The Jiva Beach Resort all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast in the main restaurant (7am to 11am)
  • Late breakfast in the main restaurant (10am to 11am)
  • Lunch in the main Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Dinner in the main restaurant (7pm to 9pm)
  • A la carte snack food service at the snack corner (12noon to 4.30pm)
  • Ice cream available 2 hours a day at the ice cream corner
  • Patisserie at the Lukka Lounge 24 hours a day
  • Local drinks, including soft drinks, concentrated fruit juices, beer, wine, tea and herbal tea served at the pool bar (10am to 12midnight), the Lagoon Bar (10am to 12midnight), the main restaurant (during mealtimes, drinks will be served at your table), the Lukka Lounge (24 hours a day) and at the Caria Disco (days and hours of operation depend on the season)
  • Beach towels
  • Aerobics, darts, boccia, beach volleyball, table tennis, fitness, mini golf and mini football
  • Access to the Turkish bath, sauna, steam room and indoor relax pool
  • Access to the water slides (10am to 12noon and 2pm to 4pm)

Lovely hotel. Lovely grounds. Cannot fault the hotel in any way. Tayfun in main restaurant is superb! (As are all the other staff) quick and attentive clearing plates and asking if we need anything, always says hello and makes sure we are taken care of. Our second time here and hopefully will be back in the future. Always plenty of space around the slide pool (our favourite). Qr codes on the beach is a lovely addition to the hotel. Management should be proud of their staff.

We have stayed at Jiva Beach Resort 7 times now. We are never disappointed! The rooms are always spotless and have extremely comfortable beds, the service of all the staff is excellent (everyone is so welcoming and helpful) and the location of the resort is incredible. Being able to spend the day at the pool and then walk 30 seconds to the beach is ideal. The gym at the resort has all the latest equipment and the spa includes a sauna, steam room. Highly recommended the Jiva package. Thank you to all the staff members for making all of the times we’ve stayed here so relaxed and welcoming. I’d like to give a special mention to Cemil for always being extremely helpful :)

I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for the beautiful surprise they prepared for my friend’s birthday. Despite the payment issues, the staff showed incredible kindness, understanding, and professionalism — the cake, the decorations, and the atmosphere in the room were absolutely wonderful! This kind of guest care proves that there are passionate and warm-hearted people behind this place. I truly recommend this hotel — for their empathy, attention to detail, and outstanding service. This place is great, the food is really good quality, lots of choice and very fresh. They invest in the evening entertainment, we've been here for a little over a week so far, and all the shows have been very impressive and worth seeing. The staff, from the maids to the ground keepers, are polite and want to help you have a great stay. This place is one we really must come back to. If you're looking for a place in Turkey, I think this one should be on your list.

It’s our second time in Jiva and they didn’t disappoint us. It was an amazing stay, they are developing every year. Excellent job, the staff are more than welcoming they are available wherever you are looking to make your stay incredible. The facility exceeded my expectations, I don’t know how to start but everything you may dream of is there. Yoga, Pilates , gym, pool activities, live music by beach, night show, business corner, beach sports, definitely different cuisine restaurants, kids club, movie. Special thanks to Umit for facilitating our check in and upgrading our room. I can’t forget the great job of Guest relations team, very professional special thanks to Koray.
