We stayed at this hotel and were absolutely delighted! The room was very clean, with daily housekeeping — not a speck of dust. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, truly unforgettable — a real paradise! The food at the restaurant deserves special praise: the variety of dishes was impressive! Every day there were fresh seafood options — shrimp, calamari, octopus, and fish. Meat lovers won’t be disappointed either. And the number of delicious desserts and cocktails was overwhelming — so many choices! The staff were always smiling, attentive, and friendly. The atmosphere was very warm and pleasant.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From start to finish hotel and staff were great. The hotel is a bit dated but very clean and homely. On arrival, we arrived late, and the receptionist told us to go straight for dinner in case we missed it while waiting to check in. This was brilliant service from the hotel as we would have missed it if we had to check in first. The rooms are very nice and clean, beds are the most comfortable beds I've slept in on a holiday and the pillows are so comfortable. The onky issue with room was the flushing of the toilet was never enough water but not a big deal, the showers are brilliant and water pressure is great. The grounds are beautiful and loveky walks in the evening time we beautiful views all around. The spa is excellent and well worth the money for massages, the spa and steam is free for all guests which is brilliant service to have available for free. The indoor swimming was frezzing but also great to have an i door pool so not a big deal. The bar staff were brilliant, and the cocktails were very enjoyable. The food was very good compared to other all-inclusive hotels I've been to, lots of options with meat, salads, deserts, and 2 different soups available every day, with gorgeous breadrolls too. One thing which I haven't sent in any hotel across many countries I've been to is the checkout we had to check out at 12.00, we weren't picked up until 17.00, I asked to manager would it be ok eat before we left that evening he told me to eat and drink what I want until we were leaving also let us keep towels and told us to use the spa showers to freshen up before leaving. This made the day of leaving so much easier as every hotel we have been to takes off your bracelet and basically tells you that your stay Ii over no food, no drink! So I have to give huge credit to the hotel for this as it's on offer for all guests

Would have been 4 stars, however an amazin kindle was stolen from our room on the last full day. Attempted resolution was that "nobody has taken it" - I doubt anyone would admit this. Didn't want to initiate accusations but re checked baggage at home and nothing. Item was not taken from a bag either, it was taken from the room. Hotel have since stated we refused to re check luggage but they asked us to do so 10 mins before transfer and accepted we would do so at home and email. Initially, reception said they'd check and come back to us. Asked in an hour and were told they didn't know anything about it. Good service and food. Staff excellent for the most part. Busy hotel and lots of things for kids and families. In response to the owner (appreciated) your relations team have denied responsibility. Asking a housekeeper if they took it they said no. Excellent work. Bags were not refused to be opened. The hotel accepted we would check when we arrived home and provided us with a contact to email. Bringing over a housekeeper to us was unprofessional and the hotel simply do not wish to assist and nothing re room access was shown.

Not a 5 Star Hotel. Very tired and not particularly clean. The food is not great and the restaurant is one of the busiest and loudest places I’ve experienced. Drinks are served in paper cups from mostly rude staff. Huge resort with very little places to sit in the evening to relax. Make sure you are up at 6/7 in the morning if you want a sun-bed.

Lovely hotel but be prepared to walk A LOT of stairs, we did our research beforehand and we were OK with walking that much, took it as a bit of exercise but if you have mobility issues I suggest looking for somewhere else. Lovely food. Stunning views! First hotel we stayed with 2 kids where they had their own room and we weren't all cramped into one room. Shout out to housekeeping ladies, never seen them in our room but when we would come back from pool or beach, beds were made, room been cleaned up a bit and fresh towels were available👏
