Mixed Experience – Some Highs but Many Lows The staff are friendly and work incredibly hard, which we really appreciated. Rooms were okay — we had one with three single beds, and it served its purpose. However, the mini-fridge wasn’t refilled daily as expected; we had to track down the staff member each time to get it sorted. Day and night entertainment was decent, though it did get repetitive in the evenings, so we ended up going out a few nights for a change. The food was lovely — you could eat plenty if you were willing to wait. Expect to queue for about 20 minutes at dinner after spending 10 minutes trying to find a table. The dining area felt chaotic, with people pushing, shoving, and cutting in line during tea time. Finding a spot in the lobby bar to relax after dinner or a night out was nearly impossible. The hotel doesn’t seem to have enough seating to cater for the number of guests. No entertainment there either, which was disappointing. In my opinion, the hotel is just too big to properly function as a 5-star resort. I’ve stayed in smaller 3- or 4-star hotels that offered a much better experience overall. One major concern: my mother-in-law was asked by a cleaner for money because she was going to be off for two days. She was approached directly and asked for cash before even cleaning the room — this felt really inappropriate. If you can get this hotel at a bargain price, then sure, it might be worth it. But I personally wouldn’t rate it as a true 5-star experience.

Great hotel! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and spacious and clean. There is a huge variety of food to choose from, which was all delicious 😋. Lovely 30-minute walk along the beach to Marmaris castle, which is definitely worth a visit. Great entertainment each night. Would highly recommend to family and friends 😁😁

Wouldn’t even give 1 star don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff here aren’t very helpful and are rude. I wouldn’t say this hotel is 5 star the room was dirty loads of cracks in the walls dust everywhere bedding had stains, shower not working the bed is uncomfortable. They don’t even have an iron in the room you have to pay them and they will iron your clothes for you. Bathroom lighting was so dark and in general the room lighting too. Food was decent but the resort is too busy and not enough space for everyone. The pool area doesn’t have enough seating. Got the room cleaned and after they left see loads of ants on the floor. Wanted to leave our first night here but couldn’t let the money go to waste. Do not recommend don’t waste your money.

Came here on holiday with family. The rooms were great, as were the cleaners . The bar staff were a bit arrogant also just keep walking past you untill you actually say excuse me. Food was good but it turned into a cattle market at meal times struggling to find a table . The hotel itself seems lovely but for me has more of a conference business feel rather than a family holiday feel . Now I have stayed in blue bay platinum, ideal prime, prestige garden, club aliez, tui blue , and many more, and to be honest, I have been back to these hotels . However I wouldn't go back here . Also the staff at reception i see twice whilst I was there actually raising their voices to guests ! Not very professional if you ask me . Just my opinion

This hotel is amazing, from the all inclusive to the service. Shout out to our waiter Tuguy in the restaurant, the best service we have ever received, was there to go above and beyond for every single meal, will definitely be the reason we would book here again, such a sweet kind soul, he made our experience so much more enjoyable, if you ever eat at the hotel restaurant, tip him! He deserves it!
