My entire stay was wonderful. Mr. Ian at the reception was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, providing all the necessary information I needed and offering assistance whenever required. He also arranged a room with a lovely view. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's proximity to Ibn Battuta Mall, an amazing place where I spent much of my time exploring. The only issue I encountered was with the dining discount. I had booked directly through the hotel’s website and was informed about a dining discount. I confirmed with Mr. Ian that this discount would apply to breakfast as well. However, when I ordered breakfast to my room and confirmed the discount again, the bill was not adjusted accordingly. The waitress explained that the discount could not be applied because it was already in a discounted price. While I have no issue with paying the full amount, the inconsistent communication about the discount was disappointing.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The friendly and warm atmosphere made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great meal and excellent service!”

The hotels ambiance was lovely and we were very happy with our stay. The rooms were clean with new furniture..and amazing facilities. Kids enjoyed the pool and sun. Location was great as we were close to Ibn batuta mall. Breakfast was delicious with good variety. I was impressed by the hotel’s staff who were very helpful and kind. I would like to extend a big thank you to Mr.Ahmed who assisted us throughout our stay. He was beyond professional and polite whenever we had a request.He demonstrated excellent customer service skills. We will definitely consider this hotel for the next stay.

Maino Burn

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The weather was extremely hot during our visit, and we were grateful to receive ice delivered to our room at no extra charge. The location is incredibly convenient, with a shopping mall less than a minute's walk away. The pool and gym facilities were very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Additionally, the hotel is perfectly situated with a bus station and the Dubai Metro right in front, making it easy to explore the city.

Hotel is clean and has a nice pool. Breakfast is horrible 😫 Location is OK as its 2 stops on the metro to JBR and the Marina and also its right beside the Ibn Battuta Mall. I good stop off if you're wanting a night or two. Wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay as its well outside Dubai downtown . Its basically a premier Inn under a different name. Rooms are exactly the same . Same decor. Same beds. Same layout.same bathroom. Personally I would stay at Premier Inn as its cheaper.
