Staff were really lovely and despite their efforts in 'attempting' to fix the air-conditioning, the hotel doesn't have air-conditioning even though advertised otherwise. The hotel is only 10 mins from Bodrum centre which is handy. Food, plenty of salad, but once popular items are gone they're gone, which i think is a problem for an hotel claiming all inclusive status!

Booked this hotel due its location and rating for my boyfriend’s birthday. We found the bar staff were always kind and polite, despite language barriers, however this is the only other plus of our stay. Starting with the room, we have a double room, which consisted of two single beds that were very unstable, pushed together. The AC had little to no impact, therefore we had try keep the key card in the door when we went out, to keep it cool. The bathroom…. Disgusting. The toilet had mould and was clearly very worn away. Very small bathroom. The shower head was broken so my boyfriend went down to ask them to change it. The bathroom was quite dangerous as the floor easily got wet, the bath was very slippery and even the bath mat didn’t stop us from slipping. Lack of sunbeds as they were either occupied all day by towels, or just broken. We booked all inclusive but found we ate out most of the time as the food was very very poor. Signage of the buffet foods also didn’t indicate allergens, so had to use google translate to communicate with workers for my allergy. Not a 5 star hotel at all!!!!! Do not book

Good Stay! My friend and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was good. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back without hesitation. A very good value for money hotel located in a beautiful location by the sea, with wonderfully upgraded and clean bedrooms, very kind staff, and an overall warm experience that gives good memories, generally a great place for families that want to have a nice packet of comfortable holidays at a relative good price. The only negative things that have to be noted are the following: 1. The bathrooms need a fully update too just as the rest of the room: they were old, simple and that was quite obvious by the time we walked there. For a 3 star hotel I wouldn’t recommend a necessary upgrade, but for a 5 star one, it is a must. 2. I wasn’t satisfied by breakfast and dinner. Both were not badly cooked, but I also wouldn’t say that they were something nice or special, basic normal tastes that don’t necessarily amaze you. During breakfast I was highly disappointed to see that all of the mini-croissants were completely served burned to the point that they were entirely black. That’s not acceptable by any hotel, let alone a 5 star one. On top of that we felt very disappointed that a lot of flies were standing in the buffet food containers, while constantly flying around us and annoying us, at a place were we were supposed to enjoy our food. Again not something acceptable, as it is apart from annoying, pretty unhygienic too. 3. I’ve been to many hotels in my life, mostly 5 star hotels, and I’ve never seen this wristband system before. It was sort of annoying that we were forced to constantly wear a colorful wristband in our hand wherever we go, as if it is a children’s amusement park or whatsoever. However since it’s the policy, I won’t insist on that. 4. The beach at the hotel wasn’t very nice, it was only a small crowed coastline, nothing fancy. Not bad, but not anything special either. 5. Some renovations need to be done in the hallways too, for example I’ve noticed a huge crack on a wall as I was walking by. In conclusion if you’d ask me then yes, overall I felt satisfied and I’d probably visit this hotel again in the future, value for money, good staff, clean rooms, all this was totally fine. Now if the hotel fixed the issues mentioned above, it will be definitely even greater.

I recently stayed at the Diamond of Bodrum hotel and overall had a lovely experience. The location is fantastic—right by the sea and close to the city center, which made exploring super convenient. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking and definitely a highlight of the stay. The food was great with a good variety, and the customer service was top-notch—staff were always friendly and helpful. I also highly recommend trying the spa procedures there; it was one of the best parts of my trip—very relaxing and well done. However, I must say that the rooms were a bit disappointing for a 5-star hotel. They were clean but definitely not up to 5-star standards; I’ve seen better rooms in 3-star hotels. A little renovation or upgrade would go a long way. Still, if you're after a beautiful view, great food, and excellent service, it's worth a visit—just don't expect luxury room standards
