Overall we had a great holiday, but it lacks the special touch in various areas. Junior suite room upgrade - average. Food - average. Service - average (apart from a couple of staff who did actually provide a service you expect of a '5' star hotel). Location wise was fine as we had no plans to see anything. Appreciate we only paid the same as our last two 5 star holidays in Turkey and this is in Europe, but it was nowhere near in terms of luxury, quality and service. The views are great and even with it allowing kids it was extremely quiet and relaxing generally.

A truly wonderful stay in this hotel resort, the food was amazing, service was excellent and overall it was a memorable holiday. Highly recommend here if you want a gorgeous and relaxed holiday. You will be well fed as the buffet every evening was exceptional, the other restaurants onsite are good as well & a huge part of the great review is the staff as they are so kind and knowledgeable. The music and bands different nights was such a nice touch. We will wholeheartedly come back and have raved about the place to friends already!

We just returned from an amazing stay at the resort. Pros -The sea views are stunning to wake up to every morning. The staff were all very friendly and attentive from the reception to cleaners and everyone in between made us feel welcome and valued Service was great, the food at the restaurants is the best I've had in an all inclusive, wide variety, delicious. Waiters and waitresses were all very friendly and attentive Rooms were very clean also. Staff member at the kids club was great Cons No major cons, the rooms could do with things like a hairdryer, We weren't able to book into the two restaurants that you get complimentary dinner or breakfast at which was disappointing, The pools get very busy, and the children's pool would benefit from additional sun loungers as it was very busy while we were there. We mostly opted for the beach as it was easy enough to get sunlounges and the sea was warmer than the pools. Beach bar staff member was absolutely lovely too We had a late flight and were able to extend our room until 6pm at a reasonable price Overall great hotel, great staff, highly recommend and I would definitely return for another stay

My sister and I stayed here for a well needed holiday in late June and we absolutely loved it. The staff are all very welcoming, helpful and they make an effort to get to know their guests. They offer a buggy service to take you to your room and help with luggage which was a nice touch. The rooms are modern, clean and with very comfortable beds, the shower and toilet is a little bit unusual with translucent glass but it wasn’t a problem for us. We paid extra to have a partial sea view and it was really worth it. We had a mini fridge, kettle tea/coffee in the rooms and every day our room was cleaned and had fresh towels and water topped up. The staff even left us a bottle of sparkling wine for my sister’s birthday and a chocolate cake on her actual birthday which was amazing! My sister also really enjoyed doing yoga on a morning, and we both did aqua gym when we were at the pool which was so much fun. Overall I wouldn’t say the hotel was 5 star, but there are some areas that make it feel so, particularly the view from the infinity pool which is incredible. The food at the a la carte restaurants was really great and huge portions! The breakfasts in the main buffet restaurant were amazing, and in the evenings they had some really lovely greek food but sometimes evening service was slow for drinks and you would be waiting just for water for a long time. Some things that the hotel could do to improve would be allowing half board guests a soft drink with evening meals, providing a mini iron in the rooms - sometimes the wait for an iron could be an hour! And addressing the issues of people saving sunbeds - either more sunbeds need to be provided or there needs to be stricter implementation of not reserving sunbeds. Lastly the hotel is somewhat remote and bus times into Kos town aren’t very regular, but is very cheap and only about 15/20 minutes away. I’d highly recommend hiring a car to see the rest of Kos island. Overall a lovely hotel and fantastic holiday!

We had a absolutely blast at the Michelangelo resort & spa. We want to mention Alina in particular who has made our stay extraordinary and took care of us in ways we couldn’t have dreamt about. Furthermore, food is good, entertainment is diverse and all other facilities are in good conditions and well maintained. David’s hall has an extensive assortment of high quality but dry food.
