First time staying at this hotel, I've always wanted to stay here since walking past when I was in marmaris a few years ago 🤣 it didn't disappoint, walking through the doors you can tell it looks like a 5 star hotel straight away, friendly staff and super clean, checked in absolutely fine no issues, food and drink served all throughout the day, there is a bar in the lobby area although minimal seating and gets busy fast, bar downstairs by the pool area and another in the 16+ area which is around the back to the side of the hotel so child free zone but does get breezy in this area we found (it was April mind) 🤣 the pool was absolutely freezing but once you got used to it, it was lovely 😍, everything was very clean and the staff were constantly on the go, never seen them take a break... People pleasers as always in Turkey, so friendly and couldn't do more for you, the downfalls like most hotels were people reserving sunbeds from stupid o clock... However the staff will help you if you ask them to help with getting you some sunbeds so don't panic.. just Brits being noobs as usual 🤣 there are signs though that state to not reserve before 8am and if left unattended for more than 2 hours they will remove your stuff so be wary if you are one of those people that do this. There is a photographer at this hotel (two of them) and honestly the photographer was absolutely AMAZING and we had such a laugh when doing them (it was our honeymoon) so it was a must but honestly well worth it! The food was good nothing to complain about - ample choice and different by the day 💓😊 I would 110% stay here again, the only downfall was the lack of entertainment whilst we were there but then again we were 'just out of season' and I believe their entertainment team had left a week before we got there according to the entertainment team on Facebook due to a disagreement so that could be why we had lack of entertainment for the first week.. but there is plenty of other places to visit and go to within a short walking distance. I had the best 10 nights stay and don't have much to complain about tbh, the rooms were clean, the hotel was clean and the only downside was Brits reserving sunbeds and the shower wasn't as powerful as it could have been. I will definitely be back!! 💓

The Hotel is very modern looking and clean Our room was clean but a bit on the small side with limited storage space and not enough lighting The food on the whole was good but the restaurant can be very noisy especially at evening meal The Hotel caters mainly for families and is chaotic around the main pool areas with very loud music and children running around. The adult only relax pool is a must for couples.who want to get away from the chaos at the main pool and Alex the barman is very good and welcoming and serves you at your lounger. In the afternoon and evening we used the seaside bar for drinks. Ozlem Mum deserves special praise she works very hard and is friendly with everyone remembering their favourite drinks and always takes time to ask how you are and chat On the whole it is a good Hotel but very noisy and echoing in communal area and.pool

Great hotel situated close to the city with friendly professional staff. Thoroughly recommended as it has programmes for all ages with great swimming pools and 5 minute walk to the sea.

I was on the hotel for 7 days! I like the yard, it has bars, a lot of pools! For five stars hotel It has minuses! The rooms are very small for 3 people. The lighting in the rooms was very dim! On to the food It was good, but not perfect. The staff was very good. They were very kind with guests! They did their job very well! In general it was very well! It’s so beautiful! The location is top!

I've never been all-inclusive, but I didn't think it was my kind of holiday But blue bay, you have converted me. We stayed in apartment 3404, rooms clean and spacious beds really comfy Housekeeping... our lady was fantastic thank you for looking after us. Spent a lot of time at the relax pool. Alex the bar man was the best kept the place pours a good beer. Thank you. Food was excellent good choice every day. Serving staff work damn harm. All in all I had a great time.
