We had the most wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Karon Beach. The staff were nothing but friendly, helpful and so kind. We were met at check in and had a speedy experience and were taken straight to our room (upgraded!). We were lucky to arrive in a cocktail night, where the bar was open with complimentary cocktails and snacks happy hour. The rooms are lovely, modern and spacious. The bed is so comfortable and the rooms have different pillows to suit your preference. We loved the location as it was close to the beach but not too busy when you left the hotel. Lots of places to eat, laundry service, convenience stores, spas close by. When my partner became ill, the staff were so helpful and assisted us to get a doctor, gave us extra water and complimentary food which was so lovely. The hotel has recently been rebranded and we cannot speak highly enough about the hotel after the rebrand!

For those who want to find only negligible issues and imperfectness, please don't choose this hotel. For those who want to enjoy their holiday near Karon beach, this is the best choice. The staff were attentive and hospitable, ensuring I felt welcome throughout my stay. The accommodations were luxurious and immaculate, providing the perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Dining at was a highlight, with each meal being a culinary delight. The amenities, including the fitness center and spa, added to the overall experience, providing opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Located in a prime spot within the city, and literally from a road crossing from the sea, it offered convenience and accessibility to top attractions and amenities. Karon beach is the best in the surroundings. In summary, my stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach (former Novotel, or Destination Resorts Phuket Karon Beach) was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly perfect hotel experience.

We love this hotel!! We stayed here last year and this year again. It is a great place for families, rooms are very well arranged, the staff is wonderful and very attentioned and it is 20 feet from the beach and local restaurants and markets. This hotel allows to enjoy a relaxing and entertaining vacation for every one. We are definitely coming back next year again. Looking forward to it.
