This whole complex is in dire need of a refurbishment. Firstly, the reception area was old and had clearly seen better days. Although there was a gym and an indoor sports area, the equipment was either non-existent or in a poor state. The rubber mats in the sports area were old and dirty and had obviously not been cleaned recently. Initially, we were allocated a 'beach front' apartment which actually looked out on to a low wall. To their credit, the staff at reception were very helpful and gave us an alternative apartment with a better outlook. However, both apartments were in need of a makeover; and speaking to other guests and reading reviews, this appears to be a common theme. There were cracked floor tiles on the pathway leading up to the apartment, and the front door lock did not work properly. Once inside, the curtains were old and shabby, with missing curtain rings. The sofa was frayed around the bottom edge, its seats were saggy and it smelt dusty. Some of the dining room chairs had been poorly repaired, with pieces still missing, and one chair in particular was wobbly to sit on. In the bedroom, inside the roller blind, there were dead insects and spots of mould. The bed frame squeaked every time we moved, which was irritating to say the least. Over the course of the holiday, perhaps due to some wet weather, the bedroom and bathroom smelt increasingly damp. Worst of all, one of the plug sockets in the living area was cracked and hanging off the wall, with bare wires visible. On the final morning, my wife was drying her hair with a hairdryer that was fixed to the wall, when it started to make a loud whining noise, followed by a pop and then a smell of burning. On inspection, the nozzle had melted in the process. On a positive note, the staff were polite and friendly. In particular, the cleaners were always helpful and we were pleasantly surprised that they visited just about every day. Whilst we did not expect 5 star luxury, we would certainly not return, and the whole apartment complex and the apartment itself are in dire need of an overhaul.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband for his 40th, our room was spacious, clean and modern, it seems they are updating the rooms gradually, this hotel was clean, bed was so comfy, great location, and not 1 cockroach seen. Its a beautiful hotel, we stayed for bed and breakfast. The food was very nice and a huge selection! Really cant fault our stay here.

Stayed here for the marathon weekend. Great location for this but a 15 minute walk to the main square. Rooms are very tired with paint peeling. It would be nice if they had a starter pack like a sponge for washing up and washing up liquid. WiFi is slow. Staff very helpful. Nice to have a shop on site. It can be noisy as people straight past your suite. Good for what we wanted but there are better same priced hotels very close.

The first day was a disaster as they had messed up our booking. What started as a beach view, ended up with a small footbal pitch on artificial grass. An offer of upgrading to half board was turned down and the next day we were told there was now a room available If not I would not have been happy, I only booked this hotel for the beach front apt. We still had to move everything ourselves but the room was a lot better quality and the view 100% better. We did try breakfast a couple of times as we were on trips all day, but it was nothing to write home about. We ended up with over £100 comp back for the difference in rooms. The view was tecnically beach front but a huge wall in the way of the open sea, it was part of the lido with only around 10ft of sand in front of an enclosed pool, but still better than artificial grass and a small goal. The first room was very tired but the second a lot better. The location was on the outskirts but plenty of busses and good restaurants within walking distance. They were building next door but we did not hear a lot of noise, if any.

Stayed here 10 nights, the room was outdated, staff friendly, our room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Breakfast terrible cost €32.00. Lido bar on site is good and food is nice. Location good about 10 to 15 minute walk to the square and bars. Taxi rank near 4min walk. Would consider staying again.
