Overall an amazing experience and good value for Money. The food was amazing and plentiful. We stayed almost for two weeks and even then there were plenty of new options. Waterpark is a decent size and safe for kids from 2+ to play in. There are multiple slots in a day where they offer child care and parents can go relax. The evening entertainment is really cool although the children's disco is at 9 and I wish it started a bit earlier. There is a performance after children's disco and if you want to carry on you can always go to the disco thats open between 11pm and 2am. They are also generous with alcohol as well as managing the queue system.

Over all the Hotel is beautiful, some of the employees are rubbish. Arrived on the 14th-21st April explained that I requested a family room ask in advance only to be told the only room they have now will cost me £804. I refuse and call Jet2 Holidays(Ali) who came to the rescue and upgrade me for £160 the next following day. The family decided to have lunch while I pack to move to the upgraded room paid for, the front management team refuse;said unless we all move at once they are not giving me the key(restaurant close @2pm) 😑 I've explained all I would like to do is move the stuff into the room whiles the family eat, you've received payment can you at least drop my bag into the room which he finally agreed. Overall I understand they are here to make living but they are better ways to go about things. I save a whole year just to bring my family here to enjoy, over all its not off to a great start.

Room service: I am currently in this hotel in the room number 2181. I am here since 11th April and in these 8 days my room has not been cleaned for 5 days. I had to call the receptionist to send someone to clean the room everyday. Even today room is not been cleaned so I got fed up now and there is no point calling reception as it’s midnight now. Standard of cleaning is not good and no staff speaks English so no point explaining them that they need to clean better. Food service: avoid at all cost. They advertise it as a vegetarian and vegan friendly hotel but it’s not. They serve vegetarian food and non vegetarian food with same spoon and it’s all placed next to each other so everything is mixed up. We are party of 17 people. We called before booking that we have strict vegetarian need they said yes they do provide and cater separately for vegetarians but they clearly don’t do that. Also labelling is so wrong all the time. No one knows English so they don’t understand when you ask them if anything in particular about food like allergen or vegan. Luckily we have bought some snacks from home so we are serving on that. Very limited choice of veg and vegan food, I would say none as everything is mixed up anyways. Drinks served at the bars are poor quality. Location: Poorly located as there is nothing nearby to explore. Rooms: Small for a family of 4

It’s our first night here at the resort it is beautiful however we feel the customer service is extremely poor, you cannot engage with the front office staff they come across very Standoffish and speak about you in their own language which is a poor reflection when 90 % of the guests are international. I wanted a booking for a birthday Dinner and we were told everything is fully booked up, you not able to book before hand. Really disappointed.

Excellent service from the hotel. Definitely recommend to all, especially families. A special mention for Sila, who helped me set up a wonderful birthday surprise for my wife. The shows for the children are unbelievable, my children absolutely loved them.
