I really enjoyed my trip to Bodrum. The hotel was a very good choice — beautiful nature and excellent service. My room was always clean, and Deniz, the waitress who works in the hotel’s dining area, was very helpful and kind. I really liked her, and she was so sweet to my daughter. I would like to thank her very much. Thank you for this wonderful experience. I just have a small reservation about the food, but overall, it was fine.

This hotel has a lot of potential. The grounds are beautiful, pools are great, beachside decking is idyllic and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good - just a 5 minute ride to the city centre - and a taxi service is right outside the hotel ready to take you anywhere. The pool by the annex rooms was a highlight for us, very quiet and peaceful. However the rooms we stayed in (annex) were pretty poor - something you’d see in a three star hotel. Floors were very dirty, towels had suspicious marks and stains, shower was below par, the terrace shared by three rooms was unkept, there was no ‘do not disturb’ sign available so every morning you’d have to stop the maid from cleaning the room (even if you were fast asleep). Even when they cleaned the room, we would notice some towels would be missing without a replacement. The food was very mediocre, their social media is pretty misleading, so most nights we did eat out. The bar was nice, but gets rammed pretty quickly after dinner, so you’d be very lucky to get a table after a late meal. But the entertainment and music were good, and we had a good night there. Overall, a pretty disappointing experience but didn’t stop us from having a great holiday. Definitely not a 5 star experience.

To start on a positive note, the pool area and the sea deck are absolutely lovely and the location is great, only a short walk into the centre. I also had a lovely massage in the spa (if i was rating the spa only, it would be a very positive review). That's where the positives end! The food was absolutely awful and for the most part inedible! So we had to eat out at restaurants everyday, which you shouldn't have to do when booking all inclusive. The room was run down and in need of refurbishment. Most mornings we were woken up by housekeeping staff yelling at each other down the corridors. When we checked in the soap dispenser was leaking soap all over the sink area, the shower flooded the whole bathroom and the bathroom door didn't even close. One of the days housekeeping also left the fridge door open in our room, which leaked water everywhere. Definitely not a 5 star hotel! Probably not even 3 star.

My husband and I stayed at Labranda TMT for a week, and unfortunately, it was far from the 5-star experience we were expecting. We were placed in the hillside area, and from the moment we were shown to our room, we encountered several issues — the cupboard didn’t open properly, there was a lot of cosmetic damage, ants were coming into the room, the tap had almost no water pressure, and there were insects around the toilet rim. We went to reception to complain and were told we needed to stay the night and come back the next day to see about moving rooms. The following day, we were shown two alternative rooms, but both also had cosmetic damage and an unpleasant smell. For a supposed 5-star hotel, I expected much better standards. I asked again if there were any other rooms available, but was told no. I expressed my frustration and made an official complaint — but the hotel refused to offer any form of compensation, which was very disappointing. The food was mediocre overall — limited variety, and the only standout items were the pancakes at breakfast and the pide. On a more positive note, the hotel’s location is convenient for getting into town and down by the harbour, and some of the staff were genuinely kind and friendly, especially the guys who ran the shisha area — they were brilliant. Overall, this hotel simply doesn’t live up to its 5-star rating. It has potential with its location and a few great staff members, but the standards, maintenance, and food quality really need serious improvement before it can justify the stars it claims.

Hotel and facilities are lovely. Very beautiful beach area. However buffet food is really not so good. Waiters in restaurant are friendly and attentive. Alcoholic beverages on offer tasted bad. Our room was not serviced regularly and the glassware / room service trays remained in corridors for days. Plenty children present. Overpriced spa, but staff are excellent.
