I stayed at this hotel for three months, and my experience was nothing short of wonderful. The reception team is extremely attentive — if you need anything, they take care of it right away. The staff throughout the hotel are all incredibly friendly and professional, making you feel truly welcome. The rooms are modern, spacious, clean, and especially bright, which made a huge difference during a long stay. Everything is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. One thing I want to clarify: Google Maps says it takes ten minutes to walk to the metro, but that’s absolutely not true. It’s literally two minutes — you just cross the street and you’re right there. The location is excellent overall. There’s a mall just one minute away with all the essential shops and services you might need. Breakfast was good, with options for all kinds of preferences. They really try to accommodate any special requests. There’s even a shuttle service to Kite Beach, which is a great bonus. All in all, this hotel was a perfect home away from home — highly recommend for both short and long stays.

We had a fantastic experience in Awani hotel last February. The hotel was spic and span. They have a courteous team members right from front office, housekeeping to F&B team. Special mention to Nayomi as she was excellent in ger customer service skills. She was very helpful on assisting my family. Kudos to the Managemnt team for training staffs with such hight standard of customer service which is very rare these days. Keep up the good work guys!

Third time in Dubai and must I say that Avani had been very nice to us. The rooms were great and the service was amazing. Hilda stood out to me because of her amazing hospitality and her kindness. She was super friendly during our stay. Paru at the front desk was super Amazing also! When we arrived I asked her for a specific room and with a nice view. Without hesitation she granted us our wishes. She was soo lovely. That is the kind of customer service that all hotels should have! I am so thankful to her. Sunil was nothing but brilliant. He was a pleasure to be around daily. Always saying hello and making us feel welcomed! He was so nice to us. Honestly, all made our time at Avani enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for sure!!!

The location of the hotel is superb—public transportation is easily accessible via metro, buses, and taxis, making it very convenient for getting around. The check-in staff truly deserve high praise, Ms Paru and Ms. Aygu. They were warm, friendly, and accommodating, always greeting guests with genuine smiles. As it was my birthday, they went above and beyond by surprising me with beautiful decorations in the room and kudos to Valerie and Marvin. The presentation was exceptional—I was honestly speechless. To top it off, they even sent a delicious cake to my room, which really made my day extra special. The room itself was excellent—comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. I absolutely loved it. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and the thoughtful service made it even more special. Highly recommended!
