This is a very nice hotel, the first week was quiet and the place was very clean. The second week got very busy!! The staff were very friendly but were flat out keeping up with the volume of people. I really enjoyed my stay here. The food was good, the staff were brilliant, and they had a fantastic pool. Lots of activities for the smaller kids, pool games like water polo. Kids disco every night followed by entertainment like a motown band, acrobatics, quiz, karaoke, and a variety show. Would come here again in a heartbeat

Breakfast was good and offered something for all tastes. Lunch was acceptable from the pool bar. Dinner for the first 2 days was also acceptable, that is until the satisfaction survey was completed, then it was downhill all the way food from the hotplate was barely warm but mostly cold, the choice of meals was not as good as some workplace canteens that I have eaten in and certainly not value for money as a lot of guests voted with their feet and went to the harbour restaurants rather than eat the fare that was offered. On checkout day I booked a shower room so that we could freshen up before travelling, so I was not very impressed with the fact that no towels were provided so we changed in reception toilets, receptionists on duty not very helpful or pleasant. On a better note both entertainment team and cleaners were hardworking and friendly. So in summary I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Extremely happy with bungalow. Cleaners were very thorough, reception staff helpful and friendly. Food excellent. Selection was to suit all tastes. Several chefs at all times and restaurant staff very pleasant. Entertainers tried very hard to please everyone. Would definitely go again. Came back 3 days ago. Didn’t see anyone that was sick. Perhaps they ate too much. I think that some reviews are very unfair. Travelled with family and grandchildren. Bus to water park every day. Free to enter.

We had a family get away here, the 4 of us including a toddler. The apartment was decent. Had one issue where a member of staff took out clothes dryer and although reminded at reception it took 2 days to replace it. Food choice was pretty good. The animation hall was loud and not much on for kids, boring quizzes and bingo, if you get a seat. Not too far from a lovely beach and shopping, lovely views of mountains and volcano. Pool was cold but not too bad when it's a hot day. Jacuzzi was green and freezing :/ Ok holiday but would choose else where next time.

Just arrived back from HL club. Stayed in Bungalow 906, lovely and clean couldn't fault it. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was clean and the bar right next to the pool with seating was an added bonus. Kids spent most of their days in the pool! Food was quite nice, despite others reviews. We always found something we all liked each day!! Different themes nights which was fab. Fridays is BBQ day around the pool. Nice atmosphere. Entertainment of an evening could be better for children but again we still had a fabulous time. Only down side is on site shop is poor and not really close to any others.
