We came at the end of the season and we can still say we had a lovely time. The only thing that would stop me coming back was how rude the customers were. The hotel itself was lovely and there were plenty of food options. The staff were very friendly. There are signs all over the hotel saying to please be quiet after midnight and we were being woken up at 2/3 o clock in the morning to people shouting at each other and laughing loudly in the corridors. Entertainment was good considering it was end of season and there was still a reasonable amount of things to do around the local area.

This hotel would have got a 5 star review if they had dealt with a disturbance between a couple who kept our family awake two nights in a row. On raising the issue, they seemed not bothered about the situation or our paid holiday for some peace and quiet. Also, there is lots of transient footfall in the corridors and noise. Staff were brilliant, the food was good, the hotel was very clean and nice. Entertainment was medeoka compared to other similar hotels.
Night time access to any food after last meal time was nil, so if you wanted a late snack, there was nothing available. Had a good holiday otherwise. I would use this hotel again. Oh, the holiday rep tried ripping us off with excursions/overcharging and harassed us on the telephone, which aggravated us!

Cocktails were great!
Food was good
Pool and the indoor pool were very cold to the point we didn't swim!
Around the pool and indoor pool wasn't very clean
Cleaners did the basics, there was a section of false eyelashes stuck to the wall in the bathroom (from the previous person!) and it took about 5 days for them to be removed.
Staff were friendly
Entertainment was fairly good, the same acts each week though
Only a few mins walk from the beach
Overall, it was nice enough for the money.
Just be warned, the rep who sells all the excursions will get u on your first day and push u to book trips there and then, even offering a "free" extra trip shopping in Icmeler which actually turned out to be....a trip to 1 shop and back again, which is actually offered by the shop itself on billboards in the local area. So very disappointing when u think u are going for a day out and get that. We left and went exploring ourselves and walked back along the sea front instead

Great hotel for location 👌
Staff friendly and helpful. Fantastic outside pool , especially for children and none swimmer's 🏊♂️,
Food - ok for some ,, we were OK, but others in the family struggled,, it's Not England and don't expect our style of food. If the food could be a problem, eat out.
Bar drinks 🍸 🍹 "Fantastic" ,, good Rum, Beer and Vodka - soft drinks and hot.

Just got back from this lovely hotel, we were a family of Nine .Gandparents , adult children and their children. We had a fabulous time ..Rooms a bit on the small side but not to small .Rooms cleaned daily and water and juice supplied daily , you only have to ask your cleaner to replenish your fridge , nothing is to much trouble . The lovely Patish our cleaner was very polite and helpful at all times . The food and entertainment was very good day and night . Small park and kids games room.area right next to outside entertainment venue . Entertainment team always interacting with the kids even the life guards join in a bit of fun with the kids .Pool is deep so kids who cannot swim do need to wear inflatables in big pool although there is a kids pool were they have just as much fun .sunbeds do get reserved despite there been signs all over not to reserve sun beds . Small beach just round the corner . All staff are very hard working and the hotel is very clean . You can pay 50 euro to keep your room on check out day till 6pm if your room is not booked out for that day otherwise its 12 midday to vacate your room but their are courtesy rooms for you to grab a shower if your flight is late afternoon or evening . We would definitely book again for this lovely hotel next year
