We went as a family of three and our stay at the hotel was excellent.Staff was good and friendly. The pool area was massive and had loads of lounging chairs. It had water slides and multiple kids pool for toddlers. The hotel was very clean and the staff was always cleaning.the room was spacious but you get what you paid for. The buffet food changes every night due to that nights theme. The cakes look and tasted amazing. Drinks where always available throughout the day and night and so was ice-cream and cake. Overall we had a good stay and would return again.

We went in May last year (2023) and had a fantastic time. The reps can be a bit pushy to do some of the excursions but not too bad (not as bad as the town!) the actual spa they have is amazing and finished off to a very high standard, we had a full Turkish Spa, full body musk, massage and a facial, it's their complete package and at £60 it's well worth it! It would be far more than twice that in the UK! The evening entertainment I'm told was good but that's not my sort of thing so I can't comment. Lots of excursions you can do, one we did was a scuba dive full day excursion, no experience necessary, got some amazing photos and had a great time. The food is varied and very nice, can't complain. Rooms are cool in temperature, large and have a nice balcony.

We’re not very fussy and didn’t expect much for what we paid so if you want an honest review then this is it. Firstly we noticed our air conditioning didn’t work, it just blew hot air. Then we noticed the toilet leaked all over the floor everytime you flushed (we also heard someone checking out saying there’s was the same and they’d been to reception loads to get it repaired but to no avail). After we all showered we noticed the shower also leaked so the bathroom floor was getting disgusting. After visiting the reception 11 times over the next 3 days, we’d had 5 visits for the leaking toilet and shower and only 1 visit for the air con. It took a complaint to the Jet2 rep to actually have a good look and then they decided to fit a new toilet which still leaked. We’re still without air conditioning and our room is directly above the terrace with loud music until around 1am. We have a 1 year old that wakes up if we have the balcony door open for fresh air so we’re forced to sit in a sauna, shes a really good sleeper (even on holidays, this is her 5th time abroad) but she wakes up sweating & crying through the night and is absolutely soaked on a morning. We’ve mention this countless times, even said we want to move rooms and they keep saying they’ll send someone but rarely do. We don’t care about the leaks anymore, we just want the air con fixing so we can all get some sleep. We’ve now given up trying to get another room or the air conditioning working. We came to get away and relax as we really needed the break from working so much etc. but after 4 sleepless nights and 3 days of constant reception visits & waiting in for repair men. I just want to go home so we can all get a good nights sleep. First impressions were lovely, clean and looks well maintained on the surface. Constant food & ice cream available even though the food is average just like any other all inclusive, although I’ve found the food warmers don’t keep the food hot so it’s all Luke warm at best. The choice of drinks included is very good too. I’d recommend the hot chocolates and all the kids seemed to love those too. The slides, pools and entertainment were fantastic, really good for the kids.

Great hotel and complex. Food and service amazing. Staff lovely . Marmaris has some good shops. Grand Bazaar in the town like an Indoor market which is good. Weather lively
