We stayed for a week and are leaving today—our kids are sad to go because they absolutely loved it! The hotel is very clean, with rooms cleaned daily. The staff are incredibly polite, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The food was good, although the buffet became a bit repetitive. That said, you definitely get more than what you pay for. There are also Italian, Chinese, and burger restaurant that open on weekends and need to be booked in advance. If you're all-inclusive, these are included in your package. They were a welcome change from the buffet. The pools are great—one is heated, one is cool, and there's a small one for young children. Just a note: the poolside area can be quite slippery. We were a party of 7 adults and 6 kids, and everyone had a great experience. We would definitely come back again.

Just returned from this hotel. Think I was staying in a different hotel than some reviews!!. Beautiful hotel inside and out. Our room 3020 slept 3 with sea and pool view kept clean every day. Ticket on door handle Do not Disturb or switch it if you want fresh towels and your beds made up. Cleaners and staff very pleasant and smiley. Restaurant food fine. Will keep your wine aside till next day if you don't finish it. You can ask for a kettle at reception but don't supply cups or tea bags. Us Brits love a cuppa in the morning.!! Hence the 4 stars. Trip to Rancho Texas Park a must. The pleasant staff at reception will book this. Brilliant great value holiday!!

Back from a week there, the only downside is the food really...the complex is way to big, id blow away the breakfast/ dinner area and put in a basketball court and indoor football, along with a bigger gym. Use the main bar area for breakfast and dinner, and at night time make it more brighter with a lounge feel to it, get read of the Chinese, burger and Italian restaurant,and put in a proper gaming arcade, and cinema room for kiddies club,,, turn the sports bar into a bar for older residents who want a nice quieter time to enjoy a drink and relax.. when it comes to poolside,open up on the pool bar, with extra self serving taps, along with proper snacks and hot food during the day, with some poolside entertainment. Build a proper kids soft play area, with better equipment and over by the crazy golf take it always and put in a hut where you can rent bikes and scooters as the guest can use them to get to pdc.if the hotel investment money they would make it back... P.S BETTER FOOD MENU AND BETTER FOOD QUALITY

Title: Traumatic Experience – Robbed While Sleeping at Hotel Beatriz, (couple of years back) I stayed at Hotel Beatriz a few years ago, and I am only writing this review now because I thought with time I would be able to move on. Sadly, I haven’t. My experience at this hotel was deeply traumatic and has affected me to this day. During our stay, we were robbed in the middle of the night while we were sleeping in our room. My belongings—valued at over €2,000—were taken, including cash, electronics, and personal items. I was shocked, terrified, and shaken to my core. What made it even worse was the reaction of the hotel owner. She didn’t believe me when I reported the incident and showed no empathy at all. It wasn’t until the police investigation revealed that another guest room was also robbed that she began to take it seriously. The fact that thieves entered multiple rooms undetected while guests were asleep is horrifying. I’m incredibly lucky that my children weren’t kidnapped—a thought that haunts me still. The hotel insurance reimbursed us only around €1,500, which didn’t even cover the full loss, let alone the emotional toll. And also a ruined holiday. Since that night, I’ve never felt safe in a hotel again. No matter how many stars, I barricade the door, and I wake up in a panic every time I hear a sound. What was supposed to be a relaxing holiday turned into a life-altering nightmare. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The security is unacceptable, the owner was dismissive and unsupportive, and no one should ever have to endure what we went through.

I am here at the moment, the hotel is nice and clean, lovely location next to the beach. The rooms are nice. The main problem is everyone gets up early to save sun beds and don’t come back to them until about midday so people are walking around trying to sit somewhere but can’t as all sun beds have towels on but no one actually sitting there. Hotel needs to do more to police this as it’s not fair. Towels are 10 euro deposit each. We are all inclusive and it’s nice.
