Loved our stay at green nature. The rooms were a bit smaller than imagined but functional. They were also tidy but didn't think they were adequately cleaned. The bathroom was the cleanest part of the room. Food there was always a variety of food and different each day. The had a theme for each night in the main buffet hall. Outside was a lot of different grilled meat and fish as well as pizzas. Reception staff were friendly. Waiting staff were really friendly and helpful. Engaged in conversations which was nice. Kids club is good my children loved for all the days we used the service. They did the t shirt painting and neon disco etc. Their spa is 10/10 I loved the experience. The massage and facial is well worth every penny spent. Staff in the spa were friendly, respectful and very helpful. The on site shop is a bit overpriced for certain things better to buy outside the resort if needed or bring extra from home(£25 for sun screen is extortionate). Overall I enjoyed my stay here and I wouldn't mind staying there again in the future.

I visited this hotel end on August. We arrived there late at night and the hotel reception staff was absolutely rude. We were given very bad rooms with horrendous views which I kicked off about. We got changed in the morning to the pool views which I was happy about. The food at this hotel was atrocious it was very bland with no taste at all. I ate out throughout my stay there and didn’t even bother waking up for breakfast. The sun beds was held by stupid o clock of a morning which gave others no chance of having a bed. This needs to stop as it’s not fair on others staying there who would like a chance. The reception staff are very bad and need to be reconsidered as that’s the first point of contact whereas the rest of the hotel staff are so polite and helpful. The WiFi kept cutting out which was very annoying. The room cleaning was not very great but did get some every day. The beds had a very thin and small blankets to cover up in at night which made me freeze to death at night as it was too hot if u had no AC on. For the price I paid I could have been a lot better and the hotel is very back dated for decor. I’m not sure if I would want to return back there again.

Tidy location. Plenty of food options. Good drinks. Friendly staff. Very pleasant stay. There are extra activities you can book. We enjoyed a trip to turtle beach and a safari-4x4 jeep tour.

It's not really a hotel for young couples because, during the season, it's full of parents with small children. Our room wasn't very spacious, it felt quite cramped, and the internet was extremely poor, barely allowing you to send a message to your family. The food is excellent, with a little bit of everything for everyone, even for vegetarians if someone prefers that kind of diet. The pools are medium-sized and mostly crowded with children, so forget about peaceful swimming. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

This is the best hotel ever when I used to. The reception was welcoming and friendly and quick check and booking. We arrived at 8 o'clock but they said going quickly for dinner and we sorted it out after the rest of things. The rooms are very clean ,spacious, and the airconditioning works well. The dining room was big enough, and the food was amazing every day various breakfast ,lunch and dinner ,lots of choices. They are cleaning and keep tidying all areas. The waitress was so kind. The pool area is big enough and a lot of umbrellas and sunbeds around the 2 pools. The entertainment team was so good, every day and evening was different. I can't tell you any imperfections. I really recommend trying this hotel.
