Lovely hotel. Really friendly staff. Children and adult entertainment was FABULOUS. Really pulled out all the stops for Halloween. Claudia and the animation team were really helpful and entertaining. Miriam and the team who cleaned our rooms on the second floor were brilliant. Only improvement could be in yhe dining room. It couldn't cope with the number if guests for both food and clearance. Hard on the staff, frustrating for guests when we pay a lot of money

Great location, rooms are tired. We are 5 days into a TUI all inclusive, the Junior Suite is one room plus bathroom there is no privacy between adults and kids, adults have twin beds. Drinks are good quality and readily available from the bars. Restaurants and food in general are chaos. Poor management & petty customer service. Staff will refuse to serve you if you sit in an area they deem to be closed. There are no signs and no corden. They will make you move before serving you even if there are obviously no open tables available. Food is sometimes cold and popular dishes are not replenished quickly enough. Food quality is mixed, not four star by any stretch. The bars by the pool serving food have long queues and even longer wait times. The a la carte options are oversubscribed, you have to book via an app which often fails and seems deliberately obtuse. Both were unavailable to book during our entire stay. Reception are not interested. Pool area is nice and clean we enjoyed the pool, the entertainment team work hard and the kids had a great time watching the shows. This hotel could be great if managed properly but is let down by penny pinching and understaffing.

Really good sized rooms, great location. Animation team worked really hard at organising entertainment. Overall the hotel is okay. Definitely not 4 star. Cleanliness of the pool area could be improved and staffing levels need increasing for the busier times of day. Restaurant was overwhelming at times with no clean tables, cutlery or glassware and food was very hit or miss. Could be a great 4 star hotel for 1/2 board but they don’t have the facilities or staffing to accommodate for all inclusive

Great location near Playa Dorada and other local amenities. Very clean well maintained grounds and an excellent pool with plenty of loungers. Friendly staff, particularly Animation team and reception. Rooms are well appointed with a small fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and efficient air-conditioning. A drying rack would have been useful. Great powerful shower, though beware that the bathroom door is frosted glass and doesn't fully close or lock so not ideal for privacy. We had a couple of issues during our stay. A ceiling vent in the room leaked and I almost slipped in the water. This was rectified within minutes of it being reported. Small issue with the TV losing signal intermittently. The food in the restaurant was varied and generally good quality with some vegetarian and vegan options (though individual dishes were not labelled). The restaurant itself could be quite chaotic at service times with a lot of people moving around, noise and queues for popular items. Sometimes difficult to find a table that had been cleaned and reset. Good accessibility for those with reduced mobility, but there are only 2 small lifts servicing large building and this with larger devices may struggle.

The room, location and hotel are fine. I have no major complaints regarding the decor, facilities or entertainment for children. The service however, is poor to say the least. Most of the staff are unhappy, unhelpful, curt and cannot get orders right. Drinks take ages to arrive and are often wrong no matter where you are in the hotel. Table service is really poor in all the restaurants and it has really annoyed me tonight. We are at the Italian and as a family of 9 celebrating a 70th birthday we had quite a lot of drinks and plates built up after the starters. The table was left full and when mains arrived they left all the dirty plates, glasses and empty bottles and added more food and drinks to the table. They didn’t clear them away after the mains even after I asked them to. I then had to move the empty bottles and plates onto a spare table despite onlooking staff members doing nothing. Some of the waitresses were putting wine glasses and spoons on all them empty tables that were not in use as we were the last sitting of the night and refused to help active tables. I asked if she would mind helping and she refused and watched me clear the table alone. Non of her colleagues thought to help either, they just looked on and ignored the problem and waited for me to do their job. After I had cleared the table they then asked if there was anything they could help with. I have no words. The service over the last few days has really left a sour taste in my mouth and I cannot see me coming back.
