My recent stay at Fortune Grand Opening hotel was far from satisfactory. From the inadequate air conditioning to the dismal bathroom facilities, it was a sickening experience that left much to be desired.One of the glaring issues was the ineffective air conditioning system. Despite the scorching temperatures outside, the AC in the room failed to provide relief, leaving the atmosphere uncomfortably warm and stuffy. This lack of proper climate control significantly impacted the overall comfort of the stay.The state of the bathroom was another major letdown. From cleanliness concerns to malfunctioning fixtures, it was clear that the maintenance of this essential space was severely lacking. The lack of attention to detail in such a fundamental aspect of the hotel experience was disappointing and unacceptable.Moreover, the general ambiance of the hotel failed to impress. The decor felt dated and uninspired, lacking the modern amenities and aesthetic appeal expected from a hotel in today's hospitality industry. It was evident that the hotel fell short in creating a welcoming and inviting environment for guests.The overall experience at Fortune Grand Opening hotel was a disheartening one. The combination of inadequate air conditioning, subpar bathroom facilities, and lackluster ambiance made it clear that this was not a place worth recommending. My kid is still sick because of this place
They dont clean the rooms
I left the hotel for 6 hours and tood them to clean
When i came back i see that they didnt do anything
Asked them why!?
He couldnt answer
So i slept on the dirt
I dont elrecommend any one with family to go there
Booking should this hotel should be fined so bad!!!

First thing that rooms are quite spacious and comfortable second location was also good
But the only problem that when you leave for longer period then staf member don't treat you better they made many face expression that is so disrespectful Iand why were they asking when is your checkout it's our choice we are paying for the room so please explain all the staf that they don't make such faces otherwise it's quite nice experience for me but the only thing that I don't like when I m wakeup and see upset face of saff member it make very negative effect whole day and when you ask for something it takes a lot time and some time they also forgot to give daily use tings and you have to ask many time for get that thing

Gym and pool was off limits for the whole duration of my stay, which was unreasonable. Plus, the female receptionist doesn’t know how to deal with guests in the right manner. Only good thing is the food options at the adjoining restaurant and its proximity to the Gold Souk.
