We are family of 4. We stayed in this hotel for the week in February. The hotel is massive, with large rooms, 2 toilets, lots of furniture! Amazing glass lifts, kids loved them. However, the food was very low quality, especially lunch. No vegetables and fruits, only green bananas... Note, even if you purchased all-inclusive options, you can't return to have any food if you already have your dinner! The dinner is at 6.30 pm. The location is perfect. Only 15-20min walk until local shops and the beach. The sandy beach was lovely. There is one big heated pool, which is nice. Do expect that the temperature can drop until 16 in February and pack a light jacket, but you can sunbathe from 11 am-4 pm.
Overall, we had a lovely time in Lanzarotte. The hotel needs to improve their menu.

Here now, food is probably 2-3 star. Always just about warm, never hot, boiled eggs for breakfast always cold. Choice of fried eggs or omelette, I had a fried egg and it was cold. Paella the same each day,
Lunch is basic, never really differs. Dinner is slightly better but still just warm. I think it could be so much better.
You can upgrade to premium all inclusive but it just gives you a different area to eat the same food, water on your table and tea and coffee in your room, which I think should be standard.
Wine seems to be watered down in my opinion.
On the plus side desserts look very nice.
Hotel in general is very tired, our room is very dusty around the edges and under the beds are dirty, housekeeping every day and towels replenished if you pop them in the bath.
I wouldn’t come back here, which is a shame as the pool area is beautiful and the indoor pool/spa is lovely (however needs updating).
Been here 5 days and have to keep the same pool towels or pay for clean ones when you need them, it seems as though they’re trying to make extra money for anything they possibly can. It’s supposed to be all inclusive but in my experience that should mean all inclusive.
Feels like miles from anywhere, on top of a hill.

So we describe the hotel... huge space inside, lots of plants and glass walls thanks to which we have blue sky and garden when sitting inside and it's great. 2 bars offering a lot, restaurant with a rich menu but many dishes are not too hot... they are simply not warm enough. A plus is a different cuisine from another part of the world every day and this is additionally not as the main menu. Service very helpful and friendly. For us the hotel is only for the night, breakfast and return for dinner so during the day we are not there but considering the location not too much in the area to have fun. Evenings are interesting, music, DJ, classics... depending on the day and this is another plus. The pool is large and clean everywhere, the rooms could be a better standard but it is a huge and old hotel so it would not be cheap to renovate it... I think that this 4 star hotel has one star too many. Generally ok. For our time it was ok.

We have just come back from here and we loved our stay. Ignore the reviews, yes the rooms were dated but a lot of spanish hotels that some are 5 star are dated too. There was nothing wrong with the room, ours was huge and a lovely bathroom too. The pool area was very nice and could always get a sun lounger. The pool was warm which was good as the other two weren't heated! The food was okay - i am a very fussy eater and dont eat anything like fish or seafood and there was a lot of that at lunch. Breakfast was amazing!! Dinner was themed every night and I will admit we did eat out 3/5 nights. The staff are lovely and the drinks were amazing. People over exaggerate the hotel to make it seem awful. Honestly it isn't.

Just came back from here.
The food was awful cold and under cooked.
The room was just about liveable.
Dirty towels and the wardrobe door fell off.
The bed linen had holes in it.
Very dated and needs refurbishing badly.
The songs played are on repeat so the same ones all the time.
The entertainment man Tyler was great tho.
It's doesn't have much around the area a free bus which no one told us about until the last day.
It was nice to get away but I won't go back to this hotel.
