Lovely hotel with fantastic hard working staff. Room was lovely as we requested a sea view - and what view 😍, great feeling falling asleep listening to the waves. Food choices were excellent with a wide ranch of choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner - was never hungry. Honestly can’t understand previous reviews slating the food - loads of choices to accommodate various visiting countries. Tip - book Fusion restaurant on arrival - Mexican and Asian nights were awesome and again, great options. Bar staff were fantastic and worked hard at peak times, yes there may be queues but you weren’t standing for long due to excellent bar staff. Sports bar could show more range of sports and games - maybe something to look at to stop people going into bars outside hotel. Pools were all clean and plenty of loungers. Spa area was amazing, perfect way to relax after long morning walks - would recommend full body massage to start a relaxing holiday. Would also recommend you adventure out the side of hotel and walk along coast / hills to discover beautiful beaches and stunning views - a trek worthwhile 🥰. Overall fantastic experience and everything we wanted to chill out and relax. Big thanks to all the wonderful staff 😎👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

What a wonderful holiday we have just had at this hotel. The superior room had an outstanding sea view overlooking the pool and with a sunset view towards Playa Blanca. The pool area was extensive, with four pools, including a lovely adult only pool, near the pool bar. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and a bottle of Cava, with a card and glasses appeared in our room on my birthday, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The range and quality of food was good and we thought the the all-inclusive option was excellent value and we fully intend to return at some point.

I went to Sandos Papagayo (parrot beach) last year with my family and jt was so much fun! The pools are cold when you get in,but its a good cool down. They have ATM's almost everywhere so if you need a drink and are too far away from the bar, you can buy some water. The staff are so nice and kind. The spa is amazing and the Jacuzzis are a nice way to relax. There is a restaurant that serves Mexican and Chinese food on different days. The entertainment ob the second night ( monday ) was... something would nkt reccommend the entertainment on monday. Overrall there are so many cool things to do, there is a market that is a 30-40 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel feels a little out of the way when you first locate it. However the location is fantastic. Really quiet, you can hear the ocean at night, its such a great sound. The walk up the coastal walkway is about 20 mins to get you to the marina for shops, bars and restaurants. Its about 5 euro in a taxi. The hotel is really spacious, lots of room to sunbath and plenty of space between people. There is non of this sunbed after sunbed after sunbed. Multiple pools, bars and restaurants. The elite club extra is really worth it.

One would find it extremely difficult to fault this resort. We came out in early January for some winter sun and had a fantastic time. The food was excellent for every meal. We particularly enjoyed the Mexican restaurant. The choice was simply unbelievable and catered for all palates. The pool areas and loungers are very well kept. It's very easy to relax the days away sipping a drink and soaking up the sun. This place is perfectly designed for this. However overall, what stands out above everything is how friendly and helpful the staff are. We completely enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic value.
