We came down for a wedding of about 40+ people. Some minor things could have been better planned out with the wedding but overall everything was great when it came to the location and service. We loved the beach and access to Iguanas across the street. Floricel was an amazing staff member and made the best peanut butter drink, which I need the recipe for! When it came to the staff by the water Arbey and Diego did awesome for activities. Everyone was great and friendly with our kids as well. Our house keeper did an amazing job as well! However, with the amount of rain, our roof did leak, so I do think that is something that should be looked into! Thanks for the great stay!

I wouldn't go back to the place and I deeply regret booking. I thought it was funny that i have the same name. The staff has been the only pleasant/ lovely part of the experience. The front desk has been helpful and the restaurant staff has been kind and thoughtful. Room my room was placed by the entertainment and its unsleepably loud either with bad electronic music or a kids show.My room is nice enough, shower is hot. but the bedding doesn't smell clean. It smells likensome combination of BO and like they washed it and didn't dry it soon enough so it smells mildewy. I had to cover my face with my own clothes to sleep at night, which I was already kept up with loud noises from the entertainment. Food The food has been so awful. inedible like so bad and unpleasant to eat and made me sick. Things are clearly made with the idea we've already paid so they try to cut corners on quality everywhere. For lunch the only thing that was okay to eat were fries. I got a reservation to the italian restaurant which should have been better, the tiramisu was abhorrent the salmon made me sick. Half the food at the salad bar was so picked through there were no salads just some cheese. The issue i have is the hotel isn't near downtown Cozumel where there are other options so unless you leave you are stuck with very cheap/gross food, not good authentic mexican or solid international just bad. Safety I got a taxi to the ferry to see playa del carmen and asked if they could order one for me back to the hotel at night since uber doesn't work. as a solo female traveler i was nervous about getting into a random taxi and they said they don't do that on the way back. This is surprising for a 4 star hotel and would mean i wouldn't recommend it in the future. . Experience I came here for scuba and had early mornings and the loud entertainment was horrible, i thought i was staying at a 4 star resort and I would have been in better conditions on a single room at a hostel. The beach was good for easy scuba experiences and the pool seemed good though I didn't use it since I was going in thw ocean. I spoke to a guest who was told they couldn't walk at night because they have alligators on this part of the beach so even that's limited. The pools and beach are nice but its far from anything in cozumel and costs $20taxi+$20 ferry to get to playa del carmen. Its for retirees and families who don't want to leave the resort. both groups of guests have been nice and that's been pleasant but it's not a place I'd recommend for anyone I know.

Demoting my review to 1 star as the reply from the resort BLAMED me for the wristband instead of handling the issue in a respectful manner. Your customer service is abhorrent. I have told all of my friends who would love to visit Cozumel to avoid your resort. I would not stay here again. First, they tie the room key to your wrist- you have no choice in this- and if you lose it, it is $50 USD. They tied it so many times on my wrist that I couldn’t take it off before going diving every day, and on the 3rd day, it somehow came off in the water. They refused to waive this charge despite it entirely not being my fault. That policy alone will keep me from returning and I advised the group I was with to not book with this hotel again, either. You want returning customers? Have better policies and don’t charge $50 for a key that probably cost less than .10 to make. Secondly, the service was not good. I was often sat at the restaurants and had to waive a waiter down to get a drink! For a resort at this price, I expected better. Third, the ATM machines were not working the entire time I stayed there, which was a week. This makes getting a taxi nearly impossible because they will only take cash. Fourth, this resort is in the middle of nowhere. It is a full 25-30 minutes from the heart of Cozumel and highly inconvenient if you wish to leave the resort for any reason. Expect to pay $20 per taxi to the downtown area and $35 to get to the airport. Lastly, they shut the beach down at 7pm and they don’t tell you why unless you ask; it’s because crocodiles are spotted near the beach area at night and they flag anyone down who tries to enter the beach past 7pm. So, if you want a lovely moonlit walk along the beach, this place is not the place to go. The diving WAS excellent, so that was the highlight of the trip for me. Everything else was sub-par. I wasn’t impressed with this resort at all. For a 5-star resort, it was more like a 3 at best.

The location is absolutely stunning, and the beach is breathtaking. The food, however, was a bit below my expectations—the buffet often ran out of essentials and were not replenished often. The staff were generally nice, though a few seemed a bit reserved and not as friendly as I had hoped. The rooms were decent but could use some updates. On the bright side, the entertainment was fantastic! A special shoutout to Diego for his great energy and for keeping everyone entertained—he really made a difference in our stay.

I attended a destination wedding with 40+ people and stayed for 1 week. The wedding was on the beach at sunset and it was a perfect atmosphere. The entertainment crew was great, Arbey was our favorite! We joined in many activities on the beach, in the pool, and at the theater. Even though it rained throughout a few of the days we were there, we were still able to have fun. The more you interact with the workers, the more fun you'll have! The resort was clean, the staff were friendly, and the other guests were fun to hang out with as well.
