The staff at the hotel were the best I’ve ever met. They were helpful, attentive and also very entertaining. The range of food was massive and the freshly cooked area of the restaurant was brilliant. The main foyer area of the hotel was very nicely fitted and the bar area had loads of seating for a drink in the evening. There was also entertainment every evening which ranged from singers to more comedic acts. All were brilliant to watch! The pool was refreshingly cool and there were plenty of sun loungers available. Also, the rooms were modern, nicely decorated and air conditioned. All in all a very good stay and one that I would be happy to repeat!

Had our first trip to this island and chose this hotel as adult only. It didn't disappoint. The room and bathroom were very spacious. We were half board, and the breakfast and evening meals were delicious with plenty of choice for all tastes. The staff were friendly and super quick at removing finished pots off your table. Lovely and quiet around the beautiful pool area. Was about a 30 minute walk on the sea front path into the resort. Great selection of good quality shops. For night, a brilliant amount of bars to choose from with live music.

We love this area of Lanzarote and love this hotel. Adults only and really good all-inclusive - perfect!
We had a sea view balcony room which overlooked the pool area, and saw some amazingly beautiful sunsets from it. The room was large, well-equipped and kept spotlessly clean.
The food was excellent and the very nice all-inclusive wine was delivered in the bottle and opened at your table!
The hotel is situated overlooking the sea, and there are some lovely walks along the traffic-free coastal path.
There was really good entertainment in the disco bar every night, and also often a singer or musician in the bar near reception.
Service was usually very good, no complaints! We will go back, its the perfect place for us.

A brilliant place. Lots to do or just simply chill in fantastic surroundings. Food was first class. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t normally recommend places where I've stayed because people have different tastes but I would in this hotels case. It has something for everybody.

We've just returned from a lovely week at this hotel. The accommodation was fabulous, and the food was the best I've ever had at a large hotel. I'm a picky eater, and I was able to fill my plate each and every morning/night. There are plenty of sunbeds. Just make sure if you put your towels out before 9.30 am that you stay put. I nipped to the toilet, and when I returned 5 minutes later, the towel Police had removed our towels and bag! There is a great promenade outside the hotel. 2 miles to the right is the lighthouse, and the Rubicon marina is about 2.5 miles to the left. The hotel is in a quieter location but only a short walk from the nearest supermarket/beach. All of the staff we interacted with (apart from the pool police) were extremely helpful, very friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
