For context I use a custom manual wheelchair. I’ve just come back from an overall great holiday, the resort itself is very nice the pools are great and have some good areas for evenings with the family. Food was good I do think they should change the dessert a bit though as it was basically the same every night. But there are quite a few things that need updating for disabled guests. The location of the wheelchair accessible rooms are great, very close to all the facilities. But the room it self needs some major upgrades: - no grab rails anywhere in the bathroom. - no shower chair (had to use a outside chair) - the shower head was to high to reach. - the bed was on wheels and couldn’t lock. - the wardrobes were not lowered. - the door lock/handle was very had to use and had to get my key redone multiple times. These are key thing for a wheelchair accessible room so I’m not sure why they don’t have them, if I was a paralysed wheelchair user there is no way I would have been able to stay here. So i think it’s very important for these things to change. But again the resort itself is good and I would recommend to others but not to disabled people.

We went a month ago. This is one of the best hotels we have been to. It's clean, nothing wrong with the room, beds were comfortable. The staff we always happy, smiling and so friendly. Food, it is one of the best all inclusive food we had. My husband and daughter can be a little picky, but they both were saying how they enjoyed it. Snack bar was brilliant something for everyone. Entertainment staff were brilliant and work there backside off. Entertainment yes could be better but there was nothing wrong with it. We loved it that much we have booked to go back for my birthday. Can't wait.

I spent five nights at this hotel as a family of 3, I found the rooms to be quite nice and spacious. the use of YouTube on the TV was handy, and the wifi was not complimentary except in the reception area. We discovered that the food quality varied significantly, we found breakfast was cold no matter how early or late you went, there was a singer for one of the evenings who was excellent, The hotel offered very few activities, which was surprising for a so-called 'family-friendly' resort. In hindsight, we realized that the sister hotel, Hl Paradise, would have likely been a better option for us, as it provided many more activities for children. The staff appeared to be helpful, and our rooms were cleaned daily. The town center was conveniently a ten-minute walk away, which was beneficial since we visited it most days due to our boredom at the hotel, which could be a personal preference thing, unfortunately there weren't enough sun beds as most days we struggle to find even a spare one, For its price point I would say its a cheap and cheerful hotel, unfortunately we wouldn't return.

Spent 2 weeks here. The staff are lovely and friendly. The rooms are clean, and the cleaners will clean your room and give new towels daily, except for Sunday. My only suggestion would be to bring your own pillows as the ones supplied are uncomfortable. Great pools and again, the pool area is well maintained and clean. Theres plenty of Sunbeds and plenty of space by the pool. The pool bar has plenty of tables and is sheltered. There are toilets next to the pool bar, next to the restaurant and in the hotel lobby, which is always something i check. The restaurant has a wide variety of options and there's different themes once a week like Indian, Chinese etc. I thought the food was great. Very fresh and well prepared. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach where there's loads of bars, restaurants and shops. I would definitely return to this hotel. Its very good value for money. My only criticism is that the you have to pay for WiFi, and it's not very good. WiFi should be standard and included in this day and age. There was a full day it wasn't on at all, and when it was on, it drops in and out, and isn't accessible in certain bar and pool areas. I also couldn't access my banking app as the signal isnt strong enough. But this was a small frustration in an otherwise great holiday. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. It had a quiet bar, and a larger bar where the entertainment was on. I was very impressed with the staff who were friendly and always available. We (my husband and our friends) all had a great time.

Went on my first family holiday with my wife, mother and son. We just arrived back earlier today and wanted to say this place was fantastic to stay at, the staff were really friendly and the entertainment both for adults and children was great, we enjoyed staying all inclusive, the food and drink was great. We were devastated to be leaving yesterday and would definitely return.
