We had a weeks all inclusive holiday in room 308 April 2025. Very good hotel for families ; staff were all really helpful and friendly , food was very good , kids entertainment was very good. Location is great , 10 minute walk to beach and town but also the hotel chain has a free bus shuttle service daily. Yes the pool was a little cold but it was April , maybe it warms up in the summer. Fully recommended for family holidays.

Small nice complex, fairly modern and update. Drinks are good. Very good gym for a holiday gym brand new. Clean, tidy and very friendly staff. The only let down for us is the food isn't the best and not much selection being honest.

Definitely recommend this place for a family holiday. Short 10-15 minutes walk to the beach or use the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Food was good and everything labeled for allergies. Pool was slightly on the colder side but it was early April. The daily entertainment was fun as was the evening entertainment. I will certainly be back.

We spent 6 nights here at the end of March in room 907. We had a great time here, all staff hardworking, helpful and friendly. The food, well, what can I say, just brilliant. We haven't stayed all inclusive for years but couldn't get over the amount of choice and quality of the food available. Each evening was a theme night such as Asian, Spanish and Hindu, some food cooked fresh in front of you and so much choice of meats, fish, vegetables, salads, fruits, pulses, rice, yogurts, puddings, cakes, cheese, breads and crackers, the list is endless. The restaurant staff super great, they work so well as a team and are quick to remove plates once you're finished. The place is super clean, and the chefs make regular appearances too. Reception staff, bar staff, cleaners and gardeners all very helpful and friendly. Pool area great, plenty of beds and shade when you need it. Our room had a patio that had the sun from morning til night and it was cleaned daily. Only a 15 minute walk to the beach taking the short cut just across the road from the hotel, but there's a courtesy bus if you prefer or taxi. All in all if we return to Lanzarote we would come back to this hotel. Thank you for a lovely few days.

Super grounds really well kept, accommodation is a little tired though showing signs of age. Food was disappointing, probably the worst all inclusive I've experienced - just too much recycling of the food! Service in the restaurant was quite poor - a lot of waiting for things to be refilled, from chips, ice cream, clean spoons... Service on site was tardy at best - AC not working, so we were given a fan. Still not looked at after 4 days. Climbing facility at their sister hotel was advertised onsite (kids so excited about that one) and when we went to book, no one had any idea what we were talking about (poster removed at this point) Evening entertainment was the usual family format that seems to have become the norm (not entertaining and much too loud) but shout out to the guy singing in the restaurant, liked that! Half the sunbeds need to replaced, they're done/scrap - and the area really needs more umbrellas, they're too sparse where they're permanently fixed, which means you'll probably burn (we all did - as did half the people we met on our first day) Would I return? No, this is not 4 star. Positives - Gema of the animation team was brilliant, cannot sing her praises enough! Natalia on the desk also amazing!
