We had an amazing 8-night stay at this hotel with my family and everything exceeded our expectations! The facility was top-notch, the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food every day. A very special thank you to the entire staff — everyone was extremely kind, professional, and attentive. The customer service was truly exceptional, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome and cared for. Also, a big shoutout to the team at the entrance — they were always there with a smile, helping with our luggage, calling taxis, and making sure everything ran smoothly from the moment we stepped out the door. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

Everything about this hotel was excellent, starting with the staff—each member was incredibly friendly and respectful. The room was very clean, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options with delicious flavors. The hotel’s location is also ideal, just a 5 to 10-minute drive from downtown. Their overall service was outstanding. I rated the room four stars instead of five, as it lacked a coffee machine, which I typically expect in a five-star hotel. While this detail felt unusual and slightly disappointing, it was the only shortcoming. Aside from that, everything else was perfect.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring modern furnishings and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf or the city skyline. Dining options are diverse, including the renowned Al Dawaar, Dubai's only revolving rooftop restaurant, and Miyako, which serves authentic Japanese cuisine. Leisure facilities are abundant, with a rooftop pool, a full-service spa, and even an indoor ice rink for guests seeking unique experiences. The hotel's location in the historic Deira district provides easy access to traditional souks and the Deira Corniche, offering a glimpse into Dubai's rich cultural heritage. While the hotel is slightly removed from the city's central attractions, its proximity to the Gold Souq Metro station ensures convenient transportation options. Overall, Hyatt Regency Dubai in Deira is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort, diverse amenities, and a touch of local culture.

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is a fantastic hotel with great service, clean rooms, and excellent amenities. The staff is professional, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable. One of the highlights of this hotel is the Mexican restaurant on the first floor, which serves delicious food with a great ambiance. The hotel is also very clean and well-maintained, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. However, one major issue: On the first floor, there are many small kids playing very loudly, making the area extremely noisy. Unfortunately, this disrupts the coffee shop experience, as it becomes difficult to relax or enjoy a peaceful meal. The noise level is too high, and it would be much better if the hotel could manage this situation for guests who prefer a quiet environment. Overall: Highly recommended, but if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax on the first floor, be prepared for some noise!

What a great hotel. Lovely quiet room of generous size and an amazing gym. Even had 3 spin bikes which are hard to find in hotel gyms. Really comfy bed and lots of cupboard and drawer space. Really like this hotel and thought much better than several other 5 star hotels in this part of town. Also a short walk to the lovely Creek Park. We will definitely be back. Ideal as close to the airport too.
