All I can say is this hotel is the furthest thing from 5 star. 3 star at a push, I’ve travelled the world and this doesn’t come close to 5star. I don’t know who gave them this rating. The rooms stink of egg , the food is absolutely diabolical, the pool toilets are absolutely filthy, the exterior is falling apart, you can’t even get pool towels because they never have any to give you. The staff just look at you like you’re from space anytime you have anything to complain about. Honestly avoid if you’re expecting luxury because you won’t get it. The saving grace is we spent everyday out all day in beautiful Olu deniz which is actually incredible, the only thing saving this hotel is the location.

Amazing location with incredible views! I appreciate the efforts of the staff enormously, they went above and beyond to cater to my needs, they are so friendly and helpful for this I will forever be grateful. I also booked a package deal for the spa which was so relaxing, the women here are exceptionally good at their jobs and their character overall add to the peaceful environment. For the food it is self service and they provide a range with multilingual labels which I think is great. There is a lot of different facilities within the hotel. The beach is a short travel from the hotel as is the cable car and a local town.

I payed only 18€ a night. Given the price and the 5* I got what I expected: a run down place with most facilities out of operation. The view from the balcony was very nice though. Coffee at the breakfast Buffet is based on Instant Powder. I only had pre-packaged spreads on white bread for breakfast, as I was afraid that the cleanliness of the kitchen has the same low standard as my hotel room.

Absolutely STUNNING
I went to this hotel in June last year and it was the best hotel I have ever been to. The food tasted like heaven. The pools were PERFECT and the experience was awesome. I’ve been to many hotels (all in Turkey) and none of them takes garcias spot. :)

Such a shame that this place doesn't live up to the expectation. Definitely a n Insta v reality moment. The view from the hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful (but would do better giving information out, before having to ask e.g how to get pool towels, restaurant opening times etc.
The really disappointing bit is that half the pools and the pool bar are closed and being worked on while guest are trying to make the most of their stay. The food is average with very few meat options and mainly luke warm.
The rooms are cleanish with lovely big balcony but there is a strange smell in the bathroom, water is slow to drain, the room keeps getting wafts of cigarette smoke in it and you can hear everything around you.
The spa is desperate for a make over. Think my local public swimming pool was more appealing before they closed it for a refurb 🫣. There are lose floorboards, plaster patches and peeling paint everywhere and the place feels a but eery on your own as its so quiet and dark.
Thankfully the weather is lovely this week so we can make do but can't help feel there is such wasted potential at this hotel.
Come if you want a basic base with an amazing view and efes beer on tap but don't think you're coming to 5star luxury or you'll be very disappointed 😕
