We arrived on Tuesday and have been absolutely blown away! Everything from the food and service to the facilities and location has been outstanding. The breakfast options are fantastic—there’s something for everyone—and the staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming. A special mention to Aye, who took great care of us every morning at breakfast. She made sure we had everything we needed and always kept our drinks topped up with a smile. Her attentive service truly made our mornings extra special. Highly recommend this place—it’s been a fantastic experience so far!

We checked out a little while ago and I need to make sure the people who take their time to read the reviews about the places that they intend to visit, know that if you select this hotel as your destination, you can rest assured that it will fulfill your expectations and beyond. We came to celebrate my birthday and was very surprised when one of the staff members knocked on our door and handed me a Happy Birthday chocolate mousse cake, not only that, I also noticed that a birthday card had been placed on one of the night tables and decorated the room with some balloons. That's customer service and attention to detail!! This is probably generated by the system once you check-in or probably someone takes the time to check, regardless of how they find out, it's the fact that they want to make you feel welcomed and appreciated as their customer. With respect to the hotel itself, everything about it is great. The minute you walk into the lobby, the upscale atmosphere, the premises in general, the rooms, the food, the staff, the service. Absolutely everything, is well organized and synchronized to make sure customers enjoy their stay. Thank you to everyone who made possible we had a wonderful time. Really enjoyed our stay !!!

Am incredible hotel, all five stars are deserved. The service and staff were impeccable, the entrance hall was absolutely stunning and the rest of the hotel followed. Every staff Member was polite and greeted us with a smile. The beach access was easy and the restaurants and facilities were fantastic. Great food, great cocktails. Krishna was cleaning our room this week, Very smart, professional and attentive. He made sure all of our requirements were met and met our extra requests. The room was always immaculate, We were very pleased.

Dear Dukes The Palm Team, Our stay was absolutely the best! I truly loved every moment. Our room was fantastic, and the view was amazing. We especially enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the lazy river — such a fun experience! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we ate so much. The dinner buffet was also excellent, with a great variety of tasty options. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. It was always so nice to return to a clean and comfortable room. A special thank you to Hakam, who provided us with the best service — we really appreciated his attention and kindness. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to return soon!

Amazing stay!! Every staff member and department gave 10/10 service there’re too many names to list them all but massive thank you. We arrived early in the morning and was offered an early check in (well worth it for us) They asked about if there was any occasion for our stay, it was my partners Birthday. Later that day we had a knock at our room door where we had a Birthday cake and card delivered to the room (complimentary) which was a beautiful touch. To add to this, later on that night when we got back to the room, we had Birthday balloons on our side beds! Again this was just the hotel giving amazing service! We would be highly recommended this hotel and would 100% stay here again! Thank you so much.
