Incredible hotel and lovely location! It was our first time travelling with a toddler but the hotel is very family orientated and had everything we needed. Varied and delicious food, lots of pools and a splash park, which our toddler loved and the entertainment team do a great job with so many activities there’s literally something for everyone. The cleaners were super friendly and the photographers Adriana, Alessio & Elena were amazing! They took such wonderful photos of the three of us together which was so great and didn’t rush taking time capturing the most perfect photos of our son at the splash park. Sad to leave, we’ll definitely return here !

This place is fantastic! The food was absolutely delightful, and the room exceeded my expectations for comfort. The entire property was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day. The only downside was the air conditioning in our suite—it didn’t cool the room as well as we’d hoped but I’d still recommend it as there are plenty of things to keep you occupied.

Just returned from our family holiday and stayed here for the second time in Royal Level on a half board basis. We love the hotel.. plenty to do, lovely rooms, food is nice. Heated pool in royal level with lovely sea views. No problem getting a sunbed. We have been to Costa teguise many times and love the resort. It’s nice to walk to the beaches but taxis are plentiful and cheap. Booked again for next year.

Amazing place! I enjoyed every bit of the food. The people complaining about the food are the same ones that have beans and toast for breakfast so take what they say with a grain of salt. The room was more than comfortable and the premises were tidy and cleaned daily. It was super easy access to the closet beach and many facilities for activities such as the scuba center and the bicycle rental area.

Our stay at the Barceló Active Resort in Lanzarote was truly exceptional, and we give it a resounding 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the staff were brilliant and their hard work was evident. They were always working extremely hard, friendly, and attentive, ensuring a very high standard across the entire resort. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with the most luxurious bed we've ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. The cleaners did a fantastic job every time they tidied up, ensuring our room was spotless. The entertainment throughout the day and night was truly fantastic. The staff were incredibly energetic and engaging, keeping us entertained and enthralled. In the main lounge, we enjoyed a more relaxed atmosphere, with a live pianist, guitarist, and saxophonist providing a soothing ambiance. The food variety and taste were brilliant, with a different theme and plenty of options to choose from. The staff in the buffet restaurant were also brilliant and very attentive, making us feel well-looked after. To our absolute delight, we received a bottle of champagne and a thoughtful card for both my birthday and my fiancé's, even though we didn't tell the staff about our birthdays. What a great surprise and a lovely touch to our holiday. We approached the guest experience manager, Beatriz, personally to thank her for the brilliant holiday and birthday surprise. She was so friendly and a truly professional manager, an absolute pleasure to interact with. We had no issues or problems at all during our stay. The gym was amazing and catered to all abilities. The surrounding area was great, with the beach right on the hotel grounds, and getting a taxi was super easy for our day trips, with a taxi rank right outside the hotel. We will 100% be returning to the Barceló Active Resort next year, and we may even treat ourselves to the Royal Level this time. Our stay was an absolute pleasure, and we cannot recommend this resort enough.
