We had a fantastic time at this resort. The service is truly top-notch. As a vegan, I was incredibly impressed by how the team handled my dietary needs. It wasn’t just delicious; I felt completely confident and at ease knowing that my meals were strictly vegan and well-organized. I highly recommend them to anyone with allergies or special dietary requirements—they are incredibly accommodating. A huge shout-out to Anna, Elisabeth, and Panagiotis; your dedication in making sure my vegan meals were perfect made our stay truly unforgettable. I also want to thank the team for their kindness regarding my friend’s physical limitations. They were very thoughtful and arranged a bungalow location that made navigating the resort much easier for her. The entire staff was wonderful, and we absolutely loved the luxury service of having drinks delivered right to our sunbeds on the beach. The spa and massages were also amazing. Highly recommended! We can’t wait to return.

This hotel is absolutely outstanding. The location is simply breathtaking, with beautiful surroundings that create the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in Greece. The staff deserve special recognition. Everyone is incredibly friendly, professional! We also absolutely loved the healthy food stand by the pool! It offers fantastic fresh and healthy options throughout the day, which is a wonderful addition for families and anyone who appreciates nutritious food. It was also great to see that eco-friendly packaging is used there. We really appreciate the hotel's commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility! This hotel has everything you could possibly need for a perfect family vacation – excellent food, amazing facilities, beautiful surroundings, outstanding service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We created wonderful family memories here and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Blue Domes We have just returned from an excellent week at the Mitsis blue domes. We have been really pleasantly surprised by how good our stay has been. We managed to get bookings in the themed restaurants for most nights and really enjoyed them. The service was excellent and the food really good. We had both breakfast and lunch in the main buffet where we were fortunate enough to be served by Lola and Valia. They were just fantastic and looked after us so well. Their Captain is Gela and he was always on hand for support. We were really impressed with the choice at both breakfast and lunch. We are utterly baffled by reviews complaining about the food. We have stayed in top resorts in the Caribbean that don’t offer the same quality and choice as the Mitisis did. We like to exercise and do Pilates so we’re really pleased that we could do Pilates with Katarina and body conditioning with George who were both excellent and great fun. The entrainment in the evening was a real surprise, some excellent singers that we really enjoyed. We met Stam who’s head of customer service and she was interested in everything about our stay. Our only issue can be drinks at busy times in the main bar but we believe they are working to improve things. Our last day we had breakfast at the brunch restaurant which was great fun and an amazing menu. We had Thomas as our server and when I complimented him on his English discovered he was a Brit. Very nice resort, plenty of activities and entertainment. Great food, excellent service.

Stayed for one week at the end of May. We were collected from the airport which was seamless, check in was very quick and received a cold towel and drink during the check-in process which was a lovely touch. The resort is huge ( which we liked ) and a lot of hills. Our room was located near the garden pool bar so about 3 minutes to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the main building, there are carts that take you to/from the room with the bags. The room was great for us very spacious, cleaned every day and the minibar always seemed to be topped up ( it's all free ) We booked Italian 4.5/5, Mexican 4/5, Pan-Asian 3.5/5, South American 5/5, Greek 5/5 and Brunch 5/5 Al-a-Carts. We found the service in the Mexican and Pan-Asian slow and some of the restaurants didn't have some of the wine available that was on the menu. But the food was amazing! We used the buffet every morning, the lady doing the omelette did a great job and we had one every day. We only had dinner one night in the buffet and we found it very good. During the day we mostly stayed at the garden pool. The two Ladies at the bar there were fantastic, always a smile on their faces and service was great, big Kudos to them! Now some slight negatives, the American street food, Gyro bar and Crep bar. The food is amazing but at peak time they need more staff, sometimes a 30 minute wait, not ideal. But if you plan it right you can beat the ques. Definitely more staff needed at peak times! At night we used the night bar, again it could do with more staff, but the staff that were working there were great, always had a smile on their faces and the cocktails / drinks were top class! All in all I would definitely stay again but would like to see some improvements with more staff or more of an effective way of dealing with large queue times. Thanks for a great week Blue Domes.

We thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting at the hotel. There was a very nice selection of wines to try, and it was a great opportunity to sample some local varieties. The cheese selection was lovely and paired perfectly with the wines. The experience was relaxed, informative, and a wonderful addition to our stay. Highly recommended!
