If you want a stress-free, luxurious all-inclusive getaway right by the sea, book this hotel!Here is why I highly recommend it: 📍 PERFECT LOCATION• Just a flat 10-minute walk to the Bodrum Bazaar, Marina, and nightlife.• Private beach is right across the road (takes seconds to walk over).• The rooftop terrace offers the best sunset views over Bodrum Castle! ⭐ AMAZING STAFF & SERVICE• The team treats you like family from the moment you check in.• Housekeeping kept the rooms absolutely spotless every day.• Pool bartenders remembered my drink order after day one! 🍴 EXCELLENT FOOD• The main buffet is massive, fresh food, fruit and there is basically everything to cater for every taste. The menu has changes every day. • Loved the live cooking stations with fresh Turkish kebabs and baklava, Salmon and the fresh pasta dishes. 🎈 TOP-NOTCH AMENITIES• The outdoor pool area is huge with plenty of comfortable sunbeds.• The spa is fantastic; the traditional Turkish bath (Hammam) massage is a must-do. Special thanks to the reception staff who catered to our every need, the bar staff in particular " Hamzaa ", great cocktail maker. We are already planning our next visit, see you soon...!

Not really sure how to review my stay at the Diamond of Bodrum. Never had such mixed feelings about a hotel. Let me start with the positives. - The view is absolutely stunning! The sunsets and overall view 10/10. - The location of the hotel is also great as well - only about a 10(maybe less) minutes walk from the centre. - Our hotel rep - Med has been an absolute superstar ⭐ - The food was delicious and the restaurant and bar staff were absolutely amazing! They work very hard to make everyone happy. Now lets get with the negatives - To start off with were received a room with: no AC, not working safe box and not working fridge. The room still had fresh plaster on walls and it looked like the builders left minutes before our arrival. There was construction dust everywhere. From the moment we came into the room we kept having power cuts. It was very annoying, especially when it took the electrician about 40 minutes each time to get it working again. Every time we asked for a room change we were told "come back tomorrow" "come back at 12" "come back at 2". We basically spent three days in reception. On the last occasion we had a power cut at 11pm. The electrician was in our room till nearly 1am trying to repair it. He then walked with my partner to reception and informed them that our room is not to a standard to be let, and yes he did fix it but only temporarily. We finally received a new room the following day - and that room thankfully had no issues. - there was no entertainment at the hotel, despite it being mentioned in the description. Only entertainment was a DJ in the evening that kept playing the same songs every day (looked like a spotify playlist) - A lot of the drinks that were on the drinks menu were not once available at the bar. By the evening most alcohols were finished - not so great for a place with 24hour drinks (as per description) - the snack bar had a very nice menu too bad the only things available was burgers and cheese burgers. - the hotel shop was closed - sauna was off - beach bar - not there Overall I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone- which is a shame because the potential is there - I also believe it does not deserve the 5* it has.

Absolutely outstanding stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a stunning view.

This hotel is definitely not 5 star Although advertised as a 5 star, this hotel was more like a 3* at most. The only 5* worthy mention is the view from the hotel The air conditioning in the room was appalling, in 45 degree heat this proved to be our biggest issue. You could not sleep at night or cool down in the day, it was unbearable. We called reception to ask for a fan, but they claimed they don’t have any. Shortly after a man came and checked out the air conditioning in our room but did not alter or fix anything,said the air con would work in 30 minutes but nothing changed (even though we already had the air con on for 4 hours prior and the room remained unbearable). The room stayed extremely hot and humid the whole stay. 2nd issue we faced was the valet parking, we dropped off the car outside the hotel as instructed, dropped off the keys and got a receipt, however at one point the car was left parked on the road outside for 4 hours. We spoke to reception as we had noticed the car had not been moved, turns out the staff had lost the car keys and forgot to move the car Paid extra to upgrade our room to the garden view, as you can tell from the pictures the view was limited and the room was small and basic . Additionally the water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower was low and the water would not always be warm. My partner does not drink alcohol and when ordering a Coke he was given a vodka Coke. Mistakes with drink orders happened on multiple occasions. I understand that mistakes can be made occasionally but this added to the disappointment. No sun beds available, you had to come down for exactly 8am to collect your towel and be able to reserve a sun bed, which was nearly impossible due to limited space for guests. Food quality was not great nor the availability of different options. Approximately 6-7 main dishes available which were repetitive. Some dishes tasted like they were microwaved/reheated and very limited options for desserts and snacks. Drinks were not great either compared to any other ‘5*’ hotel, this was not 5 star quality whatsoever. Pros Amazing view from hotel (great sunsets from the terrace) and good location Majority of staff were friendly Rooms were cleaned daily (although mini fridge not replenished at all) Access to small beach area although limited sun beds available again after 8am Overall although the hotel is affordable compared to other options in bodrum, I would personally not return to this hotel and do not believe it is a 5* property. However the view was beautiful, location was close to Bodrum centre and the staff were friendly.

This is not a 5-star hotel and feels very misleading compared to how it’s advertised. •Paid extra for a garden view upgrade but there was no garden view at all. •Room had no air conditioning, very poor water pressure, and the bathroom had no ventilation. •The pool area is overcrowded with no space for guests. •Food is extremely bland, desserts all taste the same – best to avoid eating here. •Valet parking is terrible and not properly managed. •Definitely not suitable for families. •Staff service is inconsistent – a few were polite, but many were very rude. The only positive about this hotel is the view.
