Check in guy was super pleasant and room was adequate, not sure why its superior and wouldn't want anything less salubrious. Aircon has been deactivated so the room get very stuffy. Safe costs extra. They want to charge to park your hire car in the neigh on empty car park and forced me to reverse onto the main road despite letting me in twice the day before without a word. Parked on the road and staying there, is a few metres. Food is pretty good in the main restraunt, lots of fish and meat to choose from as well as pastas, salads etc. Evening entertainment is basic but its not too far into town. Overall reasonable value.

The 360 camera is a great experience on a Thursday night, really enjoyed. Really fun! The food is soooo good. This is our 2nd stay and for the price you can’t complain!

Lovely stay here, lots of good things to say about the holiday. Food was great - a really nice selection each lunch/dinner with a decent spread for breakfast as well. Particularly liked how some segments of the kitchen were open so you could see bits being cooked fresh. Options did change each day, so there was lots to try if you wanted to diversify a bit, with there always being safe foods like chips and pasta if not. Staff in the dining area were attentive and pleasant which is always a bonus. Drinks were what you'd expect from an all inclusive, with beers, wines, soft drinks and a "cocktail of the day" included with a rotation of popular options. The ecocups worked really well for the pool area, never having to worry about glass or them being absolutely everywhere. The activities particularly during the afternoon were really good fun. Big shout out to Santos and Marina from the entertainment team who managed to bring a lot of energy to the activities. Some of the other members of the team were a bit less animated which did make some of the other bits of the entertainment a bit dry, but for the most part the other guests made up for it. All in all, it was a lovely week and a would definitely come back again! Having read some of the other reviews, it definitely seems to be a place to go a bit out of the main summer season; first week of October has been lovely and a good balance between enough still going on without the place being too crowded.

Just had 5 days at this hotel, everything about it was good, first time there and was very impressed from the moment we walked in there was a warm friendly feeling, reception area very clean and spacious, friendly reception staff and nice when you get recognised from a different hotel, rooms lovely clean and beds very comfy, pool area very spacious and plenty of sun beds, restaurant very clean and plenty of choice of food, entertainment good, bar area good and even better not having to drink out of plastic cups at night. Holiday was made even better when we bumped into the lovely carmen was lovely seeing her again.

Just got back from a 5 day stay and it exceeded expectations - take some of the reviews with a pinch of salt! The room was recently refurbished, clean and comfortable, all the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful and food was varied, even the picky eater I came with had plenty to try! The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the beachfront and lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby, lots to do and the excursion staff within the hotel were very helpful in finding things to do and booking them - bonus points for how close it is to the airport! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back in the near future!
