My stay at Avani Ibn Battuta Hotel* was truly wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what made the experience exceptional was the staff. A special thank you to **Justine** and **Neomi**. They were absolutely amazing — warm, attentive, and incredibly child-friendly. Their kindness and genuine care made us feel so welcome and relaxed, especially while traveling with a child. Hospitality like this is rare and deeply appreciated. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. ⭐

The NOISES coming from the club (social hub) on 3rd floor is EXTREMELY UNBEARABLE!!! I’m staying at very high floor and still can’t sleep at all even it’s past 1am!!!! The Music is SOOOOO LOUD that it feels like it’s coming from the next door by my room!! I’ve booked 5 nights at this hotel, and now it’s just the first night and I want to MOVE AWAY IMMEDIATELY! NO ONE can stand with this loud noises to sleep when there’s an important upcoming exhibition!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! HIGHLY suggest people who read this msg - MOVE to somewhere else!!! ————————————————- This part is written purely out of my sincere appreciation for the hotel staff and is not related to my previous review nor prompted by the management. I would like to sincerely compliment the breakfast buffet team. Nien always greets guests with a warm smile no matter how busy the restaurant is. You can truly feel his dedication and professionalism in every interaction. Justine is also very attentive and welcoming — focused on her work while making guests feel comfortable at the same time. The chef at the egg station is outstanding (forgive me that I didn’t ask his name as he’s very focused on his work and I don’t want to disturb him during work). He remains calm and organized even during long queues, takes every order efficiently, and consistently delivers perfectly cooked eggs and omelettes with precise timing. From the third morning onward, he even remembered my egg preference, which was a very thoughtful touch. The young assistant at the egg station is also very professional — you can clearly see he understands the timing well when flipping the omelettes and eggs. At check-out, Ben at the front desk carefully listened to the issue I experienced on my first night and expressed sincere apologies. His attentive attitude made me feel the hotel staff are properly trained and genuinely care about guests’ feedback. Despite my experience with the noise, I genuinely appreciate the effort and attitude of the staff. Their service added a positive note to my stay. To conclude, I would suggest the hotel management team to review the scheduling of evening activities, especially considering many guests staying here for business purposes. In addition, improving the sound insulation of the rooms, particularly the windows, would greatly enhance the guests’ experience of the hotel.

It was our first time staying in Dubai, and our experience with Avani was truly wonderful. The hotel is very close to the metro station and Ibn Battuta Mall, which offers a wide variety of shopping and dining options. Breakfast was very good. The rooms were cleaned daily and were neat and cozy. The staff at the reception, front office, and dining area were extremely helpful and welcoming. We forgot the name of the staff member who assisted us with the early morning check-in at 3:00 a.m. on 26th December, but he was very helpful and clearly explained all the facilities. Sinto from the front office was very helpful as well.
