We went a month ago. This is one of the best hotels we have been to. It's clean, nothing wrong with the room, beds were comfortable. The staff we always happy, smiling and so friendly. Food, it is one of the best all inclusive food we had. My husband and daughter can be a little picky, but they both were saying how they enjoyed it. Snack bar was brilliant something for everyone. Entertainment staff were brilliant and work there backside off. Entertainment yes could be better but there was nothing wrong with it. We loved it that much we have booked to go back for my birthday. Can't wait.

Stayed in late January with my wife and 10 month old on an all inclusive basis. Overall we were happy taking into consideration the price paid and would stay again, but definitely some feedback which may put others off. Room - the 2 bedroom bungalow was perfect for our break. It had plenty of space to relax and also store our luggage. It was dated in places but overall fine. Maintenance - unfortunately when we arrived in the evening there was no hot water (boiler issue fixed outside), and discovered the following day aircon unit didnt work (no batteries in the remote). Both problems were quickly resolved when we called reception but not an ideal start, something that could be be checked as a basic. Pool area - nice enough, plenty of sun all day. Only downside is some somebeds were dirty and mouldy which let it down. Food - in general thought this was really good. Good variety, themed nights, great meats, hot and cold options, high chairs for our little one, clean and modern. Unfortunately there were some dishes that were worringly below temperature. For example one evening on the live cooking station there was grilled veal (delicious), but then the mash potatoe and gravy were served not on a warm plate... Also another night a pork stew was luke warm at best. Drinks - Generally great. Amstel beer, basic cocktails, most local spirits, and help yourself pepsi/fanta machines. At dinner and the individual bars, great. By the pool, beer served in small paper cups and the queues were long at times. Staff - all lovely and helpful from our interactions Cats - EVERYWHERE. We are animal lovers and our little one enjoyed spotting them. They were well looked after, but I think it was close to crossing the line as to what is acceptable. Location - great. 10/15 min walk to beach and felt safe. 5/10 min walk to local bus station which was handy. Few other bits - we didnt book any excursions but plenty available. We hired a car, there was plenty of parking. Site felt very safe and family orientated.

Bungalow is nice. No tea or coffee available in the rooms though. Food is excellent, good variety and plenty of it. We arrived at 4pm very hungry and after a long day of travelling couldn’t get any food til 6pm when the restaurant opened. WiFi costs extra. Security deposit/safe in the room costs extra. Pool towels are a €15 deposit. Drinks after 11pm costs extra even though we are all inclusive. Gym is superb. Location is wonderful. The place is heaving with feral screaming adults and their kids. It’s like Butlins with Ugg boots, faketan, leopard skin and vapes galore. There are cigarette ends in the plant pots and half eaten sandwiches floating in the pool. It seems acceptable for some to wander round in pyjamas and no bra while puffing on a cig and yelling TYLARRRRRRR across the pool area. Tyler is currently beating a local cat with a pool noodle. If you’re after a nice hotel with good food and in a great location but with “The Sun” [newspaper] holiday vouchers feel to it, then this is it 👍🏻

Spent 2 weeks here. The staff are lovely and friendly. The rooms are clean, and the cleaners will clean your room and give new towels daily, except for Sunday. My only suggestion would be to bring your own pillows as the ones supplied are uncomfortable. Great pools and again, the pool area is well maintained and clean. Theres plenty of Sunbeds and plenty of space by the pool. The pool bar has plenty of tables and is sheltered. There are toilets next to the pool bar, next to the restaurant and in the hotel lobby, which is always something i check. The restaurant has a wide variety of options and there's different themes once a week like Indian, Chinese etc. I thought the food was great. Very fresh and well prepared. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach where there's loads of bars, restaurants and shops. I would definitely return to this hotel. Its very good value for money. My only criticism is that the you have to pay for WiFi, and it's not very good. WiFi should be standard and included in this day and age. There was a full day it wasn't on at all, and when it was on, it drops in and out, and isn't accessible in certain bar and pool areas. I also couldn't access my banking app as the signal isnt strong enough. But this was a small frustration in an otherwise great holiday. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. It had a quiet bar, and a larger bar where the entertainment was on. I was very impressed with the staff who were friendly and always available. We (my husband and our friends) all had a great time.

This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. It is NOT 4 star I rate it no higher than 2 star. Bungalows are very dated and basic the front doors have large gaps around top and bottom so when it’s windy leaves blow in and in my week there not once was the floor brushed. As for food it was terrible either over cooked or under cooked and always very cold. Starters and deserts where same the 7 nights it basically was the same food in a different sauce all week. Breakfast pancakes were like rubber and eggs undercooked. Dinning room is like a school canteen as is the so called bar area. Not a soft seat anywhere in the hotel. Food at pool bar was left out uncovered all day flies everywhere. Drink is so watered down it is tasteless. I fail to see how it has a four star rating. Only up side was grounds looked good and I seen the pool being cleaned daily. Other than that I can’t find anything good to say.
