One big disappointment. The hotel presents itself online as a 5-star establishment, but in reality, it deserves just 2 stars. We booked an ultra all-inclusive stay, but not everything was included at the bar, and the drinks were terrible. The food was even worse; just thinking about it makes me feel sick. We almost never ate at the hotel and instead went to restaurants outside. The disappointment continued with the staff, most of whom didn't speak English, making it hard to communicate. There were a few exceptions, such as the friendly receptionist and the amazing pool-bar staff during lunch who were always attentive. The rooms were relatively clean except for the walls, which were smeared with dead, bloody mosquitoes. Unfortunately, as a couple, we were given only one key card, so the air conditioning didn’t work when we weren’t in the room, making it unbearable after a day at the beach. The shuttle bus to the beach ran only once at 11 AM and returned at 4 PM, so there wasn't much flexibility in beach hours. And the last thing that surprised us the most was the lunch boxes. We were told that we couldn't get a lunch box on the day of our excursion because we had already had breakfast, so we weren't entitled to it. How is that possible when we paid for ultra all-inclusive? We assumed the lunch box would be substantial. WRONG! We booked a lunch box for the next day because we were going on an early excursion. They told us it would be waiting for us at the reception. When we went to pick it up in the morning, nobody knew anything about it. We waited for 15 minutes while they sorted it out, holding up our transfer. After 15 minutes, they finally brought the lunch box, which contained 2 slices of dried, awful salami, one slice of cheese, 2 pieces of lettuce, and 2 hard, dry rolls.

I recently stayed at the Garcia Resort & Spa in Ölüdeniz, Turkey, and it was a delightful experience that blended comfort, luxury, and breathtaking natural beauty. Nestled in the hills overlooking the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean, this resort offers a serene escape perfect for relaxation and adventure.
The resort's location is one of its biggest assets. Perched on a hillside, it provides stunning panoramic views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The atmosphere is tranquil and secluded, ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle. Despite its peaceful setting, the resort is just a short drive from the famous Ölüdeniz Beach and the Blue Lagoon, making it convenient for beach lovers.
The resort boasts a wide range of facilities, including several swimming pools, a well-equipped fitness center, and a lavish spa offering various treatments. I particularly enjoyed the infinity pool, which offers a stunning view of the sunset. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile.
My stay at the Garcia Resort & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent facilities, and top-notch service made for an unforgettable holiday. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool, indulge in a spa treatment, or explore the natural beauty of Ölüdeniz, Garcia Resort provides an ideal base for a perfect vacation.
I highly recommend Garcia Resort & Spa for anyone planning a trip to Turkey's Mediterranean coast. It's a gem that promises both relaxation and adventure in a beautiful setting.

Poor amenities i.e basic shower supplies like a towel is missing. Pool is closed after 7pm …. Can’t even enjoy it on a summer night. The billiards table only had two sticks… but two tables… had to share sticks with other tourists. They don’t have any entertainment, or not that i spotted anything … the lounge is nice but over night the mosquitoes ruin the option to stay outdoors after sundown or on the restaurant balcony. Food is a bit bland …. I rather eat out not at the Hotel unfortunately. Very very poorly maintained hotel. Do not book here!
Staff is not the issue the Hotel owner is clearly going bankrupt and losing in the business so they have started to fill the hotel with too many Chinese tourists ! Lots of Chinese in this hotel beware!
Only the view is nice… and the rooms pending how lucky you get… is ok. Floorboards is a plus as i stayed in a family suite.
Overall, for an apparently five star rated hotel…. It’s a big disappointment and better hotels worth your $$$ . I clearly wasted my money unfortunately.

Lovely hotel with great selection of food throughout the day.
Drinks, beer and bottled cocktails evening entertainment always fun.
Like other reviews some of the rooms are a little tired (see the shower pic) plus they've got to get rid of the covid stickers ... such a depressing reminder of horrible times.
Staff lovely and front desk always there to help.
Yes we would rebook
