Had a great stay at the Conrad, upgraded to the suite with step view and it was worth it. I don't drink so I spent a quiet night in the hotel, took a bath, and adjusted to the time. Was only there a short stay for work but the location was perfect I didn't need to leave the building everything was there! Did head over to Play Adult playground at the Luxor for a fun evening with my friend who lives in Vegas.

Nice hotel, but very disappointed about the pool situation The Conrad at Resorts World is a beautiful new five-star hotel in a great location. Easy access to the Convention Centre — either a short walk or via the Vegas Loop under the hotel, which works really well. Our suite is spacious with great Strip views and luxurious finishes. However, the mini-bar prices are ridiculous (US$15 for a small Evian) and only tiny bottles of water are free. The biggest letdown was the pool. Out of all the pools at Resorts World, only one small pool — mostly shaded and tucked next to the bar — was open. Staff said it’s “low season,” yet the city is busy for the big automotive convention. We were told we could pay US$100 for a cabana to use another small pool, which was hardly any better. It’s unacceptable that they close all the main pools without mentioning it at booking. Limited seating, pre-packaged food at the pool bar, and staff standing around just stopping people from using other areas — really poor form. Lovely hotel otherwise, but this felt like false advertising and not what you’d expect from a five-star stay.

Stayed here to a recent trip to Vegas - the room was spacious, extremely clean, and the hotel itself smelled wonderful. It is located conveniently off the strip, has attached shops and plenty of restaurants nearby. The casino isn’t too busy to be overstimulating. The hotel is respectfully quiet. There are plenty of poolside chairs and pools to choose from. The provided toiletry brands are great, and the staff/concierge are friendly and professional. Would definitely stay again!

You will have a hard time convincing me & my husband to stay anywhere else on the strip after our first stay here. The amenities are top tier. The customer service is sensational. They have the MOST comfortable beds/beddings we’ve experienced on the strip. Yes, it’s further down the strip, but it more than makes up for it. The food options alone are enough. We had an unexpected change in flights & had to scramble to find a solution. The casino host helped us with ease & gave us the utmost care. I will be singing praises for Resort’s World until the end of time. Also, the most comfortable casino chairs I’ve ever experience lol

Nice, clean rooms. It's a little quieter further up here on the Strip, but that was VERY welcome. Our hotel lobby, pool and casino was busy but not swamped. We visited the Bellagio and the Venetian during our trip and could barely move! I'll take ResortsWorld thank you. Pool was great. Restaurant options are plentiful. $14 taxi ride to the Sphere. A little more coming back from down the strip due to traffic. If you're a walker, it's only 2ish miles to most anywhere you'd want to go.
