A great hotel with 3 pools one quite one for adults. Food is good with plenty of variety each day. Staff are very good getting you drinks in the evenings. Great shopping in the local shops plus the mall and cheap too. You can hop on a bus for 80p and go to most places and they run all day and night. Would definitely go back

Myself, my boyfriend and mum came to this resort and we loved it! The entertainment team particularly Alfie and Charlie were amazing! So funny and enthusiastic and spent some genuine time with us! They both work very hard and tirelessly day in and day out! We would happily recommend the hotel and maybe even be back in the future!

Just had an excellent family holiday, great hotel with great staff and excellent food. Highly recommend the Turkish Bath and massage deal. Only negative was the bathroom could have been bigger in the family room, down to having a wife and two teenage girls meant I could never get in and when I did I couldn't swing a cat! Room was cleaned daily and balcony was huge, would recommend staying 👌

We have just returned from a 7 day stay at this hotel in the middle of May. The hotel itself was very clean, spacious and very well catered for in terms of food, drink and facilities with 5 swimming pools, several bars and plenty of seating areas and sun loungers available. A beach area is also readily available, a short minute walk from the rear of the hotel. The hotel also has its own spa, hair salon, tattoo studio as well as a small supermarket and gift shop. The room itself was also very clean and spacious, with a great view over a pool (albeit the neighbouring hotel.) Although there was noise from music and the pool, as one would expect, it was not overly intrusive or disruptive. The room featured the usual TV, phone to reception and a balcony which was very pleasing to sit on, the fridge was a welcome bonus too. The food was delicious and of good quality for all-inclusive and offered a wide variety of local and international cuisine. There are also two a la carte restaurants at the front and rear of the complex, however these are not included in the all inclusive. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, as well as very hardworking, nothing was too much effort. My only real criticisms were the noise from the housekeeping staff from 0800, I appreciate that it is not always a quiet job but I'm not convinced the shouting is entirely necessary, the second being a foul smell coming from the 'seaside bar' which was somewhat off-putting at times. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The evening food was a buffet and not to our liking, but the snack bar and breakfast was good. Good location and close to beach. Nice rooms. Great pools. Daytime entertainers were very enthusiastic. Lovely spa
