The most perfect stay. Stayed here for 10 nights with my partner and we loved it. All staff are so friendly and helpful always going out their way to engage in a conversation with you. The staff could not do enough for you, they were very attentive especially the staff around the pool. The hotel was extremely clean and the maids would be in cleaning your room everyday to a top standard. The hotel gives you free complimentary bottles of water in your room everyday which I found this to be such a lovely gesture. We come back to our room one day with a lovely surprise left in the room by the staff, it was a photo of us which was edible with some cake. This really made our holiday was so kind by the staff involved. The hotel itself is very modern and beautiful and the facilities are great. The views from the pool area are amazing with the pool itself being a standout facility for me it's so big and the temperature of the pool is perfect for cooling down in the hot weather. We loved the lazy river as well. The breakfast in the hotel is fantastic which such a wide variety of foods catered for everyone. Me and my partner are already planning a visit back here we loved it that much.

Absolutely had a fantastic week in this hotel, nothing has been any trouble for the staff. They’ve really made us feel very welcome. All the staff have been very helpful, polite and always happy to help you. The rooms are very clean, lots of space and everything you need in there, amazing views from the balcony. Food has been lovely and lots to choose from. This hotel had been a pleasure to stay for the week, definitely will be visiting again in the near future. Thank you to each and one of you for a fabulous week. ❤️

We were so pleased to experience the Hospitality provided by Edna, Priya and Aung during our evening meals in the Great British Restaurant. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable - able to answer our queries and signpost us accordingly - even providing us with recommendations on less busy times to have our meals. We were made to feel welcomed every morning and evening and when appropriate, each of these individuals took a few moments to converse with us, making us feel we were more than just a 'guest statistic'. We would also like to extend thanks to Mandeep who serviced our room to an impeccable standard throughout our stay. Mandeep was kind, helpful and respected our privacy to the up most - which is something of significant importance to us. Thanks Edna, Priya, Aung and Mandeep - Dukes the Palm should hold you as valued team members who contribute to a great guest experience. Update 12/07/25 - This is an addition to our previous review on the day we are due to leave Dukes the Palm. We have truly enjoyed the remainder of our stay at the hotel and will have fond memories of the kind smiles and efficient, professional service delivered by Azim and Simon (Security) as well as the very kind bespectacled young man whose name we unfortunately failed to record - we shall add a picture to identify him. Also Aye and mohammed (Concierge) Masud and the entire front of house security team. Each individual took the time to offer us help and support whenever needed and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed back every time we returned from an excursion / outing - showing genuine interest in how we were enjoying our time in the city. The security and facilities managers should be proud of themselves for running such a tight ship. Dukes the Palm will certainly be our port of call should we visit Dubai again in the future. Stayed here two years ago and again it is a great place. Edna our waitress has been fantastic throughout our stay. The food and service is outstanding. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff are friendly. Outside floor area leading to the pools is looking tired and could do with an upgrade. Fabulous views across the palm. Would definitely recommend.

Milan truly made our stay in Dubai unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with so much kindness and sincerity — and it honestly meant the world to us. He carried our luggage all the way up with a smile, made sure we were comfortable, and shared such positive energy that it felt like meeting an old friend rather than just a hotel staff member. It’s rare to come across someone as dedicated, thoughtful and genuinely caring as Milan.
