I celebrated my birthday last Saturday and booked three rooms at the Hyatt Regency Residence. Some of my guests also booked rooms at the Hyatt Regency Hotel next door. I’ve always liked this place—both the accommodations and the service. Every time we have an occasion or celebration, we prefer to stay here because of the spaciousness, family-friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, and the generally accommodating staff. That has always been my experience—until this recent visit. While most of our stay went smoothly, there were a few things that left me disappointed. When we went swimming on Saturday evening, the lifeguard asked us to leave the pool at 7:45 PM, even though the pool was supposed to close at 8:00 PM. The staff was quite rude and insisted they needed to clear the area before closing time, which felt unnecessary and poorly handled. The next day, when we decided to swim again, we were told we had exceeded the allowed number of guests. We explained that we had booked two separate room numbers and shouldn’t be counted as one group. Despite our explanation, the staff remained unreasonably strict and, once again, rude in their approach. I’m sharing this because it was disappointing to receive such treatment from a place we’ve always considered our go-to for special occasions. I hope management can look into this and ensure a more consistent and respectful experience for returning guests.

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is a fantastic hotel with great service, clean rooms, and excellent amenities. The staff is professional, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable. One of the highlights of this hotel is the Mexican restaurant on the first floor, which serves delicious food with a great ambiance. The hotel is also very clean and well-maintained, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. However, one major issue: On the first floor, there are many small kids playing very loudly, making the area extremely noisy. Unfortunately, this disrupts the coffee shop experience, as it becomes difficult to relax or enjoy a peaceful meal. The noise level is too high, and it would be much better if the hotel could manage this situation for guests who prefer a quiet environment. Overall: Highly recommended, but if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax on the first floor, be prepared for some noise!

Lovely hotel in a great area, house keepers are lovely & friendly, they are a credit to the hotel. 2 of the lifeguards are absolutely awful as well as racist coming from a white family, always watching us, giving our children into trouble one rules for them but other rules for other races. One of the bar men tried to take our drinks we paid for. Spoke to management but feels like nothing got done about it. The breakfast buffet at sufra was fantastic but as much as the dinner buffet was good it’s not very child friendly. I wouldn’t say it’s a child friendly hotel.

The hotel is very nice. The lobby is spacious, and the rooms are new, clean, and comfortable. I also really liked the view. I want to especially thank Mr. Husam Arnouk at the reception—he took great care of us and was very friendly and professional. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

What a great hotel. Lovely quiet room of generous size and an amazing gym. Even had 3 spin bikes which are hard to find in hotel gyms. Really comfy bed and lots of cupboard and drawer space. Really like this hotel and thought much better than several other 5 star hotels in this part of town. Also a short walk to the lovely Creek Park. We will definitely be back. Ideal as close to the airport too.
