JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Dubai is nothing short of spectacular. We didn’t even realize while booking that it’s the second tallest hotel in the entire world, standing proudly just about 2 km away from the iconic Burj Khalifa. The hotel itself is massive, with stunning interiors and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and vibrant. From the moment we entered, we could see how popular it is, with guests from all over the world constantly checking in. Our stay was made even more memorable by the staff, who were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. The facilities are top-notch—beautifully maintained rooms, elegant dining options, and plenty of space to relax. The views from the hotel are amazing, especially if you’re on a higher floor, where Dubai’s skyline comes alive in front of you. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying here. A perfect mix of luxury, food, hospitality, and location- definitely worthy of a 5/5 rating!

Traveling with our 19-month-old, they went above and beyond by connecting us with a trusted nanny service and personally ensuring our baby was always in safe hands, even during nanny shift changes. This gave my husband and me peace of mind to explore and enjoy our trip. The hospitality extended far beyond that. Room service was attentive, friendly, and always timely, making our stay even more comfortable. The Executive Lounge staff also recognized our presence and made us feel special every time we visited. The highlight was being surprised with a beautiful card signed by the entire team, along with a photo taken to remember our stay. This thoughtful gesture created lasting memories for our family. We left with full hearts, knowing we had been treated not just as guests, but as family. I highly recommend JW Marriott Business Bay to anyone seeking exceptional service, comfort, and genuine care. Anish went above and beyond throughout our entire stay, always attentive and genuinely caring. He even surprised us with a thoughtful fruit arrangement in our room. Collin was incredibly courteous and professional, handling our luggage with great care during check-in and ensuring everything went smoothly. Several other team members, whose names I unfortunately don’t recall, were equally amazing and contributed to making our visit special. Despite the hotel’s large size, breakfast was fresh, varied, and served with impressive efficiency thanks to the attentive staff. Check-out was seamless, with Dipshika at reception providing excellent assistance with a friendly and helpful attitude. The combined efforts of the entire team made this stay stand out, surpassing experiences I’ve had even at pricier hotels in Dubai. Oh my gosh! We loved the Marriott Marquis. We were up on the 57th floor all our stay except for the last night when we were upgraded to a suite. The staff and service was unmatched. The Breakfast buffet was amazing with your regular American style food and foods from other countries like India and Asian dishes. They had so many restaurants in the hotel that I can't even remember. It's also located on the canal so you could sit and watch the boats or walk on the canal. Parking was VIP. The hotel was beautiful!

We just had an amazing 3 night stay at this hotel and would have to say it is probably one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Our suite had so much room. The bathroom was huge and we even had a separate lounge and dining area as well as an extra toilet. It was a great place to retreat to at night and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with so much variety. The staff were all very friendly and always happy to help. We spent some time at the pool and it was very clean and a great place to hang out at. I would definitely stay there again and would consider other Marriott properties.
