I recently stayed at Vida Creek Harbour, and my experience at the hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel has a beautiful, modern design and a very calm and welcoming environment. Everything was well maintained, and the location is perfect for a relaxing stay. I would like to specially thank Harshdeep Singh from the housekeeping team for his excellent service. He cleaned my room perfectly and made sure everything was neat, fresh, and comfortable. His work was very professional, and he always maintained a polite and friendly attitude, which made my stay even more pleasant. The overall hotel service was excellent, and as a guest, I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I really enjoyed my stay at Vida Creek Harbour and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

I really enjoyed my stay, the view alone is worth it calm, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. The hotel is clean, modern, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and genuinely helpful, making the stay smooth from check-in to check-out. The pool area is lovely, and the location is ideal for quiet walks along the creek and its near to my friends home. 😊 Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates comfort, design, and peaceful surroundings.

Celebrated with Friends at Vida! It was cozy and was like chilling on a dreamy creek‑side terrace under the night sky. The view of the city lights made every bite feel special, and the service was as smooth as the water gliding by. The food was flavorful, the atmosphere relaxed, and the staff made the night unforgettable. Definitely a spot to bring friends for a vibe‑filled dinner! Huge shout out to Usha and Anee! From the very first moment, the valet team set the tone with their efficiency, professionalism, and friendly attitude. Every arrival and departure was smooth and welcoming, which immediately makes a guest feel at ease. The breakfast experience deserves special praise. The variety, quality, and freshness of the food were excellent, but what really stood out was the staff. The team working in the breakfast area were attentive, polite, and always smiling, making mornings a real pleasure. Compliments also go to the chef, who clearly puts great care into both presentation and taste. The housekeeping and service staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind, respectful, and professional. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and serviced with great attention to detail. I would like to give a special mention to Benjamin Kusi, one of the cleaning staff. His kindness, positive energy, and high level of professionalism truly stood out. He always greeted guests with a warm smile and took genuine pride in his work, which made a noticeable difference to the overall stay. VIDA Creek Harbour is a hotel that clearly values its people, and it shows in the quality of service delivered at every level. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and will certainly return.
