The hotel staff was very professional and polite, the food was great as well as the service. There was good entertainment as well as cool people giving an overall positive vibe. In total the experience was great. I’m just want to share an observation: at the beach area there was an old man that was bringing 3 big dogs, leaving them among the people which was quite uncomfortable. Hope it will be fixed for next year.

Great hotel, staff are brilliant, helpful, friendly and professional. Beautiful place and lovely holiday. Only 4 stars simply because there was constant very loud music all day and wasnt able to get any quiet time.

Very good hotel with amazing service and employees! We had so much fun there. From reception to barkeepers as well as entertainment team, you do amazing job. Hotel provides very good conditions, but the employees make it more enjoyable. I will definitely visit you next year again. Many thanks for this delightful stay.

Very noisy place in the middle of the night club area! Be careful if you want peace of mind. Great for people who love bars and nightclubs. The hotel itself is great, with a beautiful garden and modern rooms. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Very clean throughout. The menu is a la carte with well prepared dishes.

I've just returned from a fantastic week at this hotel. It was my first time experiencing an all inclusive resort. The hotel itself has a lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers and a beach area that you can use. Each day some entertainment was laid on that you could get involved in or watch from your sun lounger. The food was fantastic but served in a restaurant style so you are still waited on and order from a menu with lots of choices, either by QR code or in person. Both worked really well and the dishes could also be adapted to meet your tastes. In particular, Mucahit and Ekran in the restaurant were welcoming, helpful and made our holiday special. We also had excellent service from the bar staff, in particular Engin who had such a positive energy and remembered our favourite drinks at different times of the day. We also dealt with the reception staff, in particular Mehmet. We had seen the reviews that the hotel can be noisy and there are several open air clubs in Gumbet so this can be expected. However, the first room we were put in, whilst lovely, was like being in the club with everyone else whilst you tried to sleep. It was also on an alleyway where lots of people chatted constantly. Mehmet handled our request to move rooms amazingly and our new room was just as lovely as the first, albeit quiet! We spoke to him on a number of other occasions about simple questions, and he was polite, courteous and professional.
