This review is based on my personal experience and what other people would want to hear. I have been to Turkey a few times now exploring Antalya, Alanya and Bodrum and this is the best hotel I have stayed at so far while visiting Turkey. Pools: The pools a very clean, well kept and big. There are 4 including waterslides and an indoor pool and they are all amazing. They are open most of the day and you will never have a swim having being squished or splashed by other guests! Rooms: The rooms are very big, clean, and most importantly comfortable. I think the beds and pillows are very comfy and good to sleep on (personal opinion.) I also find that the system that is used is if you want your room cleaned, you put out a little door handle sign. Personally I like this as you can expect to come back to a clean room or not and helps the maids out too. There is also a television and I believe all rooms have balconies, I could stand corrected though. Next up staff; During my stay here, staff were so so so pleasant and friendly and go above and beyond to make sure all guests have an amazing time! They really are sweet and cheeky! They are very helpful and understanding and there are always staff when you need them. Food: The food here is amazing!! Considering the amount of people they have to cater for, it is soo nice! They offer food for all different people from salads, to burgers and pizzas and even ice creams. There is always something for someone! Drinks relate to this too. Plenty of bars and drinks to choose from too! Value for money: Like mentioned before, this is the best hotel I have stayed at for a long time! I would really recommend! Location: Very good, taxi rank and bus stop opposite the entrance that offer transportation from the airport, town, market etc and is very handy! The sea is very very clear and nice to swim in! There are many places to sit and chill near the sea too! Activities: There are many activities to do here alone! Including water sports, pool activities etc. I cannot recommend this place anymore and I really recommend you stay here! -Harley

5 star hotel, just no room service included. Food is meh, but going downstairs to the beach bar will have better tasting food options.

The best thing about this hotel are the kittens. I had an amazing time with them. There is a 5 to 15 min walk from the hotel parts to the beach, depending on where you are located. Get ready for a lot of steep paths and stairs. The room we stayed in was big and with a nice view, however, very outdated and when I say outdated, the furniture, fridge and air conditioning was new somewhere in the early 2000s. In terms of cleanliness it was good. As for the food, very tasteless and boring. They had fresh meat and vegetables every day but for a 5 star hotel, it was very underwhelming. The staff was very inattentive and they would rush to collect the used plates and utensils, even before you are done eating. If you ask for something, the chances are around 40% that you will get it. It happened too many times to ask for a glass or fork and they would just not bring it and continue scrolling for dirty dishes. 1 hour into a meal and they no longer wipe the tables, they would just remove the dirty plates and leave the table like that. In general the restaurant looked pretty bad for a 5 star hotel. The snacks in between meals were nice but they were the same every day. The evening entertaining program was nice, we attended a few shows.

Phenomenal Hotel and resort, Absolutely everything you could want or need all in one beautiful place. Shout out to SEFA KADIR the bar man. Never ending knowledge and friendly tips for adding to your amazing holiday experience.

Wow. Expectations were well and truly exceeded!! All the staff were brilliantly helpful and lovely, with no exceptions! The room was just right for us, with a breathtaking view of the ocean and luckily we could catch the sunset each night while getting ready for dinner. There was plenty of variation for all meals. One of the lovely staff members even went out to the main kitchen and got my partner some humus when they weren’t serving it, and did so with a big smile on his face. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff couldn’t help us enough! The spa treatments at the Kum Spa were exceptional, hands down the best massage both of us have ever had, and absolutely worth the money! The entertainment was second to none. Absolutely sensational shows! And we really enjoyed being “dragged” up for the competitions! It was great fun and the fun crew were all lovely! There were plenty of excursions offered and the relax boat trip was very worth the money. We will absolutely be going back again and we’ll be doing more trips etc!
