Just avoid at all costs. 3 star hotel at best and without doubt the worst all inclusive hotel I have ever been to. Rooms are dated and not kept clean. The bathroom was a disgrace. The food is just so uninviting and who an earth serves brussel sprouts for breakfast which were left over from the night before! Between 8pm and 10.30pm you are queing 15 deep for a drink at the only bar with two bar staff. We went on the 3 island boat tour which advertised a BBQ on board. The reality was when you boarded the boat you were shown pictures of food to make a choice and sent to the worst back street restaurant overlooking a car park. The food was inedible and I fed mine to one of the cats!
Personally, tour operators should not be sending customers until the place has been completely overhauled.

If you like a trashy holiday this is the place for you.
Loud music & entertainment by the pool during the day.You as a paying guest has to move ur sunbed for their loud speaker where they blast the same trashy music. No relaxation.
Room got cleaned once. Had to call for clean towels & bin to b emptied. Then waited 45min for it 2 arrive!.
Dinner was like a canteen. Food was horrible & cold.

My girlfriend and I just returned from an incredible holiday at Kouros Palace in Kos, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The food was exceptional—fresh, varied, and delicious every day. We looked forward to each meal, knowing there was always something new and tasty to try. The beach, just a 5-minute stroll from the hotel, was clean, private, and the perfect spot to unwind. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained, with excellent air conditioning that kept us cool and relaxed during the hot days.
The resort’s two pools were spacious and spotless, and we never had trouble finding sunbeds, which made our time by the water even more enjoyable. The bars were another highlight, offering a wide selection of drinks and cocktails that made the all-inclusive package an excellent value.
A standout part of our stay was the animation and entertainment team. They were absolutely fantastic, always full of energy and enthusiasm, making sure there was never a dull moment. Whether it was daytime activities or evening shows, they went above and beyond to keep everyone engaged and having fun. Their passion and creativity really added an extra layer of enjoyment to our holiday.
We also have to mention Aaron, who was responsible for transporting us around the hotel. He was brilliant—always cheerful and full of jokes, making each ride a fun experience in itself. Aaron’s friendly nature and great sense of humor really made a difference, adding to the overall warmth and hospitality we felt throughout our stay.
In short, Kouros Palace provided us with the perfect holiday, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Self-checkin service is a little time consuming, friendly staff, basic food (same each day), would class as 3 Star due to the lack of room service, missing bathmats & towels, battery leaking in safe, no drinking water provided after the 1st night.
Quiet location, not much around locally, need to take a cab or coach to town.

Rooms Very nice especially those with sea view. Absolutely stunning location… the area is very quiet and other that the hotel facilities, there is nothing else here. I scored a little lower on facilities only because the all-inclusive option isn’t really all-inclusive… if you want a bottle of water… you pay extra… if you want a nice coffee like cappuccino… you pay extra… if you want a drink after 11:00 pm you have to pay… Rooms aren’t cleaned every day and your bath and beach towels are only changed weekly…, silly things like this let them down badly… oh I nearly forgot, they don’t seem to replenish tea and coffee in your room so you’re left to pinch it from the restaurant.
