Good Hotel. Erika the receptionist is really kind and helpful, she also gave us good recommendations for where to go on the island.
Aaron (the person who drives the car around the park and helps everybody) is the best, he gave always positive vibes and helped us a lot!
Only the restaurant manager does not like critic and did not do anything with our requests.
But Nadia one the bar girls, is probably the most kind and helpful girl we’ve seen, really hard working and always has a smile!

We managed to go right before high season kicked off. Lovely rooms, friendly staff, nice amenities. Didn’t have to fight for a Sun lounger and private beach. We throughly enjoyed our stay.
One draw back it isn’t close to anything. The public bus doesn’t go to the hotel - only the nearest town. Also the ruins are closed on Tuesdays. Triple check everything when it comes to transportation to and from hotel.

The hotel is a great place to stay in Kos. The food was amazing, the whole place is simply beautiful, you feel like in a small, cozy city. The sea is very close to the hotel and the people, who work there are friendly and always eager to help. The room was always clean and the service worked hard to maintain it. Even the entertainment was provided every day. I really also appreciate the fact, that we could still use the benefits from all inclusive and stay a little longer in the room (our fligh was very late in the night). I would like to come back to the island of Kos one day and to this hotel! Greeting

Was only here for 1 night as TUI messed up my flight home to Manchester. But staff were lovely and very helpful (more than could be said for the TUI staff). Location stunning and rooms big and well appointed

This is the worst all inclusive hotel I'e ever stayed in. The staff are all lovely but this is nowhere near a 5 star hotel. I'd put it as a 3 star. The food is just about acceptable. The facilities are basic and the entertainment roster is poor. The gym is full of old crusty equipment... you can achieve a workout but don't expect much.
I have been to numerous all inclusive hotels on other Greek Islands which were much better; where they're were better food and drink options, the rooms were better and the entertainment was better. Still had a good time here, pool area nice, just a shame about the food and drink regime.
