A generally nice hotel, however travelling as a group of young girls we found a lot of the staff to behave in quite a lecherous way. This made us feel uncomfortable in somewhere we should have felt safe. The food was adequate, it was typical all inclusive food- a very random mix of mystery foods all of which was fairly bland. There is nowhere near enough sunbeds around the pool and at the beach, we even saw people placing towels around the pool at 2am to reserve sun beds and by 8am you had no chance of getting one which was disappointing. Additionally we had an issue with our room of the first night which took almost 24 hours to sort out which wasn’t the best start to our holiday. Despite its hangups it is still a decent hotel, and some staff members were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel the view is gorgeous, the food and drinks full of alternatives, rooms clean. All the staff is extremely polite and helpful…the massage in the spa was the best I’ve ever had in my life and I just wanted to thank the lady who did it Andriani and the person who gave us all the information about it to us Alican! (I made sure to ask for their names before I left) Thank you both and thank you all the staff who work at this hotel as you ALL did an amazing job! 😊

Location is right on the beach front with its own private area with beds and umbrellas so you don’t have to pay for one and can sit in comfort by the sea. You could not want a better service. As soon as you sit down for a meal, they are ready to pour water and ask what drink you would like. They’re ready to claim your dirty plates once you’ve finished. There are different locations to grab a drink, and the service never alters. Rooms are big enough with air conditioning. There is a variety of food on offer. On the terrace there’s a patisserie with small delights, icecream and waffles service poolside, down on the ground floor they class it as a snack bar between 12-5 but they serve pizza, fried chicken, salads and burgers. Perfect for a picky eater!

This could be a true diamond, however it is lacking in some key areas, not 4* a decent 3*. The staff are good, Turkish, German and Arabic speaking mostly which is fine, we got by. Main hotel areas kept clean, garden and pool well maintained. However the rooms really need an upgrade, no air con, no plugs in sinks or baths, faulty wiring, TV signal appalling and NOT kept clean. Our floor wasn't swept or moped once the entire stay, the surfaces not cleaned and the shower head needed a good scrub. Bins, towels and bed stuff was changed. The beds were really really uncomfortable and with no air con really hot and noisy with balcony door open. No robes supplied as website said, gym and games room shut. No info in hotel lobby, lots of steps with few signs and fewer handrails. But the staff are lovely, view spectacular and it's a really lovely easy 10mins stroll to shops, bars and restaurants about 15mins for the Fort. Try the A La Carte restaurant it's really good and use the tunnel to the beach (we didn't know it was there!). Didn't try the wellness centre but heard it was nice.

I would recommend this hotel very highly. We have had a wonderful holiday. The staff can't do enough for you, it is spotlessly clean. The food is plentiful and not bad standard. The location is excellent, near the beach and Bodrum centre. Beach is small and stoney but the views are amazing.
