Absolutely fabulous time here. The hotel staff are constantly cleaning, you can not fault the cleanliness. The food was very good, tastiest Chinese I've had in Turkey. Plenty of options. A la carte not so great. Easy and accessible to wheelchair users. Right by all the shops. Beach easy to use.

A beautiful hotel, away from noisier bars and restaurants but still close enough to everything you need. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the restaurant has a good selection of food.
The staff are exceptional and service is excellent. The hotel has a great spa on site.
The bus service is reliable and regular, taking you to either nearby Icmeler, or the centre of town. The Bus service provides great value for money.

I visited this hotel with family, booking 5 rooms in total. Our stay was very unpleasant and stressful. Having travelled with young children.
Customers from the sister hotel [Green nature resort and Spa], were moved to this hotel, making the hotel over crowded, long ques for food and meal times, and during entertainment no seating. The entertainment was very poor and inappropriate at times for younger children.
When management were asked about the other hotel customers coming into this hotel, they said it was a management decision, with no consideration for customers that had paid a lot more to stay at this hotel. The customers coming from other hotel were given upgrades, late check outs complimentary, again no fault of theirs. But management had again no consideration of the impact on customers that had paid to stay here.
By the local swimming area, there was no loungers due to how busy it was. We were told by other customers that if we paid security a £1 per lounger per day these could be reserved. Extra costs.
As stated, meal times were very busy resulting in us going out to eat, despite having paid for all inclusive. The stress was far too much. As a parent who was travelling with a 6 year old and another younger child aged 21 months with down syndrome, the experience was extremely unpleasant and stressful Staff were very rude and during one occasion when restaurant staff were asked to assist with putting a table together to enable us to sit together and watch children, the waiter ignored the request and then started speaking to colleagues about us.
Heated pool- At the time of booking we was advised that there was a heated indoor pool, which was incorrect. There was no heated indoor pool. Part of the reason for booking this was due to having two young babies and one of whom has down syndrome to ensure they had a pleasant time within the water. This was not accurate as there is no heated pool. My sister’s daughter vomited and when informed the reception she was asked for medical proof, despite the cleaner having had to attend to clean this. This is absolutely disgusting as you do not to attend to have vomiting looked at especially when you have two members of the family within medical professional and having taken medication for such instances.
The staff have no respect for people from Asian backgrounds and very disrespectful towards them, ignoring requests, not willing to help or support . During using the indoor pool on final day the lady at desk was extremely rude stating my group had always been coming to get towels late. When she was later challenged about this she had said she had mistaken me for being part of another group. What just because I am a individual of an Asian background we all look the same, so this gave her the right to speak to me so rudely. This had resulted in me having a go at those in my group and me being extremely upset and having cried on my final day. This was overall an awful experience having paid so much money.
This was the first time my father and brother had travelled with us and what a poor experience they had. I was extremely embarrassed having also booked this hotel for them.
The only positive thing I can say we was fortunate this hotel is located on the main strip, close to shops, allowing us to go out and buy food and visit shops.

Moved to this hotel as our hotel closed earlier than planned. Lovely location, nice pool and slides. Rooms with plenty of space and with everything you need. Restaurants were very busy and not much entertainment on offer but it was the end of the season and everything was closing in the area. My family especially enjoyed the fresh honeycomb at breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of food choices available at the restaurants. We also enjoyed the cafe wien during the day.

A wonderful hotel.
It has large and comfortable rooms. They are cleaned regularly.
The main restaurant has a rich menu and you can try different dishes every day. There are theme nights.
The only negative I could find is that there are no desserts for diabetics.
The pool and the rest of the hotel facilities are great.
