This is already my third time booking a long stay here, and I’m really happy to say that the service just keeps getting better every time. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to — it truly feels like they remember me whenever I come back. Special mention to Joju, Shoaib, and Sinto — they’ve been amazing! They’re always attentive to my requests, no matter how simple, and they never fail to help with a smile. Their professionalism and warm attitude make such a difference in making me feel at home during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a friendly atmosphere. Thank you again to the whole team for making my stay such a pleasant experience every time!

I recently stayed at Avani Ibn Battuta and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern and immaculately maintained - every area, from the lobby to the rooms and pool, are spotless and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh, flavorful options to suit every taste, and the service throughout the restaurant is attentive and warm. A special mention must go to Maya, the Duty Manager, whose professionalism and genuinely smiley attitude made my stay exceptional. From the moment I checked in, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, offering assistance with such kindness and efficiency that it immediately set the tone for a pleasant visit. Her friendly approach and dedication to guests truly stand out and reflect the high standards of the Avani brand. Cannot fault the place, 10/10

Had an amazing stay at the hotel! Milan made our experience truly exceptional with his warm hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious but there were few choices for vegitarian , and the staff ensured every need was met promptly. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, making it a perfect getaway. Thanks to the entire team for making our stay memorable — highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

The location next to the Ibn Batuta mall and metro station is the biggest plus. The first impression upon entry is that of a budget hotel as the lobby is too simple with a small desk like budget hotels. But rooms and the decor are decent enough. The cleaning is top notch and the team really takes efforts in maintaining this. The rooms have bathroom and commode separately with separate doors which is good. The space is sufficient enough. The breakfast is nice with ample spread. Two stars less for the shower experience as it's an important aspect I see in my stay anywhere. The water temperature is ok, but to conserve water, they have reduced the droplet size to make it like a misty shower and you don't feel like you are having a good shower. It cannot be adjusted at all. Water conservation is definitely good initiative, but not at shower head which was my factor of disappointment. Overall otherwise it is a decent property to stay.

This hotel is an ideal base for your trip to Dubai. Its direct location near the metro station, bus station, and plentiful taxis means you're always on your way to your destination. The hotel is a bit remote, and not in the most pleasant area (there's a power station just a stone's throw away, though that doesn't bother you). The hotel is also adjacent to a very nice shopping mall with a Carrefour, which is handy if you need anything. The breakfast is extensive, the rooms are very clean, the staff is super friendly, and there's always a spot at the pool with a pool bar. Please note that the hotel has limited amenities, which you might find in other more expensive hotels. For us, it was an excellent stay and an excellent hotel in its class.
