Just arrived back from HL club. Stayed in Bungalow 906, lovely and clean couldn't fault it. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was clean and the bar right next to the pool with seating was an added bonus. Kids spent most of their days in the pool! Food was quite nice, despite others reviews. We always found something we all liked each day!! Different themes nights which was fab. Fridays is BBQ day around the pool. Nice atmosphere. Entertainment of an evening could be better for children but again we still had a fabulous time. Only down side is on site shop is poor and not really close to any others.

We had a fantastic week in November with our daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren. The weather was stable, and warm enough to sit outside for all meals. Staff were fantastic in all respects. At every meal there was a massive choice of dishes. Our accommodation was great, a lovely bungalow in the top row, therefore very quiet. The gym is really well equipped. The pools are perfect for relaxing.

The 2 bed bungalows are very spacious, perfect for a family. The hotel itself is good and the location is great only 10 minute walk to beach / bars & restaurants. Also the young man on reception was very good and informative. That's where the good bits end. Grubby sun loungers around the pool. Food was atrocious, by far the worst we've experienced in the 6 years we've been coming to Lanzarote. I'm by no means a fussy eater at all, I'll eat literally anything, but even I struggled. Very limited choice and most things were stone cold. Kids section was only hotdogs, burgers and chips. No nuggets which most kids eat. We ended up eating out 3 nights due to this. This is a 3 star hotel at best.

We just stayed for a week in this resort. The resort overall exceeded our expectations. We had a nice welcoming from the reception staff that guided through the check in and all the information we needed. We had a bungalow with 2 bedrooms which was quite spacious and it really suited us for the holiday. The grounds outside are well kept by the staff. The food was okay, quality at times wasn't the best. Positive: Friendly staff that are willing to help Night entertainment staff had a lot of energy and they were fantastic As part of the HL hotel group you are able to use the HL paradise and HL Rio all inclusive for food and the pool which was amazing as we spent some time in HL Rio. The rooms were done and cleaned every day which was great The dinner food was different each day which was good The dinning room has been remodelled which was very nice. The pictures at Jet2 holidays are old. Negative: The pool was absolutely cold, even the hot tub was cold! The toilet in the bungalow is outdated and we had a leakage which we dealt with towels. The food quality was okay, breakfast was the same each day Overall it was a good stay

Stayed here for a trip to Playa Blanca. Overall very good, food was excellent with plenty of choice for everyone. Rooms were clean with good amenities, staff were great and always happy to help. Only let down was that both pools were freezing cold which only allowed limited time for swimming and that's if you were brave! Entertainment could of been on a little earlier for those with kids aswell. Still a great stay though.
