We stayed for a week and are leaving today—our kids are sad to go because they absolutely loved it! The hotel is very clean, with rooms cleaned daily. The staff are incredibly polite, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The food was good, although the buffet became a bit repetitive. That said, you definitely get more than what you pay for. There are also Italian, Chinese, and burger restaurant that open on weekends and need to be booked in advance. If you're all-inclusive, these are included in your package. They were a welcome change from the buffet. The pools are great—one is heated, one is cool, and there's a small one for young children. Just a note: the poolside area can be quite slippery. We were a party of 7 adults and 6 kids, and everyone had a great experience. We would definitely come back again.

This is a very large hotel. We were on level 2, but there was plenty of access to the floors. Many lifts which were always clean and tidy. Or if feeling energetic you can use the stairs! Yes there are birds flying about and also cockroaches, but bear in mind the centre of the complex is open, so they’re going to get in. Was it such a bad thing really? We have plenty of bugs in the UK but feel annoyed when we see them in a different country? And with the amount of dead roaches, the complex is obviously treating the problem. We did come back to one in our room, but with a quick thinking adult, swept it out using a bucket we had nearby. We found all the staff very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping were amazing- fresh towels everyday if left in the bath, plus there were plenty of them. The bathroom was very spacious and bright. A lovely powerful shower and a bath too. The room has shower gel, hand wash, shampoo and body lotion supplied which is handy if you run out or forgot to bring! The view from our room wasn’t brilliant but we didn’t go there to look out our windows! The food in the restaurant was ok. There was plenty of choice even for my very picky daughter. I found the breakfast much better than the lunches and evening meal. They do seem to use a fair amount of salt in the meat/ fish dishes. Desserts were very sweet but very fancy. Presentation was amazing. Cold drinks on tap along with wines, beer and sangria. Many toilets throughout the complex, all were kept very clean and tidy. Entertainment was varied, it just depends on what you like. I found it quite entertaining. For the size of the complex, it was pleasantly quiet. You can’t hear the entertainment from your room. What you can hear is the water features which I found quite soothing.

Just returned from this hotel. Think I was staying in a different hotel than some reviews!!. Beautiful hotel inside and out. Our room 3020 slept 3 with sea and pool view kept clean every day. Ticket on door handle Do not Disturb or switch it if you want fresh towels and your beds made up. Cleaners and staff very pleasant and smiley. Restaurant food fine. Will keep your wine aside till next day if you don't finish it. You can ask for a kettle at reception but don't supply cups or tea bags. Us Brits love a cuppa in the morning.!! Hence the 4 stars. Trip to Rancho Texas Park a must. The pleasant staff at reception will book this. Brilliant great value holiday!!

Myself my partner and my 4 children have just stayed here for the last 10 days. Rooms - lots of space cleaned daily, a mini fridge and a nice outdoor balcony, room could do with a little tlc and touch up, but other than that we did not mind it. Pools - two large pools (one cold, one heated) and a children's pool. Cleaned every morning, pool opened up at 10am. Sun beds can reserved for 1 hour if your not back your towels get moved 👌 this was great as some people was hogging beds. Food - wasn't to bad we really enjoyed each meal something for everyone, just could do with abit more variety. Pool bar and show bar can get very busy and ques can get big, the staff tried their best to keep the ques down. Cocktails wasn't the best. Location great, taxis cheap, lots in walking distance. Water shoes definitely needed on the beach as well. Over all we had a lovely stay the kids enjoyed it. Also animation staff friendly and happy 😊

This is up there with the worst hotel I've stayed at. I don't know where they got the 4 stars from, probably won't them in a raffle. This is two stars at the most if you're generous. I think once upon a time in the mid 90s it may have been brilliant but when you don't change anything since you are left behind. 4 hours late with our rooms after a long day travelling was not the best start. The staff stated we could use lunch facilities and pool bar, we thought brilliant and gave us our wrist bands. We believed they done this due to the wait. Turns out it was a mistake and they gave us all inclusive bands when we were half board. They persistently called and harassed us until we handed them back in. The rude older guy at dinner publically embarrassed us by giving us a dressing down Infront of other guests and made us feel like we had done something wrong. We hadn't even used the all inclusive facilities. The rudeness of the staff is a theme here. The breakfast staff and dinner staff are all pushy and rush you out. My asd daughter is particular about food and a waiter came over and put his finger on her the middle plate and stated she was done. She wasn't, there was still food on there. The food is slop. It leaves you bunged up and in need of laxatives. Absolutely horrible unless you like cockroach which ironically are probably the freshest ingredients coming out of the kitchen. Please don't take an apple for later because that is extremely frowned upon. The food is either burnt or under cooked. There is no system in place to stop mainly the adults waltzing in and grabbing nuggets from the kids corner which isn't a corner. Breakfast isn't much better, if your not fast your last. Deserts are tasteless nonsense. The profiteroles have a cream coloured goo inside them, probably leftover from the 90s too. The decor is completely dated and in dire need of a year long refurbishment. Lifts glass cracked, lights smashed, litter everywhere. The friendliest folk are the hard working housekeeping team. No fault with them, we tried to help them out by stripping the bed and giving them towels and asking for sheets. They forgot to leave sheets for my daughter's bed so I popped down to reception and was told they'd bring them up in 20 mins at 430pm. My daughter's on meds that means she needs to get to bed at the same time every night. 3 hours later and nothing so I popped down to reception and asked for 2 sheets. Was treated with utter distain and rudely waved away by the horrid little person at the desk. She stated that it's too early you don't go to bed now. It's for my ASD daughter. She told me nothing she could do as it was dinner time and waved her hand at me. I don't mind if it takes a while just don't lie to me and say 20 minutes when it's not. The mattresses have unidentifiable stains on them. They give you a list of rules when you enter and none of that is stuck to with people reserving sun loungers so there's none left or sometimes you might get a grubby one at the back that no one wants. The club blasts music at unbearable levels so if you are trying to get an early night and you stay at that side, good luck. If you're under people who smoke on their balcony then hopefully you're not as unlucky as us as they thought our balcony was a giant ash tray. I love picking cig ends out my beach towels in the morning. My fav past time. Staff don't care about this though, they just shrug their shoulders. Avoid at all costs please. The only thing that could salvage this place would be bulldozers but I'd feel sad for the cockroaches that live here, unless you like 90s nostalgia at 2025 prices. Much nicer places just a few meters along. Here's what you coulda won! Please see attached photos of the "food" and my pals the cockroach.
