Nothing is perfect but heck this resort comes pretty close. We had the swim up room which I highly recommend as really changes your experience having a pool at your door step. The water was cold even on a 30 degree day but you just have to adjust your body to it. The buffet food was exceptional and plentiful and so was the drinks. I think what stood out most was the nightly entertainment that kept you excited for the night to come. You can see the entertainment team really put in a lot of effort to source the best performances. Having stayed at other resorts we were quite surprised the quality of the entertainment. Would probably come back to this again one day. 3 nights was a perfect amount of time for us. Just don't expect perfection and you'll have a great time. For example the flooring in our room was warped and lifting in one spot because I imagine people leave puddles of water in the room. It's not a huge resort but that's not a bad thing as there's not too much walking and there is always a bar close by. Beds and pillow are firm and you can ask them to put a foam layer on top of the mattress which helps.

This was our second holiday at Jiva beach hotel. Just as fantastic as our first one. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. The food is extremely tasty and everyone is catered for. Our room was very nice, cleaned daily by very lovely ladies. Bar staff at all bars were brilliant, a big shout out to the gentleman that sells you wine in the restaurant and the evening staff in the lukka bar, chichin. Fantastic time we've had. Definitely recommend Jiva beach hotel x

Simply an excellent Hotel and resort I find it difficult to criticise any aspect of my stay. Rooms, staff, and the food of which all was prepared and cooked on site was excellent. The al a cart evening dinner was without doubt the best of the stay. I would however like to point out that the lack of sunbeds around the pool was disappointing, all taken by 7.00am. This did not affect my stay as I prefer the beach, which is not golden sand. All things considered I would recommend this Hotel and perhaps will return.

If you are looking for the perfect relaxing holiday Jiva is the place to be. Everything is amazing !! We did find the beds too hard but once mentioned we received mattress toppers straight away x food and drink 24 hours a day. I've split my review into multiple sections so you can find the part you are looking for! I hope this helps: Room - If you're considering booking a swim up room, please know it is freezing cold - even in 27 degree weather. A swim up would be a better choice in extremely hot months. The public heated pool was much better. Reception staff deal with any room issues very fast, the rooms are perfect and modern with good facilities. Food - The food can be poorly labelled sometimes and it's hard knowing if dishes are vegetarian. Having a V on the labels would make a huge difference. Desserts were always spot on. If your child will only eat pizza and chips, this is the resort for you as they are constantly out. It would be great if some chicken nuggets were available during dinner and tea for kids. And hashbrowns at breakfast would also be a really good addition. Entertainment - The concerts were really fun, vibrant and loud. DJ Iron was everyone's favourite we would've loved to have him on every single night! understand why some people complain about the noise, however they always stopped at 11pm so this is reasonable. Space and location - Huge and spacious! Staff are very helpful with directions. The location of the hotel is perfect and close to loads of places, the nearest town is exactly 3 minutes in a taxi. Staff - All lovely and professional, fast and efficient service, even the cleaners were really respectful and would always check if we wanted a mini bar fill up. We had waiters take drink orders for us from both around the public pool and at our swim up room we absolutely loved this service! 10/10 Cleanliness - always really clean. Staff do a really good job keeping everywhere spotless. Room cleaners cleaned extremely fast and to an incredible standard. Beach - really nice and clean, security guard outside hotel at all times and lifeguard constantly on duty. Safe swim zones marked and sun loungers always available. Trips - there's a button outside the hotel you can press which brings a taxi directly to the door. This is a great service. There's a board outside hotel which tells you how much lira it costs to get to different locations. You will never be over charged. Salon - lovely staff and reasonably priced services. Definitely recommend getting your nails done here. WiFi - Even locals told us the best WiFi in Fethiye goes to this hotel and they aren't wrong it's incredibly fast! We had no issues at all. Overall this resort is outstanding and beautiful, anyone rating lower than 5 stars has unreachably high standards. If you're stuck between chosing this hotel or a cheaper one, I can assure you this hotel is worth the extra couple of hundred pounds. Thankyou so much Jiva! We will be returning in future
