The Jiva Beach Resort all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast in the main restaurant (7am to 11am)
  • Late breakfast in the main restaurant (10am to 11am)
  • Lunch in the main Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Dinner in the main restaurant (7pm to 9pm)
  • A la carte snack food service at the snack corner (12noon to 4.30pm)
  • Ice cream available 2 hours a day at the ice cream corner
  • Patisserie at the Lukka Lounge 24 hours a day
  • Local drinks, including soft drinks, concentrated fruit juices, beer, wine, tea and herbal tea served at the pool bar (10am to 12midnight), the Lagoon Bar (10am to 12midnight), the main restaurant (during mealtimes, drinks will be served at your table), the Lukka Lounge (24 hours a day) and at the Caria Disco (days and hours of operation depend on the season)

From the minute we arrived late at 1am we were treated to exceptional service. The staff were so welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay memorable. From the stunning beach views to the numerous bars we could not find a fault with this hotel. The previous year we spent more than double on a trip to Mexico and this far exceeded the quality. We are already planning on returning next year. We upgraded to a swim up room after 3 days, whilst not the largest of rooms they were incredibly well looked after with the added bonus of drinks service to our personal sun beds. Tayfun was there 6 days a week and made our stay memorable personal service, friendly, funny and would do whatever ever he could to go above and beyond what was needed. We spent many an evening at the pool bar where despite being busy Mihriban always remembered our drinks and was so personable and had time to chat. Even making our favourite cocktails that weren't on the menu. Sunset sessions at the beach bar were highlight of the day. The buffet was of high quality with so many options and a different theme every night. We dined at all 3 a la carte restaurants and found them all to be exceptional with the Asian restaurant being our personal favourite. Compared to other all inclusive resorts we stayed in, additional ala carte nights were only £15 each and decent bottles of wine were reasonably priced. The hotel was so enjoyable that we rarely ventured off site. We are looking forward to our visit next year.

This hotel is our favourite we've been too ever and we've been too alot. The beach bar and entertainment make it even better. Listening to amazing singers whilst having a cocktail in the sun is heaven. All the staff are friendly. The food is amazing. The coffee is amazing when you go to the 24/7 bar. In the restaurant it is just machine coffee but I can live with that when the rest is so good. The spa and gym are very good for a hotel gym.

From the moment we walked in, everything about this place exceeded expectations. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with just the right mix of comfort and elegance. But the real star of the show was the food — every bite was a masterpiece. Service was impeccable — attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely friendly. Our server gave thoughtful recommendations and clearly had a passion for the menu. I had the grilled lamb steak, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Cooked to absolute perfection, the lamb was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. The grill brought out a beautiful smoky char that complemented the natural richness of the meat without overpowering it. The seasoning was spot-on — simple yet effective — allowing the quality of the lamb to shine. It was served with a side that balanced the dish perfectly (whether it was roasted vegetables, creamy potatoes, or something else, it all came together beautifully). The portion size was generous, the plating was elegant, and the service throughout the meal was friendly and attentive. It’s clear that real care went into preparing the dish. We've just had a 5 night stay at Jiva beach, in a beautiful swim up room. We instantly regretted not booking for longer. The complex is beautiful, the staff really cannot do enough for you, from the qr code for poolside drinks, to the attentive food service, we could not fault what Jiva Beach offers. The beach bar offers a beautiful setting to watch stunning sunsets, some nights there is loud music till late, but this didnt bother us. The beach is a shingle/pebble beach, but having sand is down to personal preference. We had everything we needed and our own space at the swim up so didn't really use the beach. It was probably the most perfect holiday we have had 10/10 recommend it if you want to have a seamless, peaceful break away!

I have been here 6 days, staying for 8, food is very basic as in same stuff, repeated, noting really stands out, except for the food at the van on the beach, very very nice, went for dinner on the roof top, absolute let down, order lamb shank and it was vile, more fat than meat and came with 1 small carrot and 1 small aubergine and on a bed of what I can only call porridge like substance, rotten, not alot of choice on the menu either, the staff were outstanding, only good thing about it. Oh and ask for extra mash to have with my lamb and came out on a side plate and just lumpy and cold, had a cold cup of english tea after with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Had to go to Lucca cafe for cake and hot tea. The staff are amazing on the entire hotel, really really lovely, the entertainment is excellent, 10 out of 10, only 1 pool is warm the rest are freezing cold, especially for the kids and elderly. The karaoke, the African singers was excellent, I would definitely come back, I even spoke with people who have come a few times and said this year the food was a let down. Food needs to be looked at especially for picky eaters, it's needs to be different each day. Other than that all around excellent holiday, will definitely be back.
