The Jiva Beach Resort all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast in the main restaurant (7am to 11am)
  • Late breakfast in the main restaurant (10am to 11am)
  • Lunch in the main Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Dinner in the main restaurant (7pm to 9pm)
  • A la carte snack food service at the snack corner (12noon to 4.30pm)
  • Ice cream available 2 hours a day at the ice cream corner
  • Patisserie at the Lukka Lounge 24 hours a day
  • Local drinks, including soft drinks, concentrated fruit juices, beer, wine, tea and herbal tea served at the pool bar (10am to 12midnight), the Lagoon Bar (10am to 12midnight), the main restaurant (during mealtimes, drinks will be served at your table), the Lukka Lounge (24 hours a day) and at the Caria Disco (days and hours of operation depend on the season)

We loved this hotel, and will definitely come back! The girl on reception when we checked in was so kind to us and upgraded our room as we wanted to be away from a noisy crowd. In fact all the staff in the restaurant and the housekeeping staff are also lovely and will do anything they can to help! The food in the restaurant and drinks in the bar are nice and they had a good variety. Hotel is on a beautiful beach with entertainment for kids and adults alike and an in house club. Entertainment was lively and enjoyable!

We like the hotel resort, however it’s definitely not a 5 star hotel, it needs a lot of maintenance works done to the hotel, some refub. The ceilings have wire coming out, broken staircase? Limited toilets, it needs to have a beach toilet facility. Food and service is good. The beach is so beautiful. View is second to none. You do need ear plugs if you prefer to go to bed before midnight. The night entertainment will keep you up. And the staff seems to like pushing the trolley in the mid night, all I can hear is glass and plates noise. Struggle to have an early night.

We have recently visited jiva beach resort for 11 night and we had an amazing time. The hotel, food, service, location, staff, entertainment was all 5*. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. Some days we went out and visited different towns and it wasn’t far on the electric scooters. At jiva there was a wide selection of foods and drinks which we highly enjoyed. Anyone thinking about this hotel, I’d definitely recommend it.

Great family holiday. First all inclusive and it was a good holiday, the food was amazing with lots of choice for the meals and throughout the day in the various bars and with excellent entertainment throughout the day with pool entertainment with games on the beach and in the pool along with entertainment in the evenings. The cleaning staff were superb with an excellent job they really went all out to create a good guest experience

What a beautiful and well kept resort. Could really not fault anything. Check in was quick with Hakan being very nice and helpful throughout our stay. All other staff very kind too. The food was amazing with a wide variety throughout the day. Rooms clean, entertainment fab, could go on and on. The only snag which isn't a major fault was I couldn't swim as the water was too cold. Heated pools may resolve this issue but other than this, would gladly go back again.
