It's a decent hotel, food is a bit samey or was for us but we went April just before the season started fully. Staff are great, rooms are OK but 1 key card so you can only charge your tech when you are in the room which is slightly annoying. Location is great.

Not the best hotel for from previous experience. Only 1 lift for each set of apartment blocks. The showers leaked over the bathroom floor.
But apart from that the food was good the staff were excellent and the entertainment even in low season was top notch!

Have just spent 7 nights here, returned home on Thursday. What a fabulous hotel.
Pros:
Hotel: very clean, staff friendly and helpful, pool massive, plenty of sun loungers, food good (normal all inclusive kind) Chian the waiter was great he seemed to usually work on the outside section of the restaurant, so hard working and pleasant. Activities through the day, onsite amenities, entertainment every night not sundays (usual Hotel kind of thing) kids club, games room, night club, shelf at the side of reception for guests to leave unwanted things, good if you have forgotten any bits sun lotions after sun etc.
Location: very good, beach 5 minutes walk, shops and restaurants up and down on the road at the front, taxi rank right next door (£6 to marmaris, £8 to icemelar), bus stop out the front.
Rooms: we stayed in a double room 364. again very clean, presentable. House keeping come everyday to restock and change towels/bedding. Safe. Fridge. Hairdryer. Shampoo. Shower gel. Bottled water, juice cartons. Easy to request more if needed just ring reception.
Cons:
Hotel: 1 lift for each block, small, and can get very busy, no service lift for staff so they use it with trolleys and even saw 2 mattresses being bought down so we had to walk upstairs to 3rd floor. No shallow end to the pool, so kids or non swimmer adults need inflatables I'm 5ft6 and could just about tip toe in there. The lifeguards make the rules up as they go and dont pay much attention to the pool either talking between them or on their phones. Rules would be fine if they were consistent, some let you down in/on inflatables or on your belly, where as others don't, so we did see upset kids as they could do things the day before but not now or they let 1 adult do something but not the next. 1 young boy got told he couldn't and instead of telling him to go back down the stairs he went down without his ring, he couldn't swim so my husband had to help while the lifeguards watched, even with his dad telling them he couldn't swim.
Food did get very repetitive but as mentioned above its the same in most all inclusives.
Evening entertainment wasn't the best but I've found that at hotels I have stayed before, suppose it depends on taste.
Room, NO KETTLE, if you like a morning brew, take a kettle with you!
Location: beware of the taxi, we were waiting for a bus, a few taxi driver's came over and were insistant that it would be the same price as the bus 250 to get to Icemelar for 4 adults, so we decided to get a taxi. We then found out while chatting to a restauranter thats it would have been 25 each on the bus (not a hotel issue but just want guests to be aware)
My friend had a possible migrane while there, went to ask the on site doctor, £60 consultation and £20 prescription, he said can't get migrane tablets over the counter in Turkey. Luckily we decided to give the chemist a go, on the left as you walk passed mcdonalds towards marmaris, and got 6 migrane tablets for £5 so again just a little warning to make sure your not being decived.
Helpful tips: Take your own kettle. Take and give to the swap shelf in reception. Towels down on sunbeds about 7am for a decent spot, sun gets all the beds around 10:30am. Jacket potatoes are on the outside service part of restaurant of an evening. Take pounds not Lira as everywhere accepts, saves trying to work it out. Marmaris is about 1.5hour walk. If you want a decent alcohol drink use the lounge bar you'll taste the difference.
All in all we had a great week. Few little niggles but can't please everyone 100% I would recommend, we go to different places every time but if I was ever going back to marmaris I wouldn't think twice about booking this hotel again.

This hotel was incredible. Myself and my partner have stayed here for 10 nights and we are already looking at returning. As soon as we checked in a member of staff took our luggage and guided us to our room. The staff here are extremely helpful and nothing is too much for them.
There is entertainment every night. A kids clubs and kids disco as well as karaoke, bingo, dance shows etc. In the day there are plenty things to do ranging from morning yoga, darts, pool and ping pong. The all inclusive drinks starts at 10am and finishes at 1am! There is a large variety of soft drinks and cocktails including full fat coke. There is a on site club as well as a lounge area.
The location is great right near the beach and shops where they are plenty excursions to do such as boat trips, jeep safari, jet skiing etc. There is a large pool with a slide and many sunbeds around.
The entertainers at this hotel are amazing full of energy every day. Especially Ozgur and Nida, from the start of the holiday they have not stopped. They are super welcoming and bubbly. The food is exceptional plenty of choice. The staff are constantly going round delivering drinks and collecting plates. Orhan was incredible and always made sure we were happy.
The rooms were cleaned everyday, new towels and mopped. Everyday there would be a different arrangement on the bed which is a lovely touch. There is a free safe to use, air con a large balcony, hair dryer. However if you want to watch television there is a small fee. All in all this is a great hotel and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I could not recommend this hotel enough!
