My stay at Avani Ibn Battuta was truly exceptional. The rooms were comfortable and they had provided us with everything we needed in the room. However, what really made my experience unforgettable was the outstanding service, particularly from Mr. Famara. He went above and beyond by upgrading me to an executive room and even arranged a cake to celebrate my birthday. His attention to detail and care really made my stay special. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful rooms and exceptional hospitality!

Had an excellent stay. Room was spacious, clean and beds super comfortable with a freezing a/c if needed. Bathroom had nice amenities and rshower was powerful . Brilliant location right next to the mall for dining and was still quiet at night. Breakfast was busy at 8:00 am but this was the weekend and staff were struggling to replenish food quickly enough. Range of hot food was a little too tailored to SE Asian or Indian tastes but full range fruit, cheese, cereals, bread and pastries as well as cooked to order eggs. Far better stay than in the other hotel next door. I would definitely rebook.

Rating: 5/5 I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Avani Hotel Ibn Battuta! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right next to Ibn Battuta Mall, offering access to great shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The proximity to the metro station makes it incredibly convenient for exploring Dubai. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day. The staff was exceptional, always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was the reception, housekeeping, or dining staff, everyone made me feel welcome and valued. The pool area was relaxing and well-maintained, offering a perfect escape after a busy day. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with options to suit every taste. Overall, Avani Hotel Ibn Battuta combines luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai, whether for business or leisure. I can’t wait to return!

Great location, excellent service, and lovely staff. The housekeeping team did a good job, always on time, and made sure everything that needed to be replenished was replenished in good time. To Hilda, thank you for excellent customer care during breakfast by always helping us get a table for our team, the insights on where to visit and always making sure that we had a metered taxi waiting for us as we departed for our errands.
