A huge shoutout to the incredible staff at the bar, especially during the chaotic late-night hours. They handle the pressure effortlessly, making sure everyone is pleased. Agit at the bar was fantastic, always providing great service, and Berat at the restaurant made dining an absolute pleasure. Special thanks to Sevda Hanım at guest relations, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, dealing with any issues swiftly and always with a smile. Their warmth made our holiday unforgettable, and they bid us a heartwarming farewell as we left. The service throughout our stay was impressive—meals were served quickly, and on one occasion, my order arrived in just 20 seconds! However, if you stay longer than a week, you might notice the menu becoming repetitive as it is somewhat limited. While I wasn't a fan of the room design due to limited storage and the lack of separation between the bathroom and the bedroom, the hotel's responsive staff made up for it. Minor additions like bathroom shelves or a splashback behind the wash basin would enhance functionality, but any issues raised were addressed promptly, which I really appreciated. As for the facilities, the hotel offers a hairdresser and spa, both run by external parties. We enjoyed two spa treatments, and the Balinese therapists were excellent. The hairdresser was also attentive and professional. Overall, our experience was wonderful, but with some additions to the restaurant menu and small functional improvements to the rooms, the hotel could easily elevate to a true 5-star experience.

We stayed in Very chic with the group.Food was perfect. Animation was with us all the time.We did yoga, darts and volleyball.In the night time, we sang all the together in karaoke and we had so much fun. I hope we will come back with my friends and family.

As a person who went on an info-tour in Bodrum this was the WORST hotel. I slept in 4 hotels and inspected more than 10 hotels, im sure every other hotel is going to be better than this one. Lets start with the check in. It happened rather slower than expected due to the staff not being prepared. In first view the hotel looks nice, amazing green gardens with a nice pool and amazing beach, with sand shore but wait till you get to see your room. My room was near the street and sadly that exact street is FULL with bars and clubs, logically every night was a nightmare because of the loud music. Anyway now ill tell you about the rooms. Basically when i walked in i was in SHOOK. There is NO armchair, no vanity NOTHING. Theres no dresser or wardrobe too. You only have a few hangers above the minibar, the sink is in the bedroom and apparently having your toilet in the shower is a modern nowadays. The room is okay in size but theres no furniture which makes it look really cheap for a 5* hotel. The sticks which are put for “decoration” have a weird smell attached too. The balcony can barely fit 2 chairs and a table. The room is just absurd for the price you pay. The restaurant is okay. You order online through your phone and they deliver it to you which i find funny, but also its a good way to save food if you get what i mean. The most important thing I recognised, is that the room was extremely dirty, the sink was dirty, the bathroom too. I found it disgusting! This hotel isnt for the people who want to relax because the whole street will be loud with music EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. The pictures do not match the reality so dont expect the best experience from this hotel. And lets not talk about the things that they don’t mention in their site like the coloured bracelets, which im sure have a huge meaning behind them. Please do your research and find a better hotel because I reassure you there are better options.

Nisa was really friendly, food was incredible, rooms were very chic with air conditioning. Entertainment in both day and evening was so good!! Nisa was the chicest of all (give her a raise)

Really lovely hotel with great staff, so friendly and really welcoming. They were very helpful with my gluten allergy, very accommodating! Would recommend to anyone who wants a holiday in Turkey.
