Rooms were ok, nothing spectacular.
Food was absolutely terrible - there were no options, incredible mess.
Drinks - for drinks and wine you must pay! Those included are local few which are not drinkable. Please note most bartenders are not allowed to drink and as such have no clue how to prepare the very few cocktails they do offer.
Almost everything worthy you must pay for, this is not all inclusive resort. The beach is full of stones and algae.
Location is good - close to bars and the port if you want to go to Kos for a day.

Family and kids friendly! But if you are staying with senior or a baby keep in mind they don’t have elevators. Three meals a day with snacks and drinks available in between, Alcohol and drinks are free at all times. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food quality was good and varied. Once I walked in this place I thought I was in senior ‘s house, but then I realized how good this place to chill and enjoy Bodrum beautiful weather.

The hotel has a very good location and an amazing view. The staff is very kind, polite and always ready to help. However, the rooms and the beach platform need renovation. Also, the hygiene can be better in the rooms and in the common areas.

I was transferred here by a mistake of the tour agency and was pretty unimpressed. Hotel placed right near the road. You could hear the noise of the road from the half of the territory. The hotel was renovated in 2015 and you could tell it from the first sight.
I've stayed for a couple of hours till the mistake was corrected. So my experience is mostly from my eyes.
Most of the guests are nice: senior couples, adults with kids. Service that I was able to collect (reception, lobby coffee shop, snack bar) was ok.

Labranda TMT Bodrum, 5 stars in terms of location. In general, it is tired and neglected. Reception staff are not friendly towards customers at the entrance and exit however porter was friendly who greeted us. In general, except for a few bar and restaurant staff, they are unhappy and unfriendly.
Housekeeping and mini bar staffs excellent, big thank you to housekeeping staff (Tezcan) she make our room always clean and tidy always smile.
Since our holiday was in October, only one bar (paradiso cafe bar) was open in the evenings. We had difficulty finding a place in the evening and sometimes we could not find it and went to our room. We had trouble finding a seat in the restaurant because there were not enough tables and chairs. There is no hotel official in the restaurant in the evenings or we could not find them! Food is always cold except rice. In general, it hosts mostly German, mixed Polish, Turkish and British citizens.
We did not encounter any animation staff and no one came to ask how your holiday was going.
I have stayed in 5-star hotels in Turkey and other holiday countries for 20 years. I have never seen a place as inexperienced as this hotel.
I do not recommend it for those who expect 5-star hotel service but in my opinion 3 star.
