For all inclusive holidays you will be surprised what actually is included. We had to pay for that and other things what we thought was included but don’t be fooled. If you want drink on the beach forget about it (bring bag of gold or be prepared to travel back to hotel and carry them with you. And trust me you need a lot of them as quantity of alcohol is non existent).Management don’t care you can talk to them and they will tell you what you want to hear but nothing will change. They will promise you things what are far fetch from reality but don’t be daft you will never see them. For me hotel too crowded even in the end of the season, scared to think how things look in the peak where hotel is very busy. The service was mainly focusing on quantity rather than quality including food drinks. Staff are friendly and I meet here some nice people. Value is less than 5 stars although it’s listed as a 5-star hotel is not. Platinum is a big word to use here what in real life reflect bronze. Rooms are outdated and definitely not a five star . Not recommend at all and definitely not gonna stay there again . For my first trip to Turkey that was as totally disappointing experience.

Wonderful stay, staff were really 1st class! They're paid poorly so remember to tip daily or weekly!
Everything spotlessly clean, beds so comfy. Rooms have views over the pool and a little sea view or over the main road.

Excellent location for shops, night life and of course the beach. Food was amazing and cooked very well. Staff were always polite and very helpful. Rooms were perfect, cleaned daily with fresh towels put out everyday. Would not think twice about returning.

I’ve noticed another post from a honeymoon couple. We are still here until 31/10/23.
The hotel is not bad at all. The room we have been in is not great, the toilet sounds like it’s going to fall off the wall, The fridge isn’t working and it’s just not worth anywhere near worth what we have been charged for the week. We were told that they would do something and they haven’t.
The biggest issue is that they are charging us for a full 8 days and are Starting to shut down, there’s a reduction in the drinks menu and certain meal items already and we still have another 2 days. It’s really frustrating and it’s unacceptable. I’m not just blaming the Hotel as TUI booked the trip for us. But I don’t think I’ll reuse either.
I’m not posting any other pictures as I’m ready to leave and have not enjoyed the holiday. Marmaris is fantastic and I’d definitely recommend visiting, just not this Hotel.

This hotel was brilliant. Although we wanted adults only, this hotel was alright and its brilliant for families. Our room was facing the main road and was noisy if doors were open, but it was ok and bearable, and had a wonderful view. The food is great, staff very helpful. The hotel has a lovely contemporary design. Has its own private beach of which I must warn you that you have to walk through a little bit of wasteland, of which could benefit from night lighting. Our flight was not till after 12am, we had to vacate our room in the morning, but the hotel allowed us to store our case and also have food and drink up until we left. We rented a bike and did some sight seeing. This was so much fun and I recommend this. We will definitely return to this hotel and there was so much of Marmaris we didn't see. Also have to mention the Wellness area for sauna and massages, highy recommend it. You pay separately for this, but it's worth it. I actually had the pool to myself whilst hubby had a massage.
