Hello, me and my family stayed at this hotel for 12 days last August. Where do I start?
It was a wonderful experience, food absolutely beautiful ,fresh and delicious and so many choices, my compliments to the chef and the kithcen staff. The service provided by all staff always of high standards, very friendly, they go above and beyond, always doing their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself is huge, with a few pools to choose from which was nice but the infinity pool is the WOW factor 👌 Every evening there was entertainment and we all really enjoyed that, even my little one was dancing. Great for little ones as well.Very clean hotel and the gardens and very well kept. Even though there are lots of steps,because of the location, it wasn't too much of a bother as it's worth it. The beach bar is a real plus, and that was really nice. Beach had pebbles but very clear water you can see the fishes. We encounrered no issues and could not fault this hotel in any way. Thank you again for an unforgettable vacation ❤️

All I can say is its worth visiting. We didn't have any criticism at all. We saw the pool water being tested and the pool area being cleaned thoroughly. Food was lovely and plentiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shower in the room incredible and hot. We wish there was one of these hotels on every Greek Island. We will definitely go back

all in all - very nice hotel.
the infinity pool and its view were incredible. the stone beach wasn‘t too big but definitely alright and the water was super clean and clear.
the food was okay, i did expect a bigger buffet and variety (especially for vegetarians) but the food was still very tasty.
the staff at the reception was super friendly and helpful.
music at night was way too loud sometimes, it was impossible to talk and after some time, sitting there was super exhausting.
the waiters in the restaurant were okay sometimes you had to wait a while until you received your drinks. some waiters were really kind and knew what they did, tho!
the rooms are newly renovated, beautiful and the cleaning team did a very good job every day!
i loved attending the yoga classes each morning, but it would’ve been better if we did it in the shadow and not in the bright sun.
all in all, i really liked my stay here, but i really think that there should be stricter regulations regarding the environment. at the beach, they give out single-use cups and they have all of their drinks in plastic bottles instead of drink machines where the drinks come out of huge, recyclable containers.

I had higher expectations from this hotel. Although beautiful I think it lacked attention to detail and lacked staff, so times like buffet breakfast and dinner was exhausting waiting for tables to be made up with cutlery and drinks to be served. The waiters and waitresses were friendly enough but the whole set up was completely wrong. Someone should be at the door seating people with tables already set up and when someone leaves to set up again straight away and seat the next. There was no good system and this really let it down night after night and became frustrating. It wasn't the 5* experience when it came to dining. The food in the restaurants that needed booking were amazing so cannot fault that at all expect it seemed to get booked up very quick so suggest doing it on day 1.
The rooms were comfortable and cleaned well daily. Around the pool and other areas I found quite dirty where cups not collected and spills from the wind not cleaned up from the floors. I would not recommend the top pool closest to dining area, this was neglected with broken decking and a closed bar. Was extremely dirty and unsafe there.
The pool is overloaded with chlorine and ruined every bit of swimwear we all owned, I didn't see the levels being checked once thought out the day.
This wouldn't be a hotel I would want to revisit but all in all still a good trip, just doesn't warrant 5* status. Sorry Michelangelo
Easy cooking
I would rate this hotel with only three stars. The air conditioning was malfunctioning and dripping condensation all night. The location is quite remote, with no nearby taverns, and taxis are scarcely available. We couldn't even call a taxi as none were accessible, except for airport transfers. Although there's a bus, it's always overcrowded. Furthermore, the toilet flush didn't work properly. While the food offered was plentiful, it wasn't of great quality. The only redeeming feature was the Infinity Pool, which was genuinely beautiful.
