property. During check-in, after waiting patiently in line for over an hour, a guest cut in front of me. When I respectfully raised this concern following an additional 10-minute wait, the receptionist, Jean-Michel Dinh, dismissed me with condescending and hostile remarks. He even laughed and mockingly told me there was no way I could raise the issue or file a complaint. When I politely took a picture of his name card for documentation, he escalated the situation unnecessarily by involving security. The security personnel used threatening and intimidating language, even attempting to deport me on baseless grounds, which they later abandoned when they found no fault on my part. This behavior made me feel unsafe and deeply disrespected. To make matters worse, I was assigned a low-floor room in an inconvenient area, which felt like retaliation for voicing my concerns. When I decided to leave the hotel due to the hostile environment, they failed to process my checkout properly, resulting in unwarranted charges. This hotel treats customers with arrogance and intimidation, not the courtesy expected from a luxury brand. With so many outstanding hotels in Las Vegas, why risk your stay at one that disregards its guests so blatantly? I am taking legal actions on Nevada Customer Affairs and small court claim currently. but the reply from Conrad Las Vegas is not helpful and behave equally unprofessional that try not to address the matter directly. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I strongly advise avoiding this property. Hilton must address this serious failure to uphold its reputation.
