I had a truly wonderful stay at VIDA Creek Harbour, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the very first moment, the valet team set the tone with their efficiency, professionalism, and friendly attitude. Every arrival and departure was smooth and welcoming, which immediately makes a guest feel at ease. The breakfast experience deserves special praise. The variety, quality, and freshness of the food were excellent, but what really stood out was the staff. The team working in the breakfast area were attentive, polite, and always smiling, making mornings a real pleasure. Compliments also go to the chef, who clearly puts great care into both presentation and taste. The housekeeping and service staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind, respectful, and professional. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and serviced with great attention to detail. I would like to give a special mention to Benjamin Kusi, one of the cleaning staff. His kindness, positive energy, and high level of professionalism truly stood out. He always greeted guests with a warm smile and took genuine pride in his work, which made a noticeable difference to the overall stay. VIDA Creek Harbour is a hotel that clearly values its people, and it shows in the quality of service delivered at every level. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and will certainly return.

The hotel is greatly located and served my stay perfectly with its service. Harish from Nepal has dome a great job on housekeeping and was very helpful and attentive. The room was spotless every day. Reception amd concierge service was impeccable. Breakfast and gym as well as the pool area are well attended to and more than sufficiently equipped. Service as it should be. After a 10-hour flight, we arrived at Vida Creek Harbour Hotel expecting the partial marina view room we had paid for through Booking.com. Instead, we were given a city view room, and reception claimed it was because the booking came through a partner system — an issue they admitted had happened before. Their “upgrade” was simply the room category we originally booked. The room we received next was dark, on the 2nd floor, dirty, and facing a restaurant roof — nothing like the photos. No apology or gesture was offered. Only after speaking with the manager were we moved to a proper marina view room, and that was only because the previous room was unclean, not due to the booking error. Other issues during our stay: * Many rooms have no balconies, and you must pay extra. * Rooms are hot at night. * No coffee machine, only cheap instant coffee. * Lobby bar coffee costs 5–7 euros. * Only one pool with practically no sun until 1:30 PM. * Staff at reception and concierge were unhelpful. * The pool lounge plays loud music until midnight, clearly heard even on the 4th floor. The hotel looks great in photos, but in reality, it needs to improve service, communication, and overall guest experience. The location was great! A lot of nice restaurants on Creek, coffee shops and all you need very near by.

The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive, making my stay cozy and stress-free. The hotel facilities are excellent — from the relaxing pool area to the dining options that served delicious and fresh food. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. What stood out the most was the ambiance of the hotel. It strikes a perfect balance between luxury and comfort, with a peaceful environment that makes it easy to unwind while still being close to the heart of Dubai. Overall, Vida Creek Harbour Hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with outstanding service and a beautiful setting.
