Awesome hotel with so many amenities! The spa is a lovely addition. I went twice and it’s great value for money, the ladies there are really nice too and looked after me well! Only problem was that the spa doesn’t have a card machine so you need to have cash on you, but otherwise a good experience! Thank you Lisa and ChiChi ☺️

Great place to have holiday .Beautiful old hotel ,clean pool and clean rooms, they change towels and sheets daily. Beach very close. Nice food even better desserts. Employees very friendly and helpful. Nice animation team loved my time spending there.Lovely hotel reccomended. Definitely coming back again.

We (2 adults and 2 young teenagers) stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in May 2024. Overall, we have warmed up to the hotel by the time we were leaving but this was a very different experience to the one we are used to when travelling to Spain and similar destinations. Reception: friendly staff but, unfortunately, not helpful as can’t communicate in languages other than Turkish. Have google translate to help. Staff: overall good but our experience was that unless you can speak Turkish or have google translate to help, communication was challenging and overall “service standard” is totally not like in a 5* hotel”. To commend, Fatma from customer support desk was amazing! Rooms: 3 starts max, bathrooms dated and mouldy. Cleaning: Good service but depends on staff, some days we didn’t get coffee refills and stuff was done randomly but communal areas were clean. Food: highlight of the food hall was BBQ/Grill every evening with different meats cooked. Loved it! On another hand, staff didn’t know anything about non dairy options. Drinks: staff did their best to entertain kids with different coloured and flavoured drinks but no set menu i.e. u’ll get a different drink each time which I found absolutely strange and time/ money wasteful. Alcohol drinks, anything other than local spirits mixed with soft drink, wine and Efes practically doesn’t exist. We have made an error when asked to make us a drink out of all inclusive hours. Staff simply don’t know how to and tried to charge London cocktail price for “Malibu/ Apple juice mix” that was meant to be a Pina Colada. Thankfully, food manager was on shift the next day so things got resolved. Also, be prepared to drink warm “gin and tonic”, I had to ask for double ice and drinks were still warm. Entertainment: adult show was 3-4 nights when we stayed. 3 starts I would say. The main Entertainment men was very friendly and properly customer care oriented. Otherwise, not much going on or at least nothing as close as what we would have expected from 5* hotel.

Wonderful week of fun and sun,the staff couldn’t have been more helpful,food varied and plentiful and special thanks to the animation team who really made our week,will be back next year!!

Great place to have a good holiday. Big and very clean pool it almost like spring water chlorine doesnt bother you like the others. Clean rooms, they change towels and sheets frequently. Good food even better desserts. Employees very friendly. Lovely hotel reccomended.
