We've just returned from a week's holiday at Green Nature Diamond and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was Plentiful, hot, tasty and varied. 😃 The entertainment was the best that we've seen throughout 8 different package holidays to various countries. 😃 The drinks were nice. No cheap alcohol, All good quality stuff and they even used Smirnoff Vodka. 😃 The hotel was nice, Clean & Tidy. 😃 All In all, We were very pleased. 😊

Good hotel with enough things to do, entertainment people even have board games to borrow in the lobby. Food is repetitive as youd expect and my partner struggling to eat more than pizza and chips due to not eating beef. A large con of this hotel is the ending of entertainment. We understand ths hotel closes in a week however, theyve cut off pretty much everything. Music by the pool in the day, afternoon activities and now the evening entertainment. Id like to mention the level of discomfort and lack of awareness/warning from the hotel. Tonight it seems theyve hosted a staff and family evening. All food was tailored for this (i will eat anything and struggled myself to eat more than pizza and rice) adding to this, the amount of groups of men who were making my partner physically uncomfortable whilst im by her side is not acceptable. Perhaps if there was a mention from staff things would be different or feel less like an unwelcomed, swarming environment. Also i believe it may be best to host these staff family events on the last evening or rather when closed. Just a quick addition do not come past september, majority of local shops are closed, excursions are non existent and the trip becomes boring rather quickly.

Our 3rd visit to Turkey as a country and we had high expectations for this hotel after reading the reviews online before travelling. I will start by saying the barbaric behaviour at a family resort we witnessed on our 4th night was shocking!! A man who was granted drunk entered the hotel, he was in no way agressive, yes a little argumentative, he had a band on from another hotel, so was clearly just lost; the security & a bunch of managers beat him, and he smacked his head off the pool floor causing him to pass out and blood every where, the staff then dragged him out onto the beach promenade threw him then proceeded to kick him whilst he was down!! All of this infront of me and my children & a bunch of other families!! I have never in all my time of travelling seen anything like this from what is supposed to be a tourist friendly country! The service at this hotel is so far behind.....the waiters note you on the 1st night go above and beyond and you tip as you normally would expectant of the same level of service for the rest of the holiday.....you nip the next day, they are onto the next! The hotel is immaculately clean and I can not fault the cleaners here they work so hard and go largely un-noticed. Food is repetitive night on night although on special occasions staff do go above and beyond to make it look like a spectacle. The barber on site is the most aggressive and insulting person ever, throwing insults about & hounding you every day like youve got back in time to circa 2002! The entertainment team go above and beyond and I can't comment on their performances as it is the end of the season and they will no doubt be exhausted! If you're coming and it is raining bring a brolly and a rain coat you'll need it even in side as the roof is bust and it rains in, in an epic way!! Turkey as a whole is expensive and a total rip off, everywhere you turn they are just praying on unsuspecting drunk English and it is awful to watch. If the aim of the game is to get as drunk as possible on the heart burn tackle they label as Alcohol, let your children run around hurling verbal abuse at others with an out of site out of mind attitude then this is 100% the hotel for you; Looking for a more civilised laid back approach to all inclusive stay clear of this hotel and stay clear of Marmaris

I've been to Turkey on a number of occasions & stayed in numerous hotels. My wife & i always wanted to stay here & this year we did. We gog an apartment on the third floor with a sea view, we were not disappointed. The hotel is a bit pricey to stay in but it was money well spent. Everything & everyone were so helpful. Waiter's to house keeping to staff at reception couldn't do enough for us.

We went out at the end of October in to november. Very nice hotel, the food was very good , room where cleaned every. The pool area was cleaned that well as there was still rubbish in the pots that are put around for people to leave there cigarette butt's and that in from the day before and and rubbish under the beds. Yes I no it's end of season. They ran out of some drinks and just keep saying it's end of season. Apart from this nice hotel.
