Absolutely love the hotel! The animation team this year have been the best they have ever been since I started coming in 2017! Hugo is absolutely brilliant, makes everything very fun and always in a cheerful mood. He has so many catchphrases that you hear kids repeating all day and it shows the impact he has on everyone in the hotel! He gets so many people interacting with the activities which makes the holiday more enjoyable! Big shout out also to Andreas who is also very good! So many different activities to do and so much fun!

A lovely hotel, great for a family holiday with all age groups.
Hugo and Andres on the entertainment were brilliant - had a lot of fun playing bingo in the afternoon, waterpolo in the pool and poolside games and tournaments. Lots to do.
Restaurant has a good selection of food. Nice to be able to go to the Italian and Japanese restaurants as an alternative (our stay was for 10 days).
Hotel is close to the beach and an easy walk into the town and to the harbour ( market on a Saturday and Wednesday).

Great hotel! Rooms are clean end the service and entertainment by Hugo the Mexican is great! We played a nice waterpolo competition with the guest of the hotel. Food is good, staff is friendly and at your service when you need it. My daughter and I had a wonderful time!

This was our first time staying here. There won’t be a second.
The size, location and potential of the facilities are great. The reality is the staff are a mixed bag, friendly front of house, uninterested and tired around the pool and food halls. The food choice bland and Luke warm. The pool is beautiful with great kids sides but so cold that they will be hypothermic in 20 twenty minutes and won’t enter again confining yourself to the indoor pool.
We stayed in a family room with a lovely view of the pool, which was a good size but as with the rest of the hotel in need of updating overall but in desperate need of a lick of paint.
For the listing and it’s pictures we assumed is was a four star gusting five… in reality it’s a three star clinging to four….

Stayed there in 2023, and found it to be well below the standard expected of a 4 star hotel. The rooms had a number of issues which they addressed but proper inspection and house keeping should of caught before the guests arrive. The excuse of covid was used to explain a number of issues. Pool had a plastic lining which was crinkled in a number of places, staff were generally uncommunicative and untrained, not enough staff at the bars, young woman who dealt with complaints was competent but unable to admit the number of short comings at the hotel. The food was pretty good by buffet standard but again total lack of staff that spoke English, the ones that were on duty seemed only to be there to clear the table and little or no interaction with the guests .Mini golf had a number of defective holes which were fixed at my request, only 1 golf ball and two deshellved golf clubs, which they changed when I pointed it out.So overall a reactive approach and not proactive by the hotel it appeared..if no-one complains nothing gets done. On reading some later reviews it appears that nothing has changed in the year since we were there..
