The hotel itself is very beautiful, the room was spacious and clean, loads of pools to choose from , the bar was ok but the drinks were quite horrible. The food in the main restaurant wasn't so good, they were quite bland but the waiters and servers were exceptional and very helpful. Can't say the same for the receptionists as they struggled with English and understanding anything most times. Overall, it was good. The kids really enjoyed it, and I also enjoyed the spa, which was amazing, but the food and drinks were a letdown.

The hotel is very big and has many attractions in place ranging from a spa, gym, indoor swimming pool, and many more. The staff there were very kind, polite and did a very good job trying to understand what we were saying. Within the hotel are also multiple travel agencies who can help with arranging activities and touring.

Drawbacks:
Aquasis lacks a customer relations department, making it impossible to address any issues.
It's not suitable for children; our 3-year-old fell ill from the outset, and leaving was deemed impossible.
There's a lack of entertainment for local tourists; after 11:00 PM, the so-called club plays African music.
Aquasis primarily targets foreign tourists with cheaper deals, leaving 99% of locals regretful.
Water parks have limited hours and long queues, with unclean pools awaiting.
The main restaurant's daily meals aren't palatable for Turks; ingredients are of low quality.
Maintenance issues like a fallen sink took until 3:00 PM to fix, wasting a day.
Despite being ultra all-inclusive, only select eateries are open at specific times.
Snack areas offer low-quality items after long waits.
Drinks are subpar and may cause reflux.
Limited ice cream availability, with long lines.
Forget about quality sweets if you choose Aquasis.
Its windy location can lead to illness when enjoying the pool and sea.
Positives:
Some staff members are attentive.

Perfect holiday at the perfect place. For parents it’s awesome as it’s all inclusive and the variety of food is phenomenal and entertainment was brilliant. Would come again. Only downside is not many market places nearby.
