This is the third year that we have visited this hotel and it was the worst year, We will not be returning which is a shame as we do love this hotel, but for the cost it is not worth it when you eat out most days due to the poor food. The rooms were not cleaned properly maybe 2-3 times within the 2 weeks that we stayed, we had to find toilet roll ourselves and towels in the 1st week as the cleaners didnt understand what we were asking, even though we held the item up that we needed. There was no problems with the room after we got moved, just the lack of cleaning. We asked to be moved as the rooms were tiny, beds like sleeping on cement, low ceilings on balcony so hit heads when went outside. Out main complaint was the Food, it was awful, it was the same food every night, Fish, Fish & More Fish. Oh and chicken nuggets chips & pizza. The variety of food was horiffic, it was the same every night! It was cold and under cooked, meaning we eat out most nights costing us alot of money. We did raise this with the hotel staff when asked for feedback. The Cleanliness has also gone down this year, the glasses from the bar were always filthy, lemon pips and syrup still in the glasses, they need more bar staff on the lobby bar as it was a mess and they were too rushed. Last year the Mexican A La carte was included in the cost of the hotel, this year it was chargable. However you can have Turkish food. I do need to praise the bar staff they are all so polite and friendly which is hard considering how busy they are. This is not a 5 star resort anymore, i would rate it a 3* at best. The only thing that sets this hotel apart from others is the pool areas, however that doesn need some attention to the tiles in the pool, getting very old & tired. Very disapointing.

5 star service from start to finish. Our 4th time visiting our family at the Marti, a huge thank you to our great friend Ahmet Aydin for looking after us as always and ensuring we have the best holiday and a beautiful room. Just the best hotel manger who’s service is 5*. We will miss you and the great banter my friend. Sevim our very special friend, just the most lovely and kind hearted lady you could want to meet. Ozzy, Anil, Dogram, semanur, Okam, and all the bar staff you guys are the best. Alex, Bettie,DJ,Marley,yuri. What an entertainment team!! We loved our time with you all Ramazam the most lovely gentleman and all the restaurant and kitchen staff And all the staff round the hotel, everyone works so hard to make sure you have the best time possible The hotel is stunning and location gorgeous, it’s a hotel you must add to your list to visit!!

The Marti resort as been a very relaxing holiday. The staff have been very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The animation team has put on excellent performances and shows. However, don’t get the crazy frog dance in the afternoon. Uygar of the entertainment team is always happy and smiling and encourages all hotel guests to get up and dance to the live music. 🎵

Lovely hotel, great character. Clean hotel and room. Amazing clean pools, lots of sun beds. Private beach. Spacious rooms great view from balcony, comfy beds. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Would recommend and would book again.

Overall amazing holiday here at the MARTI Resort, it was our first time to Turkey and an experience to remember, We will be coming back! When we first arrived there was a mix up with the rooms but were very quick to react in rectifying. The hotel is in a great location with ease of access all across Icmeler and Marmaris with plenty of activities and excursion to suit your preferences. A big part of our experience was heightened by the wonderful bar staff especially in the evening at Physkos Bar and the proactive entertainment staff with the best evening entertainment shows we've seen at an all inclusive before, prepare yourselves for the hilarious bingo bongo nights! Also a special shout out to the spa run by Danny, services were excellent and staff very accommodating and relaxing. The Turkish Bath is a must try I would recommend to all. Only downside for us is the hotel is rather old so a few issues with the rooms arose with some sockets not working and such but nothing pivotal for us.
