This hotel is very good, and valuable. The location is everything if you fly from Al Maktoum airport, 20 minutes away. Also two minutes walk from the metro from the hotel. There's a huge mall just next to the hotel where you can buy anything! We loved the location 👌 hotel is clean and very good service. Especially the waiter Hope, who work fast and are very attentive and nice! Gym is quite big and has everything you need for a good workout. Pool is not heated during the winter. Very nice pool area and comfy sunbeds with towels included. Very good breakfast with many options! The beds in the room are divine, I love the soft beds and the long big pillows, also very nice to get a robe and slippers. Big water bottle everyday is complimentary in the room. There's a fridge in the room of you want to store some beverages. We will definitely come back to this hotel whenever in Dubai 🙏

I recently stayed at the Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel for a seven night business trip and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and well run the property is. The check in process was quick, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a great view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a great job maintaining everything throughout my stay. I also appreciated the small touches— welcoming gift upon arrival, complimentary bottled water and good-quality toiletries. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety: made to order omelets, freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruits, local cheeses, and even a selection of healthy options like oats, yogurts, nuts and seeds. The staff working the breakfast area were fantastic as well—attentive, friendly, and quick to help or offer recommendations. Overall, the breakfast alone makes this hotel worth returning to. Combined with comfortable rooms and excellent service, it’s an easy 5 star experience. I genuinely can’t wait to come back!

It was our first time staying in Dubai, and our experience with Avani was truly wonderful. The hotel is very close to the metro station and Ibn Battuta Mall, which offers a wide variety of shopping and dining options. Breakfast was very good. The rooms were cleaned daily and were neat and cozy. The staff at the reception, front office, and dining area were extremely helpful and welcoming. We forgot the name of the staff member who assisted us with the early morning check-in at 3:00 a.m. on 26th December, but he was very helpful and clearly explained all the facilities. Sinto from the front office was very helpful as well.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The service, food, and overall experience were of a very high standard—everything was perfect. The staff were extremely kind and professional, but we would especially like to highlight the personalized attention from Lizly and Noemi. They made sure we had everything we needed and took great care of our comfort. Thanks to their attention and dedication, we truly felt like special guests. We would happily visit the hotel again and highly recommend it. The only inconvenience was that we are a family of three and had to stay in two separate rooms, as there was no possibility for us to be accommodated in one room.
