The hotel is amazing. Especially, the location of the hotel is the best thing you can have. Animation team is very amusing and active. The food is very tasty. The staff is quite welcoming and sincere. The hygiene is good and room are tidy and clean. Highly recommended.

Everything was exceptional. Rooms are bright with white color fitted, clean and amenities are more than enough. All inclusive was the best option. Sea is crystal clean and smooth most of time, food is precious. I especially liked the disco at the teak-bottomed beach and the open-air gym with full panorama to the sea and Kos island. Thanks for the hospitality! We wish to come again in early autumn :)

My daughter & her friends checked in at this hotel on July 5. At the hotel they waited for 3 hrs in the lobby (which is fine as hotel policy check in is at 3) but there was no Air Conditioning. After checking in to their rooms they found various things which are self explanatory in the pictures I’m attaching. The staff was very rude & only one member of the staff at the reception area spoke English.

I am not someone to review hotels, so please take my advice here. Please read all reviews before staying in this resort, I wish I had. It is a complete waste of money and time. We had booked to stay here for 3 nights and thought it would be somewhere nice with all inclusive food and drinks. Upon check in we went to out FIRST room, there was a fowl smell of sewage in the room, dirt smeared all over the walls etc. I called reception within our first 10 minutes, which they sent house keeping. Once she arrived, she opened the bathroom door and let out a screech with the vile smell, she then threw something down the drain and left. 5 minutes later I checked on the bathroom, the smell was still very unpleasant, I called reception again. Housekeeping arrived for the second time, a different woman, then again, threw something down the drain. No difference. Not to bore with details but housekeeping/maintenance man/manager arrived SEVERAL times until the manager agreed to move us from the room and to another. We then went over to the second room, again, the smell was prominent which I voiced straight away to the manager, who agreed but said it was the only available room on this night, that tomorrow he could accommodate us with a different room. I want to add my partner is a plumber who knew that the smell was coming from the traps in the bathroom. My partner ran the water on the hottest to see if we could salvage the second room for the night. We left it to run and sat in the room, looking around there were dead flies, dirt imbedded in the cracks in the tiles on the floor, dust on the counters, spiders in the curtains and the furniture just run down. On the return to the bathroom I cannot explain the smell. I went straight to reception and complained to the manager that it was not good enough, as the hotel is definitely not cheap, and I had already paid, the least we would expect would be a clean room. After 30 minutes of him ‘searching’ for a room he found us our THIRD room in the space of 2 hours. I went to inspect the room before moving my partner and luggage over. This room thankfully no longer had the odor and seemed better. We then moved in and were happy we finally had a room. Now the room was no where near perfect, I sadly never took all the photos I wanted to when checking out however, our toilet seat was not connected to the toilet, the surround on the mirror was pealing off, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the floor under the nightstands were covered in hairs, there was a gap between the door and the frame meaning when people walking past spoke, we could hear everything, all furniture was run down and pealing paint.
After all the above, I still had some hope for the food, which let us down almost immediately. I could not believe what was being served, we both would have a very wide pallet with foods, however, the food was genuinely inedible. We mostly ate fries breakfast/lunch/dinner, so we had to leave the resort to get some actual food and snacks. The poolside eatery was our saving grace during the day serving burgers and hot dogs. Each day the buffet lunch consisted of a pasta & sauce ex. Pesto pasta (which was nice, bland, but better than nothing) the following day had a tomato pasta, with high hopes we piled our plates, once we tasted, the pasta was just covered in tomato ketchup, just vile.
There simply was not enough sun loungers for the number of people staying. The beach is beautiful, however, under the sand there are numerous wasp nests, meaning while you’re trying to relax, there’s a constant battle with the wasps.
The location is great, with a 5 minute taxi to bodrum castle and a number of restaurants that you will need when staying here.
The staff were very polite and helpful which was appreciated. However, I would not recommend this hotel at all. Please stay away.
Do not reply with an automated reply, these problems seem to go back a number of years, I wish I had read before booking.

The noise made by people from India is unbearable. I don't understand why these people try to disturb their surroundings so much. I also congratulate the hotel manager. With such a great team, great location, great food, it makes it great by bringing 200 Indians a day. Apparently, their plan is to be a hotel where only Indians can be there. Rest of all other facilities amazing . Thanks for all your helps great team !
