We booked our holiday through loveholidays, and from the moment we arrived at the hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. The photos on the website matched exactly what we saw in reality, which was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention goes to STEPHANIE , who was amazing and always had a smile on his face, making guests feel valued and happy. The hotel was very clean, especially the bathrooms, which were well maintained. There was a great variety of food available at the buffet, with plenty of choices to suit everyone. The views from the hotel were beautiful and added to the overall experience. There was also lots of entertainment during our stay, ensuring there was always something enjoyable to do. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and we had a wonderful holiday. I would definitely recommend Blue Sea Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Myself and my partner have just returned home from a weekend break at Costa bastion and after reading some reviews we were a little sceptical about what to expect but what I can say is we had an amazing time here, the staff are friendly and welcoming and always on hand to help with any queries. The hotel itself was nice to enter as the foyer was stunning, check in was quick and easy. The rooms were cleaned daily and we had left stuff out on the table and stuff and nothing was touched so the housekeeping staff are very trustworthy and also very friendly.There are lots of food options to choose from with dishes changing daily which was good as you always had something else to choose from. The sun bathing area is big so there was no need to run to get a lounger and your not allowed to leave towels on them to claim them either which is good. There are big palm trees at the sun bathing area but we were thankful for these as it provides a bit of shade in the heat. We didn't use the pool but it did look very clean and there was always a cleaner going around mopping and picking up litter which was good to see. The hotel does have smoking areas at the pool bar and outside reception also you are allowed to smoke on your balcony. The area was out biggest worry with the reviews saying how far it was to the beach and main area but once we set off it wasn't so bad the main beach is a little walk but and enjoyable one. Electric chairs and scooters are available to hire at the hotel for younger ones or older ones to get around the area. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away for all your groceries and things and bars and cafe are only 5 minutes away as well. The main square is about a 20 minute walk or a 2 minute drive in a taxi. Overall myself and my partner enjoyed our stay at Costa Bastian and are now looking to book again but taking kids next time as we think they would love it. Thank you for a very enjoyable time at your hotel and we can't wait to return.

The staff are welcoming friendly and very helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are great and the beds very comfortable . There is a lovely pool area with lots of sunbeds and a great pool bar serving drinks and snacks. Only three things I would like to see improvement in; Perhaps being early in the season but the food lacked variety, it was okay but that's just it - it was okay not great. The hotel does need a lick of paint, showing its age in a couple of places, but that's a minor thing. But most important of the three for me was seating. The bar chairs just weren't comfortable, to the point that after twenty minutes in a chair you give up. I get the pool side chairs being plastic but the bar area where you are expected to spend your evenings is too much. Perhaps an age thing, and minor to some, but found ourselves going elsewhere for the evening, which defeats the point of all inclusive. Overall a good holiday, but could have been better.

We spent a week at this hotel with our family. It is definitely not a four-star standard. The food was very poor at the beginning of our stay, and it was probably the poorest all-inclusive offer I have ever experienced. During our stay, the food quality improved, most likely after the hotel saw the reviews posted at the beginning of May. Another issue was the cold water in the swimming pool. Nobody wanted to swim, and even the children did not want to play in the paddling pool. The water in the jacuzzi was even colder than in the main pool. The entertainment was also disappointing — the animators looked as if working there was a burden to them. I am giving 4 points for cleanliness and the renovated rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Just returned from a fantastic 5 night stay at Bluesea Costa Bastion. What a great hotel! Our room was spacious and modern, with everything we needed. All the staff were excellent. The housekeeping team in particular were all very friendly and constantly cleaning; rooms, corridors, pool and bar areas were all spotless. The restaurant was spacious (and also very clean) and there was a great selection of food, always something new to try plus the standard offerings if not feeling adventurous. The roasted meat options were always very tasty. The only niggle was that coffee and tea machines in the restaurant were only switched on at breakfast, but hot drinks were available from the bars all day, so all was not lost. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk to the town centre, or about 30 minutes via the coast path which is more scenic, with a nice walk down through a cactus garden that was being maintained the entire time were were there. It was our 3rd visit to Costa Teguise, and following the awful floods in April 2025 it's clear that there has been a lot of work done to renovate and improve the town, and it's looking great.
