Not beachfront but neighbouring properties must be annoyed as it is loud nightclub until 1am. Then you have drunks making noise in hallways. We stayed 7 night all inc. No issues with food or drink. Rooms were small we tried to get 2 adult 2 children but sofa could not be slept on it was too hard. Tip those who serve you well some workers are definately better than others. Reception a bit funny with me talking to me like i was stupid there are a lot of working class holiday makers staying mayve that was their view of English. Security is good. Lifts are small so expect to take the stairs a lot. Would say more adult based as limited things for children no activities the animation was for adults. The heated pool is not to UK standards of 29 degrees it felt same as outdoor pool around 18 degrees. It has hammam but expensive close to UK spa prices. Lack soundproofing as you can hear neighbours easily and even floor above clear conversations can be had. Overall is a 4 we paid around £28.10 per person per night with destination2

Very clean and friendly hotel. Nicely situated, although no beech. The one behind the hotel is black grainy sand. You need to travel to find a sandy beech The town of Marmaris is a 30 minute stroll down the waterfront or road. Beware of locals trying to entice you in to their establishments. THE STAFF are all very attentive. My drink at dinner was never empty. Toprat, was extremely attentive at dinner. He had our table ready for us before we entered the restaurant. He remembered our drinks order and was very charismatic. THE FOOD was plentiful with different offerings each night. It was always fresh and displayed to a high standard. Plates were cleared away in a very timely manner. The food service made us feel like royalty. ALCOHOLIC drinks were avaliable from 10am everyday. The Malabu Sunset was delicious so was the Tom Collins cocktails. THE OUTDOOR POOL is NOT child friendly unless they have buoyancy aids. The whole outdoor pool is 1.5m deep. A child could not stand up in it. It is a lovely spacious pool but aimed at adults. The indoor pool is small and grubby. THE SPA sales rep is a little pushy but friendly enough. The turkish bath and treatments however are so worth the money. My skin felt brilliant the whole week. I WOULD DEFINITELY recommend the spa. My husband enjoyed the spa, something that is not normally his cup of tea. He also had a turkish shave which he equally enjoyed and was also really good value for money. ROOMS - my room was cosy, even in the rafters. It had incredible views of the mountains and sea however. I had NO OR VERY LITTLE SLEEP all week. It was in C block 5th floor room 554. This is located above the nightclub of the hotel. The music is loud and bassy untill 1am in the morning. My pillow, when trying to sleep was vibrating. After the second night we never attempted to sleep until after 1am. At 5am you can here the prayer over speakers, which are located across the whole area. And then between 5,30 and 6am the kitchen vents are turned on which is so loud out side the window that it sounds like a planes engine. So AVOID the whole of C block if you can. We were also kept awake by guests talking in their rooms as the walls are so thin. There was a disturbance outside my room in the corridor one night from a man who had had a gun held to his head by a local. He was banging the door in of his wife and daughters room. I complained to reception twice as did other guests. I know that the staff can not control guests behaviour.

The hotel was a beautiful place and the amenities were to a high standard. There were a few friendly and professional staff, but unfortunately there were more staff that were less accomodating. It's a shame that a country that is supposed to have standards built around being God centered, and promoting love and respect for all, are still unable to see people rather than the colour of their skin. They were attentive to all non melanated and people, whilst we were ignored. There were four waiters who were very professional. They made sure our glasses were refilled with water, and asked if we needed anything further. The food selection was excellent, always lots to choose from, and hot food was hot. The children had lots to choose from too. Unfortunately, the wine left a lot to be desired. The red wine was cheap and distasteful, maybe an upgrade on what they purchase would be beneficial. There was a lot of wasted food and drink, which never sits well with me. The cleaning staff were friendly and they did an excellent job of ensuring everything was clean and well presented. There was a shift manager whose mannerisms were so aggressive and dismissive of me and my family. He would greet everyone, and he ignored us the whole time we were there, even when we said hello to him. The Turkish bath and massages were awesome. However, I thought it was custom to address the person who is enquiring and who is going to be spending the money. It is so sad, but it seems this country is not welcoming or supportive of diversity. The country is lovely to look at, but the hatred for people of colour is so blatant it's sad. Hotel building is lovely, some staff have basic manners, but I would not stay there again if I ever planned to visit this country again. People were not wrong when they said the country is lovely, and the people do not hide their dislike for people od colour.

Me and my daughter have just spent ten days here and all I can say is we had a great time, the staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic and could not be any more helpful, in the restaurant they waited on us with 5 star treatment and honestly it really added to the experience. The spa rep was a little pushy and didn’t speak after I said I didn’t want any treatments and I heard a few different people say this also but that didn’t make a difference to our stay to be honest. I’d recommend if you want value for money.

As a vegan, non-smoker this hotel is not for me! My room was clean but smelled of cigarettes and the staff tried to tell me it was the incense...Walls are thin, I could hear guests and staff both sides of my room even with earplugs. Cats everywhere, even on the furniture... I was glad to have the mini bar to store my own food and dairy free milk and the kettle came in handy for noodles and tea in my room waiting till 7pm for dinner as the snacks (2pm) weren't suitable. (I did advise the hotel before arrival) Overall the staff were polite but this is definitely not my idea of a 5* hotel. 2.5/5
