If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

  • The main buffet restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes from both local and international cuisines, with regular theme nights featuring specialties from various regions around the world. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served here.
  • For guests looking for a more specialized dining experience, there are two a la carte restaurants to choose from. Il Grande Forno serves authentic Italian cuisine, while the Meat a la carte restaurant offers a menu of high-quality meat dishes. Both restaurants require a table reservation in advance.
  • The Creperie-Gelateria is a sweet treat for those with a sweet tooth, offering a variety of crepes and ice cream options.
  • The hotel features multiple bars and lounges, each with a unique atmosphere and setting. The main bar is located in the hotel lobby and offers a sophisticated environment for enjoying cocktails and drinks. The Chess Pool Bar is situated next to the main pool and provides a more relaxed atmosphere. The Sunset Lounge Bar is perfect for watching the sun set over the beach, while the Aqua Pool Bar is a swim-up bar that allows guests to enjoy refreshing drinks while in the pool. Finally, the Beach Bar & Canteen is a casual spot for grabbing a quick bite or drink while relaxing on the beach.
  • Afternoon tea is served every Tuesday and Thursday from 17:00 to 19:00, providing a relaxing break in the middle of the day to enjoy tea, coffee, and pastries. Prior reservation is required.
  • The dress code for dinner is smart-casual, meaning guests are required to dress up a bit for dinner. Shorts and sleeveless tops are not allowed in any of the restaurants at dinner time, so guests should plan accordingly when packing and getting ready for the evening.

What a fantastic holiday. From start to finish, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as perfect as possible. They are all very friendly and seem very happy in their work. They work exceptionally hard from noon till night, but special mention has to go to the most wonderful man, Miltiadis who simply does not stop. He brings you drinks as and when you need them and always with a smile and cheeky banter. The hotel is well kept and although the room are a little dated, any small maintenance issues are dealt with very promptly. The hotel has a wonderful homely feel to it. The buffet had great selections throughout the week with plenty of variety, so something for everyone, and although quite bust, you never had to wait long. We loved our stay here and will miss this gem of a find.

This is the most wonderful hotel. The staff is amazing and will do anything to make your stay memorable. Nothing is too much trouble and any issues are dealt with promptly and with a smile. A big shout out to Mitiladis who brings drinks around the pool with his cheeky banter making everybody laugh. He works tirelessly. The fridge in the room is replenished every other day with water, wine and soft drinks and a nice little gift is waiting for you as well. As a coeliac I have been so well looked after by Mina, the food and beverage manager who feels more like a friend, bringing a chef at every meal to explain all the food that I could have. The food is varied and plentiful. The entertainment has been really good. The whole experience has been wonderful. Would we return to this hotel absolutely.

Definitely not a 5* hotel If they write on their website that it is an ultra all-inclusive 5* hotel, then it may just be their big dream. In reality, it is at best an average hotel and 3*. When we arrived, everything seemed to be going smoothly at first, check-in was quick. But when we were shown to our room, which was located in a separate building at the back of the hotel, we realized that it was definitely not the Deluxe Double with sea view room that we had booked. We went back to the reception to explain the situation. Then they tried to explain that they did not know how it happened that we were given the wrong room. But there is nothing that can be done right away and we will only get our correct room the next day. If I had not done thorough preliminary work in advance, we would have been in a cheaper room than we had booked. In our country, this is called cheating the consumer. The first day we had to stay in this temporary room, where the hairdryer did not work, the water in the bathtub did not drain. We were promised that there would be bottled water, soft drinks and wine in the mini fridge. There were only a few soft drinks left over from previous guests, not even bottled water. Nothing had been brought in by 9pm either. We even had to go to the reception to ask for bottled water ourselves. The next day after lunch we finally got the right room that we had booked and paid for. We could have been satisfied with this room. The a la carte restaurants, which are actually located behind a partition at the back of the main restaurant, are nothing special. The service in one of them left a lot to be desired and we had an unpleasant experience. The food selection in the main restaurant is poor, mostly the same dishes all the time. The seasoning of the dishes offered leaves a lot to be desired. The selection of sweets is very small. In the evenings the waiting time in the bars is long. You sit at an empty table, the waiters walk past us, but no one comes out to ask us for our order. In addition, the bars are very noisy in the evenings, the music is very loud. Some of the hotel staff are pleasant and friendly, but there are also many who are bored and tired. Some guests are not polite and behave rudely towards other guests. Overall, this hotel does not seem to meet the standards of Mitsis hotels. We would definitely not visit this hotel again under such management.

We have just come home from a week here and it was fantastic! The staff cannot do enough for you. The main pool staff are all amazing big shout out goes to Ali, Mohamed and Miltiadis who gave us 5star treatment as well as the rest of the team. The restaurant staff were also amazing Migena stood out to us as one of the best. Our room was fabulous and kept clean and tidy but the hard working of the house keeping team. Thank you all so much and let’s see what next year brings as hopefully we will be back!

Absolutely love this hotel that’s why I keep returning year after year, excellent customer service from all the staff they are so friendly, efficient and hardworking they are all a credit to Mitsis Ramira Hotel. Special thanks to Afroditi the front office manager who went above and beyond to make my 70th Birthday so special ❤️ she is a lovely kind hearted lady and made my family so welcome we all had a fantastic night and a wonderful holiday. Thank you Afroditi for my room upgrade to a family room with pool we really did appreciate it. Food was excellent in both A la Carte restaurants the Italian and the Meat restaurant and the service was 1st class in both. Main restaurant was very busy but food was excellent so much choice to choose from and the desserts are to die for, I have come home a lot heavier 😂 Michalitsa looked after us every day making sure we had our drinks and kept refilling our coffee without asking her to. She is such a lovely and friendly lady and always asked how my family was. Pool bar service again was excellent by the hardworking staff. Special thanks to Miltiadis who is the most hardworking working person I have ever come across he works long hours day and night ( his choice he says) so goes to show how much he loves his job and never stops laughing and joking he is fantastic. Not forgetting Charissa, Antonia and Nela all hardworking and really friendly. Evening entertainment was brilliant we really enjoyed them all from Meds Entertainment, Queens of Soul was singing on my birthday they were amazing, Driters, Jersey Boys, Il Divo all had fantastic voices I hope they will all be entertaining at the hotel next year. Lovely beach with plenty of sun beds and waiter service for drinks. Bar serving food on the beach. Patisserie also in the grounds which is lovely but need more staff as very slow serving. Gardens are kept immaculate and are a joy to walk through. 2 swimming pools and a children’s pool with slides. The swimming pools need to be heated as they are very cold but not as cold as our family room pool I thought I was swimming in ice as I could not feel my feet which is a shame that we could not swim as much as we wanted to. Please, please heat them next year 🙏🏼 I would like to thank Afroditi, Athena, Fotis, Ioanna and Dina for making our holiday special and we can’t wait to return again in June next year.
