Rooms Very nice especially those with sea view. Absolutely stunning location… the area is very quiet and other that the hotel facilities, there is nothing else here. I scored a little lower on facilities only because the all-inclusive option isn’t really all-inclusive… if you want a bottle of water… you pay extra… if you want a nice coffee like cappuccino… you pay extra… if you want a drink after 11:00 pm you have to pay… Rooms aren’t cleaned every day and your bath and beach towels are only changed weekly…, silly things like this let them down badly… oh I nearly forgot, they don’t seem to replenish tea and coffee in your room so you’re left to pinch it from the restaurant.
O Dk
The food is just terrible!!! It's not even three stars. The main dish is vegetable pancakes made from old vegetables and that’s all 😵💫! The staff does not pay attention to complaints and behaves arrogantly and rudely (There is not even water. They give you two bottles of 0.5 each on the day of arrival and then you need to buy water at a local store. The rooms are old and dirty. To get to the beach you need to walk along a road without shade and it is quite far away. There is only one golf car and it runs very rarely. The air conditioning does not work either in the restaurant or in the bar or at the reception. Everywhere they save as much as possible. This is just a terrible place😢

Aaron was the absolute light of my entire stay. He is so bubbly and nice to everyone and really helped me out when I felt anxious on my first day without a charger.
The hotel itself is beautiful but what really makes it is the wonderful staff!

The staff were really nice and friendly, from reception to the gentleman that helped with our luggage and showed us to the room, as well as the staff in the eating area.
The room was clean and we had a nice view if the sea. The pillows weren't as comfortable as we'd hoped, but they weren't terrible. The cleaning staff were very friendly and always said hello, making you feel welcome.
There were some activities each day and the entertainment staff would come around the pool to let you know that they're happening, which was cool.
There was a variety of food and drinks throughout and my favourite were the cakes and ice cream!
The hotel is about a 40 minutes walk from Mastichari town, but if you rent a car you're better off getting around, otherwise there isn't so much to do close by. The hotel do offer some additional trips you can take at an extra charge. We went early May and some of the trips have not started yet but that was an "us problem" 😄
The advantage of going in early May was that there were always loungers by the pool, no matter when you went, which was great.

The hotel staff are very helpful and polite, the rooms are adequate but certainly not 5 star.
A vast range of food at all meal times, dining room staff really good.
Location bit out of the way, 30 euros for a taxi into town, the hotel puts a bus on twice a day 10 euros return trip.
