This is not a 5 star hotel a 3 ⭐ at most, For an all inclusive hotel the food is terrible. The first room we were shown had a 3 foot damp patch on the wall, The second room the air conditioning was none existent you couldn't lock the balcony doors . The staff need customer service training has most of them don't now how to smile and looked miserable. Every day of our stay you would find the cleaner smoking outside our room. The room was dirty and the bed was extremely
uncomfortable . The only thing going for the hotel is the view and the proximity to the old town .

The hotel definitely does not deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms lack air conditioning, instead, they have fans that barely blow any air and are very noisy. The bathrooms are dirty and not properly cleaned, with mold on the grout between the tiles. The pool water is cloudy, and they don't clean up empty drink cups left by waiter. We paid an extra £70 for a sea view room, and while there was a sea view, it also overlooked shabby and ugly buildings next door, which ruined the experience. The staff treats Turkish guests well but is racist towards guests of other nationalities. During our week-long stay, none of the waiters asked us if we wanted drinks during dinner, breakfast, or lunch, while they were attentive to Turkish guests. There are many shortcomings, and it's clear that the managers are not doing their jobs properly. The staff is disorganized and doesn't know their responsibilities. The food isn't bad, but the selection is limited. The only redeeming features of this hotel are its location and the view from the rooftop balcony. Overall, I do not recommend it; we paid a lot of money, and the standard was very poor.

Great place to stay in Bodrum. We stayed there for a week and took everything included option. Great location to Bodrum city centre with only a 5 minute walk. The food was abundant and good. I would suggest that if you like Whiskey like Jack Daniel's or Bourbon, you take your own as they only have Scotch . I would diffinately stay there again 👍👍👍

Worst stay ever! I went with my sister for a week and it was horrible. We‘re to women in our twenties. The male staff was disrespectful and belittling, and one guy was nothing but disgusting and tried to scare us on purpose. When we talked to Management about this, this little guy yelled and argued with us. I can‘t remember experiencing something similar ever. And I would remember, because the behaviour was nothing but shocking. Management didn‘t follow up after that and didn‘t offer and solution. Horrible! Don‘t go there! We were so relieved when we left.

Location: excellent, close to port (the boat tip to Kos is a MUST DO and only 30 minutes (with customs about 1h 30m) plus all the little boat trips are a mere 2 minute walk away. Shops, restaurants, pubs close by as well as a playground. Small pebbly beach attached to hotel. Walk to bodrum castle is about 25 minutes. Views are outstanding throughout the bars and restaurants!
Rooms: basic, good size but aircon was rubbish, shower powerful but didn't always stay up so had to be held. Toilet flush got stuck most days but could be knocked back into place with ease.
Food is incredible, repetitive but loads of choice which fed 2 fussy children and the more adventurous kids and adults. One of the best buffets I've had. Huge salad bar with everything you could want and good selection of sweet and savoury. Also a toasty maker and omelete station. Tonnes of fresh fruit and vegetables. The buffet restaurant and the poolside bar were the best food, the al a carte was ok but very small menu. Kebabs and freshly made waffles by the pool were a real treat! This was the highlight of the hotel! Cocktails were nice and fridges of water bottles around the hotel to help yourself to.
We didn't use the indoor pool as the weather was good enough for outdoor the pool, also didnt use the spa facilities. They had a few activities laid on by the staff like water polo and darts but we didn't join those and they had live music in the evenings which was a nice addition. The rooftop bar has the most amazing views!
