From start to finish hotel and staff were great. The hotel is a bit dated but very clean and homely. On arrival, we arrived late, and the receptionist told us to go straight for dinner in case we missed it while waiting to check in. This was brilliant service from the hotel as we would have missed it if we had to check in first. The rooms are very nice and clean, beds are the most comfortable beds I've slept in on a holiday and the pillows are so comfortable. The onky issue with room was the flushing of the toilet was never enough water but not a big deal, the showers are brilliant and water pressure is great. The grounds are beautiful and loveky walks in the evening time we beautiful views all around. The spa is excellent and well worth the money for massages, the spa and steam is free for all guests which is brilliant service to have available for free. The indoor swimming was frezzing but also great to have an i door pool so not a big deal. The bar staff were brilliant, and the cocktails were very enjoyable. The food was very good compared to other all-inclusive hotels I've been to, lots of options with meat, salads, deserts, and 2 different soups available every day, with gorgeous breadrolls too. One thing which I haven't sent in any hotel across many countries I've been to is the checkout we had to check out at 12.00, we weren't picked up until 17.00, I asked to manager would it be ok eat before we left that evening he told me to eat and drink what I want until we were leaving also let us keep towels and told us to use the spa showers to freshen up before leaving. This made the day of leaving so much easier as every hotel we have been to takes off your bracelet and basically tells you that your stay Ii over no food, no drink! So I have to give huge credit to the hotel for this as it's on offer for all guests

Citrusdressing

Hotel was very entertaining, lots of walking lots of different stuff to do! You don’t get bored for sure. We took some local currency but everything was priced in Euros. The cleaning is really good and staff very helpful and nice and here is where I have to mention this Waitress, bartender, Devlet Arslan what a star! You could see her everywhere with non stop, cleaning tables in different areas and doing drinks as well, called our attention her passion and her proactivity to her work. Definitely deserves a prize for her daily commitment. The beach area was amazing! I love it and pools was amazing as well.

Rooms were 6/5, immaculate cleanliness. It's a shame that some staff members lack enthusiasm. I enjoyed the food however it all had such an industrial and unnatural taste opposite to the piping hot homemade Turkish meals we were looking for. I assure you the food wasn't anywhere near bad, however it just didn't suit my and my partys' taste. I also didn't enjoy the harassment by George the photographer as being photographed every time you walk down to the main pool doesn't seem fair considering the steep and unconventional nature of the photo purchasing process. To conclude, I would consider for the hotel to implement a camera system in the hallways as the sleepless nights caused by children kicking doors removes time for the enjoyment of the day. Pretty ass to be fair, wouldn't recommend. Staff in restaurant are like vultures taking plates before I've even cleared the plate. Food is bad, most of it it stone cold and the kids food is the same every night, chicken, chips, onion rings and pasta. There are no labels for what food is so you just have to guess, no indoor pool and outdoor pools have no heating. Overall terrible, no fresh juice but if you want fresh juice it's 3 euros per glass.

Today I checked in the Bodrum Holiday Resort & Spa . It was very busy as the flight from London landed .The staff at the reception dear was very helpful.The gentlemen Umet allotted me a good room . The manager Nargis helped me for internet . The Location is Excellent
