Beautiful setting, resort is gorgeous. The room is big with everything you need. It is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The grounds are well maintained with clean pool areas. Staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. It's only our 3rd night, and we have fallen in love with this resort. Would highly recommend it to everyone. I am looking forward to the rest of our stay.

We loved our stay and wished we were there longer. The resort feels like a 5 star hotel, not a 4 star. Everyone was so nice. The pool and spa were wonderful and the restaurant served a good buffet breakfast. Dinner was delicious and well priced. They had tons of lounge chairs overlooking the beach. I spent every evening relaxing looking at the ocean. We would stay here again definitely. It is a family friendly resort and there was a good mix of tourists from everywhere.

The staff make this place absolutely wonderful. I asked on the first day if they could provide halal food,and they were happy to oblige. Breakfast was varied and great quality. Rooms spacious, modern, clean. Our rooms were upgraded without us requesting. Nothing is too much for the staff. Massage was relaxing and affordable. We had two,and why not, as so cheap compared to UK. Restaurants and bars and 7 11 opposite hotel. Beach, and pool,plenty of sunbeds and kept clean. The sea is a tiny polluted,so wear your swimming shoes to be safe. Lots of excursion operators on main street outside hotel, so for us, this was a great location. Thank you to all staff

We had an amazing experience during our 2 week stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Daniel was exceptional - regularly check how our stay was going and offering excellent suggestions for days out. Daniel is a real credit to the hotel! The location is also perfect: away from the chaos found at other resorts but close enough to atmospheric bars and restaurants if desired. We highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Kang gee hee

We arrived very late at night, so we didn’t have much time to inspect the room. However, today, when I went to make a cup of tea, I discovered an eaten apple left next to the teapots. This raised concerns about the room's hygiene, so we contacted the reception. Unfortunately, their response was inadequate, and no action was taken. The following day, we spoke with a staff member named David. He mentioned that they would investigate the door lock to determine if anyone had entered our room. After a few hours, David reported that no one had entered the room except us and implied that the apple's freshness indicated it hadn't been there for two days, indirectly suggesting we might have caused the issue. We were already frustrated with the condition of the room, and the staff's dismissive attitude only added to our dissatisfaction.
