We went on Sunday for brunch. This is the third or fourth time but on this occasion we were very disappointed with the selection of food choice. No mezes, bread was a limited selection although it was previously great. One lit of sweets went out around 12 o'clock and it was swiftly devoured by one family. There was no replacement for the duration of our visit. The hot food on offer was cooked within an inch of it's life and ended up very dry. There was more salt in the stir fry chicken than in the red sea lol. Altogether not a great experience. On two minds whether we would return. By the way, for information it was 650tl per person. This is an update from my last visit a month ago. We decided to try Marti again today to see if management had Indeed listened and reviewed their food selection and quality. What a difference! Back to their old style and much to the appreciation of our friends and I. A lot more selection and the deserts etc were great. Everything was topped up and plenty of chai and coffee on offer. The guitarist playing in the background was amazing , so talented .Thank you management for bringing back the old Marti quality. Keep up the good work. We will be back to see you.

We had a beautiful suite which was very clean and the room had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We also took our dog who was welcomed with treats and dog bowls. We had a great view of the pool and the sea. The spa was fairly priced so we went twice! All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back amd stay longer next time.

Don't believe all the bad reviews some people try to hold the hotel to ransom.. we are in room 216. With a stunning sea view and a L shape sofa, very clean and easy access to everything... Yet the last person here wrote a terrible review of the this room. Yes a lamp shade had a split in it.. the shower door on the outside has sealent on it.. but not dirt and certainly not fit for use... This hotel is stunning beautiful and clean lovely beach you can eat from 7:30 to 00:00 unlimited water and coffee around the clock. Various cocktails and drinks included.. Food is international catering no pork.. Muslim country.. but you not starve.. kids meals chips and spaghetti for breakfasts I know buts it kids heaven .. on the whole they try to please different tastes..

We come here every year and every year we leave with no disappointment! The staff are absolutely lovely, Semanur is so attentive and always makes sure to go out of her way to get exactly what you like. Every single staff member including the bar staff, waiters/waitresses, room service etc are phenomenal and treat you with the upmost respect. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! It’s the best hotel in marmaris/icmeler without fault. We look forward to coming here every year! Thank you for an amazing stay, every single time!!

This is the third year that we have visited this hotel and it was the worst year, We will not be returning which is a shame as we do love this hotel, but for the cost it is not worth it when you eat out most days due to the poor food. The rooms were not cleaned properly maybe 2-3 times within the 2 weeks that we stayed, we had to find toilet roll ourselves and towels in the 1st week as the cleaners didnt understand what we were asking, even though we held the item up that we needed. There was no problems with the room after we got moved, just the lack of cleaning. We asked to be moved as the rooms were tiny, beds like sleeping on cement, low ceilings on balcony so hit heads when went outside. Out main complaint was the Food, it was awful, it was the same food every night, Fish, Fish & More Fish. Oh and chicken nuggets chips & pizza. The variety of food was horiffic, it was the same every night! It was cold and under cooked, meaning we eat out most nights costing us alot of money. We did raise this with the hotel staff when asked for feedback. The Cleanliness has also gone down this year, the glasses from the bar were always filthy, lemon pips and syrup still in the glasses, they need more bar staff on the lobby bar as it was a mess and they were too rushed. Last year the Mexican A La carte was included in the cost of the hotel, this year it was chargable. However you can have Turkish food. I do need to praise the bar staff they are all so polite and friendly which is hard considering how busy they are. This is not a 5 star resort anymore, i would rate it a 3* at best. The only thing that sets this hotel apart from others is the pool areas, however that doesn need some attention to the tiles in the pool, getting very old & tired. Very disapointing.
