The staff make this place absolutely wonderful. I asked on the first day if they could provide halal food,and they were happy to oblige. Breakfast was varied and great quality. Rooms spacious, modern, clean. Our rooms were upgraded without us requesting. Nothing is too much for the staff. Massage was relaxing and affordable. We had two,and why not, as so cheap compared to UK. Restaurants and bars and 7 11 opposite hotel. Beach, and pool,plenty of sunbeds and kept clean. The sea is a tiny polluted,so wear your swimming shoes to be safe. Lots of excursion operators on main street outside hotel, so for us, this was a great location. Thank you to all staff

The rooms are nice and very clean, as are the pools. The gym was "good enough" (airconditioned, water provided, but small). After a long journey, we were welcomed at the hotel with a refreshing drink, much appreciated. The hotel is well maintained, and staff are very friendly (kudos to the it guy as well). Breakfast is very good, and you can have breakfast with an ocean view! If I really have to come with anything negative I'd say the temperature at the reception is quite low and the difference with the outside temperature is too high. We prefered to walk around to avoid the temperature changes.. hardly a real issue ;-) The location of the hotel is awesome, you'll find everything you l'll need around the hotel.. and we will miss the sound of the ocean! If you want to go diving: bang tao beach is not close to the harbour so you'll need to get up early and pay a bit extra for the taxi. We were here during the rain season, there was no entertainment etc. We did't really miss it to be honest. There is plenty to do outside of the hotel.

We had an amazing experience during our 2 week stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Daniel was exceptional - regularly check how our stay was going and offering excellent suggestions for days out. Daniel is a real credit to the hotel! The location is also perfect: away from the chaos found at other resorts but close enough to atmospheric bars and restaurants if desired. We highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Perfect hotel for chilling and relaxing holidays! Away from crowded places. Beach front is really nice and quiet. A lot of nice restaurants around. It’s very clean. Daniel is the best person in whole hotel. Helping in any cases and situations.

A great hotel that I would definitely recommend for those wanting a chilled, relaxed stay by the pool/beach. Rooms were excellent: spacious, well maintained, and comfortable. Staff could not do enough for you - great advice,friendly, professional, and just so easy to talk to. Food was excellent, with themed buffet options each night and accompanying entertainment (local Thai dancing a particular highlight). Cocktails were super cheap and delicious (two cocktails = less than £5 during happy hour!) Pool area was massive (two pools, one more kid themed, and one with a swim up bar for adults), and great for swimming all day. Beach and surrounding views were beautiful, with a couple of great beachfront restaurants to try if you wanted something different to eat. The only thing to be aware of is the location - there isn't that much surrounding the hotel, aside from a few local shops and bars. It's also a good 30-40 mins taxi ride from Phuket proper. However, if you are just looking to relax by the pool/beach, and each great food, I can't recommend this place enough.
