We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Nice friendly staff, large rooms with a hammock in the balcony, good food with 3 restaurants you can choose to eat plus bars for drinks and snack bar. They also have a nice pool though beach is quite small and a lot of sea grass early morning but staff cleaned them.

Second time here and absolutely loved it! Had a wonderful time with Stephany, Angelica, and Freddy at their very authentic Mexican restaurant on site! The seafood one was also great, Antonio was awesome! Every single person working on staff is so welcoming and warm, and I will definitely be coming back to see them!

you get what you pay for. decent hotel. check in was horrible. no direction to our room and had to carry all of our luggage searching for our room. when we finally found our room the hostess was waiting for us at the door stating the room was already occupied and she had made a mistake then brought us to a new room.. the room was nice, i loved the balcony w the hammock and the views were great. the staff at the restaurants and bar are all friendly and do their best to give you good service especially if you tip. the beach is small. but this resort is decent for a quick 3-4 day trip. i would not stay a week here.

Occidental Costa Cancun was awesome! The staff was our favorite part. Very nice, accommodating, and attentive. Josue at the snack corner made our stay so amazing with his attitude and attention! We loved him! Thank you all for the awesome vacation!
