The hotel definitely does not deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms lack air conditioning, instead, they have fans that barely blow any air and are very noisy. The bathrooms are dirty and not properly cleaned, with mold on the grout between the tiles. The pool water is cloudy, and they don't clean up empty drink cups left by waiter. We paid an extra £70 for a sea view room, and while there was a sea view, it also overlooked shabby and ugly buildings next door, which ruined the experience. The staff treats Turkish guests well but is racist towards guests of other nationalities. During our week-long stay, none of the waiters asked us if we wanted drinks during dinner, breakfast, or lunch, while they were attentive to Turkish guests. There are many shortcomings, and it's clear that the managers are not doing their jobs properly. The staff is disorganized and doesn't know their responsibilities. The food isn't bad, but the selection is limited. The only redeeming features of this hotel are its location and the view from the rooftop balcony. Overall, I do not recommend it; we paid a lot of money, and the standard was very poor.

A generally nice hotel, however travelling as a group of young girls we found a lot of the staff to behave in quite a lecherous way. This made us feel uncomfortable in somewhere we should have felt safe. The food was adequate, it was typical all inclusive food- a very random mix of mystery foods all of which was fairly bland. There is nowhere near enough sunbeds around the pool and at the beach, we even saw people placing towels around the pool at 2am to reserve sun beds and by 8am you had no chance of getting one which was disappointing. Additionally we had an issue with our room of the first night which took almost 24 hours to sort out which wasn’t the best start to our holiday. Despite its hangups it is still a decent hotel, and some staff members were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

The worst hotel I have in my life is not worth the five stars worth only three stars.
The rooms are very old and poorly adapted. The A/c do not work well and the coastal area. When comment, they are answered this is normal for air conditioning. The rooms have been changed several times because of the air conditioning.
Issue
The toilets are very old and renovated are painted in white (bath bathtub and bathroom chair)
The treatment of the receptionist (muset) is very, very, very bad and so rude
And I wasn't treated, I'm just in this unpolite way and even the guest after me.
You must reserve the sun bed before breakfast and there is only one worker to serve the chairs.
And on the coast (the sea) there are very few chairs and there is no one to help you or serve you.
There is an announcement that photography is free and you are surprised after filming by sending an invoice to your room.
Nothing like pictures in the booking
Thera is a bad smell in the hotel corridor
The most bad experience
Am really disappointed
